Geoffrey and his bike shop are really great. I was looking for a specific model that was proving hard to find near me, but he was willing to test and ship the bike in a reasonable time frame. Despite shipping across the country the bike arrived in great condition and it’s been a blast using it.

My wife and I planned our own 5-day, self-supported tour of the Santa Rosa area, and rented the Smolenski tandem from Geoffrey. He made sure we were set up appropriately, helped us out with maps and gear, and provided advice on road conditions (traffic, road condition, shoulders, etc.) around our planned routes. He also took the time to make sure that both my wife and I were appropriately fit to the bike, and provided us with everything we would need to make minor changes as we rode. He even met us based on our own schedule! The bike performed fantastically, and we had the vacation of a lifetime!

Geoffrey made a bike rental/outing for myself and my two boys (age 8 and 12) a doable, positive experience! He went above and beyond to make sure the bikes fit my kids, particularly my 8 year old, gave me a lesson in everything I needed to know, helped me load the bikes, and even offered to come pick the bikes up for me when we were done. The bikes themselves were fantastic and we had a great day out riding, but more than that, Geoffrey’s customer service and genuine caring that I had a good day with my boys riding is what will guarantee that if I ever rent bikes again in the area, I will return to his shop and recommend him to others! This man is very knowledgable and offers great service. He will often go out of his way to make your experience exceptional. The bikes are awesome too- fun to ride and it is a kick to see peoples faces when you fold them up.

Attempted to purchase a hard to find accessory for my Tern bike online. Had my order cancelled and was accused of fraud because I live in Australia. I still haven’t received the funds back on my credit card I used for the purchase, but have received a long winded email about how it’s such a terrible world we live in where you can’t trust anyone.
