Had them replace a broken window and fix our slider. The workers were excellent!Very efficient and polite.They did a great job on both items.I would highly recommend them

Kauffman Glass and Mirror did a fantastic job making my desk glass. There needed to be a cutout in the glass for an outlet/USP ports. They did what was needed and it fits like a glove.

We highly recommend Kauffman Glass. They were very professional and their work is first rate. They arrived on time and completed the shower door installation correctly the first time. When we first stopped in the store to ask about shower doors, Rick explained the various options and the pros and cons of each. He asked about our needs and how we would be using this shower (guest bathroom). After getting information from us and coming to our condo and personally viewing the very small size of the bathroom, he the made recommendations for us to consider. He took preliminary measurements and final measurements after the shower base and tile were installed. When it was time to install the doors, all the parts fit perfectly and the installation was completed without a problem. When we remodel our master bathroom, I know where we will get the shower doors -Kauffman Glass.

Last week I broke a piece of a Jalousie window. For the first time in my life I needed a piece of glass made. Called all around sarasota and stopped in a few places I will keep nameless and got treated with some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Since I ran out of options down here I decided to try Bradenton. I stumbled upon Kauffman on google and I’m glad I did. The lady who answered the phone knew her stuff and got me taken care of in under 5 min and as a bonus she didn’t treat me pretentiously like the rest of the glass companies did in Sarasota. They had it ready for me later in the day and when I got home to fix it, it fit like a glove. I hope I don’t break any more glass but at least I know who to call if I do! Thank you guys!

Great friendly Family business that are fast and great price. They cut a custom glass for my jalousie window. They called to see where there cutter was (coming back from a job) had him rush back to cut me a piece. He walked in within 2 mins and cut me a new piece and filed my existing piece smooth (it was from the 60s). I was there a total of 15 mins. I will definitely be back for any glass or mirror needs.

If you want poor work, unprofessional, lousy CS, and a bunch of thugs in your home, please use this company. They do not back up their work, get very aggressive if things arent to their liking, especially towards women. Im surprised theyre still in business. Maybe someone will put them out of their misery.

Awful experience...waited months for a piece of glass to finally be told their VENDOR is having problems.....asked for a refund which became a big scene...had to go to office and when at the office they told me it was a partial refund.....nasty and arrogant sister of owner acted like it was completely my fault. When I mentioned the competitor I was then going to...they flipped out screaming at me.

Had a difficult repair on some health in Windows and they did a great job, theyre the place to go to for parts others dont have.
