Hi - I just want to say how much I appreciate a lady that work in this department at this Walmart - I didnt get her name - but the nose piece had come off my glasses (which I hadnt bought here) and when I called her she said to bring them in and she would fix them for me - she wouldnt let me pay for her time either - during all that is happening it is a blessing to have folks who are willing to help others - I told her how much I appreciated her but wanted to make it official as well.

LOVE my new glasses! The staff was very informative and professional! Dr. Gordon explained everything during the exam and was through. I dont understand the bad reviews. My experience was a very good one! Highly recommend!

Got a sharp pair of prescription sunglasses for a lot less than other places, without fuss or sales pressure. They were ready a few days later, and are better than my previous sunglasses.

I was on vacation when my eye started to hurt. I stopped in to get some help. The doctor told me I had uveitis and needed to go to an eye specialist which was closed on a Saturday. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to go to the ER as soon as I got to my final destination. I was able to see a specialist on Tuesday. Where they told me I in fact DID NOT have uvitius, it was a scratch on my eye.

I went and had my eyes check. I have been wearing glasses since I was 7. The doctor gave me a new rx with a better prescription then I have had in 10 years. I said that might not be right. He didnt listen. Glasses come in and I cant see. They check my eyes again and give me a new rx. Dr says its not that different. Actually it was very different. Glasses come in a week later, can only see if I look straight on. If you look out the lens at an angle, i.e. Looking down or sideways, blurry. Not sure what is going on here. Maybe poor quality lenses. Not happyAs of August 17th I still do not have glasses I can see out of!!! 4th time must be the charm

No one to actually perform eye exams. Kind of pointless if you ask me

Prescription lens cracked within 30 days, no warranty. Walmart is Worthless!
