Optical shop employees super unhelpful. Refused insurance and wouldn’t call to verify coverage. Called insurance and have full coverage. Manager Vanessa Bradley also is super unhelpful and does not know how to verify coverages and how to manage associates. Jane Compton in Taos NM verified insurance and got my glasses done instead. Save your time and go elsewhere.
My husband and I were very pleased with the staff and efficiency of this clinic. Very pleased with the Doctor as well.
I had a great experience here. Staff were friendly during my exam. Victoria on the optical side was extremely nice and helped me during her lunch!
Worst customer service ever. The lady’s name that starts with a J was no help told me they switched my lenses on accident and then tells me I have to take it to the rodeo park location. Other location doesn’t want to help cause I got them at the outlet location.. both places have horrible customer service but DO NOT go to the optical outlet mall location. Worst service ever
I do not recommend this location . I made a apt for my child and here I am still waiting my apt was @ 1:40 and its now 2:20 we have been waiting 40mins and still waiting I do not recommend this place unless you dont mind waiting all day to be seen. I thought the whole point of making an apt is to be seen at that time not the case with these people

On my recent visit 6/21/21 ms Chan refused to listen to my concerns about my vision I am so unsatisfied and so upset that someone who has gone to school is so unprofessional
Great experience!!! The tech gave me alot of confidence and the the doctor was beyond helpful. She made the procea verry smooth, answered every question I had, and was verry curious. She made want to come back and make this location my go to branch.
Cold and uncaring, this place dumps the entire exam on the tech who doesn’t bother to explain anything. The doc breezes through in 30 seconds, not to be bothered to listen to concerns. In fact, she actually said that if I had concerns, I should take them elsewhere. Definitely felt like a money-making factory experience.
Awful experience zero customer service the doctor was OK the rest of the staff awful do not recommend this place to bring your kids they sent you a message to chicken put all the insurance medications all the information so by the time you come to the appointment everything should be ready well the day of the appointment comes they can’t over a paper you have to redo everything that you have done online and they don’t have records of the medications they don’t have records of anything what’s wrong with these people what’s the whole point of sending you everything to do it online if they don’t have anything the store for the glasses they have really bad attitude and bad customer service they don’t wanna help you.
