I purchased a used car here very recently and had a great experience. I usually prefer to avoid dealerships because there is a lot of pressure put on you by the car salesmen. This dealership is not like that at all. I was greeted by Rafiq Hussain who gave me plenty of time to look around the vehicle and make my own decisions. He went into plenty of detail about both the positives and negatives about the vehicle I was interested in. What separates Genuine Motors from other dealerships is that there wasnt a hassle with finding an agreeable price. Too many dealerships make buying a vehicle feel like a battle where somebody must lose, in order to get the better deal. We quickly came to a fair and agreeable price, this is the way all car dealerships should be. Rafiq is a very honest man and much like the business name, he is genuine. I will be certain to look here first the next time I am in the market for a used vehicle.

He states his asking price and sticks with it; 3) Rafiq has a good sense of value in the cars he purchases; 4) all of his cars, including the one i purchased, are very clean; 5) Rafiq is very diligent in fixing problems and/or explaining what he cannot fix and why; 6) Rafiq is reasonable, flexible, and accomodating in meeting early or late and doing what is needed to complete a successful transaction.
