Tried to convince me that my catalytic converter was stolen before I brought my car in for the 3td time for check engine light. Like I didnt notice the loud noise a car makes when converter is stolen. I will never return to this place for anything. Dishonest and not good at repairs.

Walked around the lot several times looking to purchase a vehicle and not one person came to help us. Several workers saw us, looked at us, and proceeded to go inside the building. $50,000 customers just walked off of your lot. Thank you for your help. Based on my experience at Schaumburg Honda, I would never buy a car from, or take a car for service to, any member of this dealership family. Promised a call to arrange a loaner. Got no call. The place is filthy. Lots of employees standing around, but only one service advisor actually working. Several customers waiting, and hes chatting with the one hes working with. Another service advisor is head-down. It turns out hes putting tiny little stickers on a car key. Apparently thats more important than customers. Stood in the service bay for 10 minutes without so much as having my presence acknowledged. Same appeared to be true for other customers. Thats the top of the list. I abandoned my appointment and will drive further to find a dealer that cares.
Do not trust them. They are very deceptive and will take advantage of you. They are rude after sale,they don’t return phone calls and will talk down to you and are very demeaning when you question them.
Salesman was pushing us to buy a car he wanted us to buy nothing like what we were looking for.
Would never buy a car here. We requested another employee because the first one was extremely rude. We were supposed to follow him to the office but he didnt tell us to. Then he wanted us to sign paperwork and didnt explain that it is the process if you want to test drive a car. I havent been car shopping in over 15 years. Once we decided on a used car they wanted us to buy a new car. Terrible experience.
I am very upset at this dealership! The person in charge when we were there with my daughter, made fun of my daughters trade in. Plus after telling them to submit her social security number once, they have continually kept submitting her social security number numerous times and I’m wondering if they are resubmitting it daily to hurt her credit . We are still getting bank denial letters in the mail and her credit reports have numerous hard inquiries. I’m going to file a complaint against Arlington Nissan on Dundee Road. This is ridiculous.Plus the car that was sold to my girlfriend has scratches, feels like the brakes are bad and it feels like it’s going to die when stopping or taking off.

Fixed the software recall on my Honda Lx. In & out & full check & nothing else was needed. I never went to Schaumburg & never had any software installed. Whoever put their on their website is being untruthful.
Service department is so bad they have put me off Ford. And I wanted to buy a mustang this year but I guess Ill look at German cars now.They dont call. They dont start working on your car until you call. They forget to order parts. They dont pickup the phone. One o2 sensor took them 4 days.
Dealers are extremely nice and accommodating here. Friendly and inviting, never a turn off, they try to get you in and get you out as fast as possible. Great place
2 hours and 25 minutes for a simple oil change. 20 minutes after car was done before they came to tell me. And that was with an appointment. When I got home I noticed they overcharged me! I have to go in to fix the bill. Go elsewhere.
Aweful service. Bad at returning calls to set up service. Three times n still been waiting. Have been a customer for years but new management sucks!
We tobdriveva truck taken in as a trade, told them Id be there is 30 to 45 minutes. They didnt even clean all the garbage. I dint expect it to be detailed, but at least get the empty bottles out, spit cups, and empty dip cans. I dont see this taking long, I am sure they have someone that could have done it.

Disorganized. They had me Uber from the city at 7 PM as they wanted to make the sale by the end of the month. They didnt have the right vehicle ready even though I was at the dealership for two hours before they were ready to execute the sales. I ended up driving home in a loaner, and they drove the new vehicle out the next day. Never even paid for the Uber. I was happy with the deal I got, and their selection is unmatched.
Generally Rohman hires failed sales people from other dealers. In most cases these hacks will pull everything you remember from the bad days of car buying. Flee from any of these miserable dealerships.

Made appointment for test drive of new CR V, they couldnt locate car. Waited about 15 minutues. Found another similar one. It needed a jump. Went for test drive and told me I could only go around the block ... NO GAS IN IT. They dont seem to care. Went to another Honda dealership and purchased a new CR V Touring.

Came by because I had low pressure in my tires. The guy was really nice and patiently explained that it was probably due to the weather. He had all 4 checked and found no issues. They filled them up and sent me on my way owing $0.
Took my car in for a recall notice. They did the work in half the time I expected. Their customer lounge was great. It is comfortable, they have coffee and doughnuts. And the restrooms are very clean. Their staff are very courteous and kept me informed.

I have a leak in my rear differential. I need to replace the rear differential. I have taken my car to Rohrman Lincoln since I bought it the end of 2015. I have had the oil changed, the tires changed, and every check up it needed since I bought it new from them. I was never told to have the differential fluids changed after 30k miles. I was never told to change the transmission oil, and all the fluids changed in the car as the service was being done until TODAY!!! How could a dealer not give their customers a check up list when they buy the car.? How could they not tell you this when they are working on your car?I am not a car mechanic, I am not a car buff, I am a working person who uses their car a lot for business. If it werent for the service manager today, I wouldnt know any of this. The Lincoln group in Schaumburg has been awful and I would not recommend them to anyone. And as person in business, regardless of what they might think, word of mouth is the best advertising there is.If my car fails due to the lack of fluid changes that this company should have done on my car, my next word of mouth will be with my attorney.

Had a good first experience last year but the second time around- not great. Was told I needed all kinds of fluid changes in addition to the oil on my one year-old truck. This dealership is in love with Pennzoil - tries to push all kinds of services with Pennzoil fluid changes .I also worked with one of the contractors that did the show room at this location and he told me he was treated very badly by the owner Mr. Rohrman.The sales person that tried to push the fluid changes mentioned Mr. Rohrman several times which was a turn off.
It is very difficult to get into the service area, you have to maneuver through the used car lot. Amenities in the waiting room have vanished. They used to have donuts and newspapers, both are gone. They also have a TV that was blasting the Wendy Williams show so loud you could not even read. If you dont appreciate Wendy Williams this was especially annoying. There is nowhere you can go to avoid this.

Service advisor was curtious and prompt. Our vehicle was taken in and service was performed quickly. Our vehicle was due for oil change, tire rotation, and rear differential fluid change.We had a previous experience with same services being performed on another vehicle that we own. While service on the other vehicle was performed, they stripped the drain bolt out of the rear differential housing. This caused the rear differential to slowly leak.I hope this vehicle was treated with greater care, as this was a very expensive repair! Not as expensive as replacing the housing itself. Being next to impossible to prove, we paid to have the other vehicles rear differential housing properly repaired so we didnt have to purchase a new housing$$$$$$$. Greater care should be taken and not to zipp down a bolt with an impact gun.You take your vehicle to the dealer and entrust them to do a job properly. The problem with the other vehicle should never of happened if proper care was taken. I hope this vehicle was attended to properly. Only time will tell.

Drove by and stopped in during one of their sales. Asked about price on a vehicle. They gave us the special bank offer, which seemed a bit high. Went home and checked online, saw the price they asked for in person was $10K over the online price! What a poor definition of a sale. Ill ride a bike before buying from them.

I previously wrote a review about Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Kia and it magically vanished. Stay far far away from this dealership. My last review spoke about how their whole intent is to get you in the door to try to pressure you into buying a vehicle. I asked very simple but specific questions prior to coming in and they kept stalling and giving me vague non answers and wouldn’t at all give me the numbers I asked for. This is what gives car sales such a bad name. Be up front and honest. Is that too much to ask? The best part of all of this is the manager Tiffany Phillips replied to my review (like they do on every negative review) She left her number to give the illusion that they care. I called it and left a message last week and haven’t heard from her at all. A sales rep also emailed me to tell me that I never asked for specific numbers. When I replied to the rep with a screen shot of my previous email dialogue with the dealership proving I had asked for specifics, she never responded. So the sales person actually reached out to me only to tell me what I did wrong from her perspective, although what they accused me of was incorrect and I was able to prove that with screenshotsThis dealership is a joke and a poor poor reflection on Bob Rohrman. Stay far away and don’t believe for a minute that they actually really care about fixing the negative. They reply just to make it seems as if they care.
I dont know why I expect them to change because its never going to happen. They tried charging $2,200 for used wheels and tires. I can still feel the gouge.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for nicer sales team and better prices.

Took my Honda Pilot in for service and repair. The staff greeted me with a smile, understood my concerns. Told me what was needed. They also provided me with a loaner while my vehicle was serviced.

I find Bob Rohrman Honda repair service to be very good, the find whats wrong the first time and do quality repairs fast, they offer free shuttle if you leave your car for service
We bought our 2015 Ford Escape at Bob Rohrman 11/11/17 and I must admit they service was fabulous. From the salesman to the loan officer they were friendly and extremely nice to work with. However.... the handle broke off my seat lever while still on the lot and they wasted no time at all ordering another one. When I went to get it put on less than a month of buying my car my car failed alignment when doing the inspection. I told them I bought the car less than a month ago and he told me that test really doesnt mean anything and not to worry. I sent my concerns in an email to them and have not heard back yet.

Bought a used vehicle that broke down on the way home. They went out of their way to get us home that night in a loaner car. They made repairs to the vehicle at their expense. Just over a month later I had problems with the vehicle and took it to a trusted mechanic. He found that the repairs they had performed were sub standard and all the work had to be repeated for just under $3000. I think they really meant to do right by me and they were friendly but overall I think I overpayed for a vehicle and have already paid to fix their mistakes.
Feeling appreciated is hard to find.

Sad buying experience, Mike Wrona will tell you anything to get you into a car, i bought a car at night and was assured that there was no scratches or scuffs on it, they couldnt pull it in beacuse it was late. But i took his advice. It a certified used car 2018, the next morning i find rust on my door hinge and paint scratch on the back bunper fender, i bring it in to show them what i found. Mike said he can take care of the bumper and the hinge. I go to the service department to see jeff and they give me the run around about getting the rusty hinge fixed. Finally they order the part and we schedule a time i can drop it off 7am monday to change the rusty hinge and fix the spots on my bumper. Tuesday 6pm i show up at the service counter to see jeff, they pull my car in (white car) dirty and dusty..they had my hinge fixed and just touch up paint to my bumper but not the scratch that we talked about.. my car was immaculate before i dropped it off and i expected a big dealer like Bob Rohrman would deliver a repaired car clean.. not only is my outside filthy but they dirtied up my inside with dust and mud marks. Fingerprints all over my door and back passanger door? Why would they even give me my car with out even washing it? Mikes excuse ( its cold the door jams will freeze) really? Sad. Plus i show him. Look the scratch is still there. He was like no we never agreed on that, very sad service. Then proceeds to tell me there is no way to fix that spot. Its a used car what do you expect. What away to treat a customer. I will never buy a car from any Bob Rohrman ever again. Neither will my friends or family..

Came in and ready to buy aggressively priced demo 17 Fusion Platinum but turned off by a car with a check engine light and no gas. Then, a rude sales manager had the nerve to tell me none of this was an issue and refused to tell me what the engine code was and asked if I was ready to buy. Mr. Lamm was his name. Wouldnt have left this review but for Chloe in their internet sales department. who just sent me a text. I told them what I think she did not respond. Sorry goes a long way sometimes. Bought an 18 Honda Accord Touring from McGrath (for 10k more cash). Do better Bob Rohrman, from the blaring Pink Floyd to the rude sales staff this store is trash. He could have TOd me to a more expensive non demo unit and made a sale. Too bad. Glad I didnt buy a Fusion after Fords announcement on their product lineup this week.

Service issues with fixing a frozen fuel door cover so was unable to get gas. Took about a full week betwen ordering new parts and then reinstalling. I bring loaner car back when its ready and my vehicle still wanst ready. This ended up being a multiple trip

I dont know what they did to the staff and the dealership... but they won my business back and maybe looking to purchase our third vehicle there.
I met with 4 people when I went to Bob Rohrman and I found out later that each of them lied about nearly everything they said. I asked about the owner history of a used car, the salesman gave me a long fake explanation about the previous owner. Later I found out the car had been used as a municipal vehicle. I found various pieces of the car hidden in the spare tire compartment. Parts had been glued or taped back on. Dishonest, not knowledgeable, and will tell you anything to sell you an overpriced car with thousands of dollars of hidden fees. Never, ever, ever do business here. I would self-immolate before setting foot on a Bob Rohrman lot.
I had problem with my radio code. I called them and they were very kind, and I went there and they fixed that in a 10 min.

Went today for an oil change through Honda Care which was purchased when I leased my vehicle at a different Honda dealer. They would not accept Honda Care even though any Honda dealer Nationwide is supposed to. I was told I could only use it at the dealer I leased through, which is not true. Very upset that my time was wasted driving there.
