Very personable, engaged and pleasant visit all around, and good news on my eyes to boot. I find Dr. Thibodeaux to be very good eye doctor, and much, much better than ones I have had in the past or have experienced with my fathers eye treatments through his own doctors. He has a good mannerism with patients, including what a hard-to-find characteristic of listening, and takes the time to describe in plain terms what he is seeing or finding with my eyes, both something that seems to be rare.

The staff is always thoroughly professional. Ive been going to Dr Thibodeaux for over ten years and hes been able to give me nuanced prescriptions for the various sport I play. A high recommend!

Dr. Thibodeaux really helped me dial in my eyes today and sharpen my vision. My eyes can be very difficult due Keratoconus. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help me get the correct prescription. No doubt, he is an excellent eye doctor!

I will just go with the facts here and you can decide: I got and eye exam and two pairs of glasses for over $1000. Both pairs of glasses broke within 6 months. I tried to get them to fix them, but they do not stand behind their product. So instead I went to a competitor and got 4 pairs of glasses and an eye exam for $800. When I pay for premium service I expect more than, “Wow, you are hard on your glasses”.They sell cheap frames at high prices.

I had been seeing Dr. Thibodeaux and Dr. Tachau for years, although I had a lapse for a few years until they moved into their new space. And then had a medical eye emergency on a weekend. I had first rate care on a Sunday, followed up with another emergency eye care procedure in the office a couple of days later to help fix the situation. Facility, staff and doctors are top notch. I would recommend 100%. We are so lucky to have this facility and doctors here in Santa Fe.

Dr Thibodeaux has been my eye doctor for well over a decade. I am very pleased with the quality of my care during my annual eye exam visits, as well as with the eye glasses from his optical department. I appreciate Dr T’s responsiveness to medical questions about my eye health. Dr T has invested in the technology to diagnose and track the progress of eye issues over time. His optical department always does a great job of setting up progressive lenses in my eye waer and with prescription sunglasses. The office is comfortable, well organized and efficiently run. The technicians and the doctors are great!!! Absolutely kind and supper knowledgable. Only confusion is they send you to the I do eyewear department to get your new prescription where there is major negative attitude. I was questioned whether or not I really came from just seeing the doctor. The woman salesman was not kind looking at my previous purchased eyewear from their store and was quick to hand them back without even offering to clean them. Ive bought countless pairs of glasses from this store but I promise there will be no more. Its a feeling that your trapped into going to them but yet if you dont look like you have lots of money you get this negative vibe. This store has always been this way. I super recommend that Accent Vision separates itself from the sales or finds a manger that is as nice as the doctors and technician. Ill will always go out of my way not to use services that provide negative energy.

I’ve been going to Accent on vision for years. Dr. Tribedeu does been using me as a guinea pig. One or two visits cannot get it right last year he actually had me in seven times trying to fit Hart lenses. He finally gave up and went back to the original. I would like to him today because I want to constitute continuity and it was a big mistake that I made. Now I’m starting to feel that he not only is made my vision worse but may be neglectful in the way he’s been with me throughout the years! Today they put a lens on me those very very hard for me to see in my eye quickly swelled up. When I told the staff that I cannot see anything the doctor came in angrily and told me that he wanted me to go see another doctor in one day and my relationship with him. He then backed off when he realized why I was actually read and asked me if I wanted to come in another day for a visit. After contemplating this For years I realize that the doctor has not treated me well. The staff has been horrible. My lenses requires a plunger to pull out and you would think my eye doctor would have plungers to assist me when I would lose one and he never had any in stock. I strongly recommend that people do not go to Dr. trip down in Accent on vision and I’m gonna make it my point to try to get as many reviews out there as I can.for years I realize that the doctor has not treated me well. Actually, Dr. Thibodeaux gets 5 stars, but on my last visit, I had problems with his assistant and someone in the glasses department. Dr. Thibodeaux very graciously solved my problems on both counts.
