Were visiting from out of state for work, (Texas), and chose to rent e-bikes to take advantage of rider friendly bike lanes for a scenic view of Santa Rosa. They showed our new riders how they work, gave us a fantastic route to Howarth Park where we rode the trails, and everyone had a super fun time. If you feel out of shape, use more throttle or do a combination of peddling to get some exercise if you like. Very enjoyable ride and we will be doing it again. Youll definitely be ready for lunch or dinner afterwards and have something to chat about.

Im very interested in buying my first e-bike, so I wanted to try out a couple by renting at Pedego Santa Rosa. The rental prices were reasonable and my sister and I rented two bikes for an hour. Colin was very helpful in getting us set up on the bikes and taking time to explain to us how they worked. He even took us around the corner to a quiet street and had us practice a lap back and forth until we were comfortable. From there, he asked us where we wanted to ride and gave us directions to a nice city bike trail. The bikes had a full charge and were surprisingly fast (up to 20 mph). We really enjoyed how simple the bikes were to operate and how effortless it was to peddle in peddle assist mode. The bikes also work well by simply twisting the throttle and letting the bike do all the work. We rode about 15-miles total and returned with a couple of minutes to spare. Colin took the bikes in and asked us how we liked it. We responded with some pretty big grins! We were able to return the bikes within a couple of minutes. Thank you Colin and the rest of the crew at Pedigo for a very fun e-bike riding experience!

When I stepped into the store for the first time, the sales person was very responsive and informative regarding their line of electric bikes. In looking around at the different models, I found it to be a bit difficult to see them all since the stores space is small. I did find one, however, which looked like a model I wanted to test drive. The ride was comfortable and easy to operate considering it was my first time on an electric bike. The handling felt too loose, but sales person told me it was new and needed adjustments. Their bikes are very good quality and they offer a good maintenance service as well.

Pedego bikes are not inexpensive, but the quality is there and as opposed to ordering online, you get to try out the bikes and make sure the one you buy is really the one you want. His shop is an e-bike shop (NOT a standard bike shop with a couple of e-bikes and limited knowledge about them) with a service technician to build your bike and support you. There are a variety of Pedego models in stock - it was really important for me to compare and contrast the three best potential fits side by side. The bikes were great, loved the personal service and great information, and the flexibility to take the next step through them to rent a bike by the day or week to make sure it is the right choice for my needs. I was looking for an e-bike for my birthday. A friend recommended Pedego in Santa Rosa. I called and made an appointment to go in and talk to Collin. He was great. He gave me lots of information and we went for a test ride. I was very interested in the bike and he offered to let me take one for a week to get a feel for it. That was great service. You definitely was to test ride one of these things before you buy them. I would highly recommended Pedego and Collin if you are thinking of getting one. The bikes are sturdy, Collin knows them and services them locally. I like the step through feature on the bike too. It makes it easy to get on and off. I ended up not getting an e-bike because it was more than I could handle weight wise (58 pounds) but if I were going to get one I would get a Pedego from Collin.

Conveniently located electric bicycle shop with a wide range of products from Pedego. The owner is well informed on the options and bikes available and he has inventory on hand for any immediate interest! The bikes are the only broadly sold electric bike that I found local to Santa Rosa, and with covid-19 you can see that with appointment only. Considering the times the owner was very considerate and kept everything sterilized and wore a mask and there was no feeling of risk beyond the existential one that we all have these days.

My husband and I are very happy with our purchase of 2 electric bikes from Pedego Santa Rosa! Were in our mid-50s and I needed more exercise, but I worried about getting overtired. The e-bike is amazing in that i can choose my comfort level of how much cardio I want to get in and still have no problem getting home if I get tired. We chose biking after walking the same path all the time and getting bored with the limited scenery. Now, we can ride through the back roads or downtown, stop for lunch, and enjoy our time outdoors being active...all without the carbon emissions from driving and just sitting in a car. We knew we wanted to buy from a local store instead of the internet so we would be able to not only see and check out the bikes in person, but we also wanted the customer service that just isnt available from an online retailer. With an online purchase, you really dont know what youre getting, and if you have problems, theres no one to help. Thats not the case with a local business owner like Colin at Pedego Santa Rosa. We had done some research about electric bikes, but Colin took the time to give us so much more information, including the options and the differences between them. I was a little hesitant about bike riding at my age, but Colin took us out for a test ride so we could see how the bikes handled on the street and which bike style we liked best, including the different handlebars, frames, and seat options. No pressure for a quick sale. In fact, we had gone there a few days earlier with the intention of buying the bikes at that time, but Colin wanted us to wait until we had the chance to go for the test ride to make absolutely sure we were 100% happy about the purchase. I chose the 28 City Commuter bike and am very happy with it. I am thrilled that Pedego has come to town. Love love love these pedal-assist bikes. Makes bike riding in the beautiful backroads of Sonoma County so enjoyable and comfortable. Super easy to maneuver the cruiser!! We rode round trip from Lancaster Estate Winery to Roth, about an hour. Biking is a great way to have FUN while social d I s t a n c I n g. Thank you Colin for the warm hospitality and expert guidance. I’d never even consider biking Chalk Hill Road without the power of an e-bike. Calling all my BFFs, let’s go for a ride!!! My wife and I have been looking and test riding e-bikes for over a year. Just the other day my wife came home and told me she spotted a new Pedago Store had opened in Santa Rosa on Fifth Street. We went down the next day and took a couple bikes for a test ride....we were hooked!Colin the owner of the store was a pleasure to work with, and he was so helpful and answered all of our questions. He took his time to help us choose the right bike for us. Now we will be able to spend more time exploring beautiful Sonoma County on our Pedago’s and can’t wait to take them on our RV trips.HELLO FUN

We purchased a Pedago bike from a store in Tiburon in 2018. That store is now out of business. Our bike was not working in the pedal assist mode. I contacted Colin Thomas at Pedago Santa Rosa and he was able to fix the problem very quickly. He could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend Pedago Santa Rosa.
