I had previously been told that replacement parts for my 21-year old Trek were not available by other bike stores, and that I needed to buy a new bike before my chain broke. But the Trek store found them right away, replacing most of the drive train, and for less than their original estimate. My bike is like new and I came away a very satisfied customer and plan to take all of my future business there.

I had bought a scooter with handbrakes to try and keep up with my 8 year old, who zooms around on his scooter so fast, jogging behind him was no longer an option. After putting my scooter together,I could not get the brakes to work. The employees at Trek were very helpful, professional, and quick! I had my scooter fully working in a couple hours and my kid and I had a wonderful scooting adventure this weekend. Thanks!

Amazing customer service!!!Through a series of unfortunate events I lost the entire front wheel to my new bike. I didn’t realize hat I had done until a few days later and wanted to ride that it was discovered missing. I called around and eventually got in touch with Pam at this store. Even though they were obviously busy with new pandemic procedures and flooded with customers, she calmly listened to my tale of woe. Her initial search for a replacement wheel came up short, but she was not daunted. She took down my number and told me she would do some research. About a half hour later she called me back with good news: she found a wheel, disc, tire, and tube for me. Assuring me they could have it ready for me the next day, I rested knowing that I would ride once again. It gets better. They had it ready for me the same day, stayed open late so I could pick it up to ride the next morning, and followed cleanliness procedures throughout the whole transaction. What a refreshing experience with people who are working hard to provide service to their customers!

Clark was amazing! He was so professional and helpful. From the moment we came in the door, Clark greeted us, got the bikes we ordered out for us, put on the kickstand we requested, sold us a bike rack, and helped us install it on our vehicle! He also sold us bike accessories and water bottles. Clark is the kind of employee that any company would be happy to have. I hope he is valued by Trek and will move up and get more responsibility.

The fact that we’re in a pandemic and the booming demands for bikes, it was a pleasant surprise to find the specific model and color bicycle I had my heart set on for my daughter (Roscoe 24 Flamingo Pink). Not only was the website accurate in availability, the shop was able to have it built in one day! Other shops were quoting a week lead time for any available bike to be built! The bike was exactly what we were looking for and the team at the shop was amazing, helpful, and friendly! The quality of workmanship really shows in the finished product! Thank you for everything!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Trek working on my mountain bike. They are super friendly and have excellent timeline for working in your bike and getting it back to you quickly. It is a Specialized Stumpjumper and they have no problems making sure that thing is working supreme. My parents have had issues with their road bikes taking them in which is unfortunate, but I have nothing but great things to say about this Trek store in Santa Rosa.

A group of us signed up for the Trek Travel Ride for Fire Relief out of the Santa Rosa shop. What an awesome experience! Not only do all the proceeds go for fire relief, Trek treated all riders (at least 250 people) to a well lead ride which included lunch at La Creme Winery with some wine sampling, Waffle desserts and beer back at the shop, $20 off coupons for purchses in the store and more! It was a wonderful day that makes me want to either buy a Trek bike or do a Trek travel trip somewhere. I like to support companies that support local causes like this! Thanks Trek, you did a bang up job!

Online ordering was amazingly simple. I chose my bike, customized the size then picked the color. The bike arrived at the Store in 3 days. Which was much faster than was estimated. Unfortunately, they shipped the wrong the color. The store realized the mistake right away and Matt, the manager, contacted me immediately to let me know. Matt put a new order in for the correct color and the bike was received quickly again. They offer home delivery, which I gladly opted for, and they were able to deliver it the same day I asked! I cannot remember the name of the woman that delivered it, which is awful of me, because she was very friendly and showed me how the bike worked and explained the new brake system to me. It was a great and easy experience and I believe that it was all possible because of the hard working people at the Downtown Santa Rosa store.

Products are great, service is absolutely fantastic. Unbelievably happy that we got my wife her first “real” bike from this store. Far from intimidated, she feels part of a community there, as does the rest of the family. Pretty sure we’ve dealt with everyone that works there by now and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. they impress - and go way above and beyond the call of duty.

Ive been a die hard fan of Trek since 2011. What attracted me was the sincere approach to customer service and knowledge that was available. It started out with a full bike fit and then a sale of a Madone 5.5 that I just had to have for my own. It was nice to connect up with a LBS that truly cared for its customers. That relationship remains to this day. Ive given much support by promoting the shop. When I was able I lead Saturday morning rides and helped promote both the Store and the wonderful experience of cycling to everyone I have met. The mechanics do a wonderful job of troubleshooting any problems you may have and offer professional advice on how to best solve any issues that you may come up. This is a Shop that remains to help customers with any difficulties that may arise big or small and offers the best built bikes in the world.

Cant say enough good things about Trek Bicycle Santa Rosa. Top notch customer service keeping me informed about what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and when. Delivering on everything they said they were going to do. Stand out quality service!

My family and I are new to bicycles. We wanted to get our 6 year old twins bikes for Christmas 2 years ago. The entire staff was more than helpful assisting with the purchase and storage to make the Christmas surprise the best. My wife and I followed shortly with the purchase of our new bikes. Recently my daughter had crashed her bike and broke her basket and handbrake. The staff and mechanic had made the time to fit her in and get it fixed on the spot. And cut the labor significantly! Thank you Trek! We have found our local family bike shop.

The sales staff and bike techs were friendly, patient, and helpful. Even though I have little knowledge about bikes, I felt comfortable during the whole process. The bikes we purchased were hybrids - not the most high performance bikes in the store. But they made us feel like we were getting the coolest bikes in the world - which was really nice. I requested they have one of the bikes we bought ready by a certain day, and although the bike techs were busy assembling a bunch of newly sold bikes, they were able to have ours ready a day early. When purchasing accessories, they helped us understand what we need and how to use them. They even installed everything on the spot. Based on our experience, I recommend Trek- Santa Rosa 100%

Rented high-end bikes there for 3 days. In advance, they requested what pedals we wanted on the bikes and if there were measurements we wanted to be transferred to the bikes from our regular bikes. Bikes were well outfitted (including a rear light) and were in great working condition. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Staff suggestions for routes and the map provided were also great. Will not hesitate to rent from them again.

The place is awesome. They were very helpful. I needed 2 nuts for the bolt I brought in and one was stripped so the guy gave me one that would work for free. I highly recommend this place.

I went it for the first time with my new-to-me bike that I got on Craigs List. I thought it might not be ergonomically correct for me and they set me up for a fitting. I got expert help and with a few adjustments and a couple of inexpensive changes I now have a bike that feels right and fits me perfectly. So glad a friend recommended Trek to me. Its a drive for me but Ill be going here for my biking needs from now on.

Had some unusual wear and a very slow leak on a fairly new tubeless mountain bike tire. Talia put a new tire on for me under warranty. Entire repair cost me just over $6 for the sealant. Never thought a tire would be covered under warranty. Thanks Trek team in S.R.!!

The days of getting fast and relatively inexpensive repairs appear to be over. It took 6 days to get the brake pads replaced. They also seem to be pushing a Level 1 service for about $100 every 25 hours of riding. That gets very expensive quickly.The bikes are great and the quality of service is fine, but if you need a quick inexpensive repairs Id recommend patronizing a local repair shop.

Huge fan of Trek Santa Rosa and the staff that make me feel important and like a member of the team. I tell everyone I know to give Trek a chance to show that they are top notch - Ive always heard back that Im right. I feel like were lucky to have the team at Trek Santa Rosa. Dont ever change :-)

I went into the store not knowing which bike would be best for my 7 year old, who recently learned how to ride a two wheeler and is now mildly obsessed with riding. Kyle was super nice, knowledgeable and approachable. He showed me a few bikes and gave his recommendation. I purchased the Precaliber 20, it wasn’t in stock but was delivered and assembled in three days!!! You have three years to bring the bike back to trade it in and get 50% of your initial investment towards an upgrade and they donate the old bike for kids in need. Dave helped me with the design of a new bike. Jeff helped me with serious bike fit issues and Matt helped me with bike shoes.Second is the quality of the Trek bike I purchased. Superb.Third is I can find all of what I need at the store.

I am new to cycling. It can be a bit intimidating, but the staff was SO helpful and found me exactly what I asked for. SO much better to be able to see and feel the quality. Something you cant get on line.

I bought a new bike here. On my first visit, the staff spent about an hour going over the pros and cons of the two bikes I was considering. They did not have one of the models in stock so they ordered that model and I was able to do a side-by-side comparison of the two models during a second visit. On both visits the staff was professional and informative.

I just wanted to take a minute and tell you how impressed I am with your store. Recently I came in to have a bike boxed up for shipping. An easy transaction and one that doesnt garner the shop a lot, I know (I worked at a local chain that rhymes with bikes). I was happy to have a friendly greeting and everyone I spoke with was super nice and welcoming. When I picked up my bike, same thing. Even thought the shop was busy in the run-up to IM 70.3, people took the time to talk to me and didnt seem put off that I was not there to purchase anything. Just a great feeling coming and going, especially in an age when a lot of shops have perpetually grouchy employees. Fast forward to Sunday and the article about Marisa Denisons stolen bike and your donation of a new bike so she could race. Your shop just became my new shop. Keep up the fantastic work.
