Had the pleasure of working with raul, Steve, and Matt.Raul and I were going back and forth for a while and he was very patient the whole time and answering any questions and helping me out.Matt went for a ride along with me and took the time to explain many things about the vehicle and I appreciated that he didnt try to sell me unnecessary things he just told me what was actually needed for my Maserati.I could tell that they were doing their best to get me in and out efficiently and took extra time to answer all my questions I could tell they really were trying to help me will definitely be coming back.

I saw a car online and went to see the car. First of all, they make it seem as theyre doing you a favor by selling you this car. It took about 5 hours to see the car agree on a price then for them to go back on their word. We initially disagreed on the price and I was going to leave, but the manager changed his mind and agreed on my offer. I had some conditions with the agreement and he said no problem. They ran my credit to start the financing then changed their mind on the negotiation because of one of my conditions. So in the end, I walked out because they wanted to raise the price even though the initial agreed upon conditions were all included.

Worst Experience EverI saw an add for a 2018 Maserati and made an appointment to test drive the car. The car was beautiful and the salesman answered all my questions. I was then asked to sign a form agreeing that I test drove the car and liked it and that if the we could agree on a price I would buy the vehicle that day.The ad is attached and the vehicle is listed for $55,775 the ad also states the vehicle is certified. After going back and forth the sales manager presented a cost to $61,000 higher than advertised which did not include the additional $5,998 for the warranty it was advertised with.The sales manager explained they would lose $6,000 if they sold for the advertised price. I walked out an left after wasting several hours of my time. The salesman called me while I was driving home and back on the highway. The General Manager now agreed to sell the car for $2,000 over advertised price, but would not include the certification that the car is advertised with. The sales manager told me it was because I was not trading in a car or financing with them. So I wasnt providing them any way of making money on the deal.This is False Advertising and is Illegal. I will also post a report with the the better business bureau.Stay away from this Dealership it is a Scam!

Worst service ive ever experienced out of any dealership. The service manager Raul should be working at a Honda dealer, treated everyone like hes better, rude to his customers, and has no idea what hes talking about when it comes to the cars he services and sells. Brought my Maserati in for some work and after 3 days they couldnt find the obvious suspension and engine issues. Then he had the nerve to hand my car back filthy from salt and snow when it was clean upon leaving it. Along with 2 used COVID masks thrown around my car. Tried to complain to the GM who just never answered my phone calls. Will not be giving this dealership any more business and I recommend you dont either.

I saw an ad on cars.com for a 2017 Maserati and in the ad in two places its noted that the car is Maserati Certified which means a really good manufacturers warranty extension, which I am looking for is included. When I call about buying, Im told the car is not certified but for $5000 more I can get the certified warranty. Doe this sound like bait and switch to anyone else out there. Set the bait in the ad get the people in and switch the deal and then up sell for $5000.more. The ad is posted see for yourself.Yes he did reach out to me and offered the car at something over $43,000 I guess Im stuck because in my business if I advertise something I dont get to tell a customer someone made a mistake, you dont get the advertised price. I have to deliver period on what was advertised.

We went into the dealership with really no intention of leasing a new car. Our salesman Hector came out started talking to us and a few hours later we rolled out in the Maserati Grand Turismo Cabriolet, an absolute dream car. Hector and George did everything possible to get us into that vehicle. Everyone in the dealership was so nice and great to work with. They even started the car inside the dealership just so my husband could hear how great it sounded in sport mode! 🤣🤣. I really can’t say enough about these guys. If you want a Maserati, this is THE place to go and buy it!!

I bought a brand new Maserati Ghibli, went to get it serviced because of a check engine light!I wanted to get a loaner vehicle while my car is being in service and I was told to come back in 5 weeks! They told me that they are fully booked!I drive this car on a daily basis and I need it! It seems unfair to me considering how much I spend on it.The attitude was disrespectful! We got off to a bad start because the saleswomen seemed irritated right from the outset. She still did her best to help, but her knowledge was wide in breadth and narrow in depth. She memorized the Maserati Sales Handbook cover to cover, but was noticeably uncomfortable going off script, which made our ability to decide between competing cars much more difficult. She was equally aloof days later when we returned to look again. When attempting to negotiate the price of the car, they would not reveal to me the sales price, just the final payment. When I pressed harder, they revealed the INCENTIVE-ADJUSTED sales price, but refused to tell me what they were actually selling the car for. They even compared that incentive-adjusted price to the cars invoice price, a deceitful approach I havent seen in a while. The saleswoman trying to broker the negotiation just further confused things; putting her in the middle is not helping their business. This was my 6th car purchase since 2016, and Zeigler Maserati was easily the least transparent negotiating experience Ive had. We ended up purchasing our second favorite car exclusively because of our distaste for the sales experience at this dealership.

We just bought a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio with Stephanie at Zeigler Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Fiat. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience we have ever had. The car was clean and ready before we arrived. Stephanie had Starbucks ready too?! She knew every option on the car and got us in and out at lightning speed. We also met Greg in service who walked us through the entire vehicle and planned for future maintenance and Gabe and Charlie in finance who got us the lowest rate possible. I just took delivery of my new Ghibli S Q4 over a week ago and absolutely love the car. The performance and handling is amazing and the car definitely feels unique, exclusive, and just special in comparison to the now dime a dozen German competition. Ziegler Maserati is very conveniently located, new and modern facility with a large selection. I got exactly the car I wanted at a great price thanks to my sales person Chris Shah and their coordinator Leanne. My Maserati was serviced in early May because it was running rough and engine light on. They charged almost $1000 for routine oil change and replacing a $50 flap. The engine light came back on within a week.They couldn’t get me back in for service until June 20! A 5 week wait.I understand that they have lost a technician but the customer service reps Do not provide premium service. I’ve been very happy with another maserati dealer in Chicagoland, despite a 20 minute further drive. Ziegler has lost my business.

After much research, I found the exact Gran Turismo MC that I aspired to own at a great price in comparison to other dealerships around the country. I pre-arranged a test drive since I was flying from Atlanta. Chris Shah was the salesman I dealt with. I purchased the car and was out of the dealership in plenty of time to catch my flight back to Atlanta. Chris took of the paperwork with my credit union and made arrangements to ship to the car to my home in Miami. The car was shipped enclosed and arrived a day late (due to overheating on the truck). The transportation company keep me informed of the status daily. Chris and Zeigler team were pleasant and efficient as well as the transport company. I sincerely appreciated the fact they were considerate of my time. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Arranged an appt. for 10 AM and stated I would wait since it was a simple oil service. I was told it would take about one and one half hour with the car wash. I told them no car wash, it was just detailed.Arrived at 10:03 AM and waited about 15 minutes before somebody came to assist me. 10:45 AM my car is taken to the work area. 11:20 the service manager comes to tell me hes going to give me a loaner because theyve decided to do the 6 year service instead. I told him it was done in November and I only came for my oil change that was already 20 minutes late. 12:05 PM I see my car with water spots, swirl marks and pieces of some type of rag or duster stuck under the Pininfarina and Maserati emblems on the sides of the car.Over two hours and $385.00 to change the oil, filter and tell me that my care is very well maintained and now it will cost me another several hundred to have my paint corrected. I will never do business with these people again. Felt more like visiting a used car lot than a Maserati dealer. Ive never had this problem with any other Maserati, Porsche, Mercedes or BMW dealer.

We went to Ziegler for our new Maserati because of the fantastic service we received at their BMW dealership. Leanne, their online salesperson, was awesome- very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Once we arrived at the dealership it went downhill. The salesman (forgot his name) for the Maserati was condescending and arrogant. Telling me what I do and dont like, including colors. The sales manager was rude- to the Fiat saleswoman and to us. They lost the sale, no way we will buy from them. Too bad because it hurt Zieglers reputation with us and anyone we talk to.

I went in there with the intention of purchasing a Dodge Ram 1500 4 by 4 for $10,950... They informed me because they cleaned the truck up and got it ready for sale they would have to charge me another $1,000, then they said that due to the age of the truck that they would have problems financing the truck, and misrepresented my credit score I know exactly what my credit score is, I have an app in my phone that tells me from day to day... I bought a brand new car two months ago and since I had a issue with the alignment, the car is pulling to the left so I contacted James E. from service department just to realize that I need to pay $235.00 for alignment, really ? the car have 3,300 miles on it,... We talking expensive car and their service that sucks. I dont recommend their service in any means, I would never come back to service any car there... I submitted an inquiry through their contact form and within 30 minutes I was speaking with the Sales Manager, John Douglass, the most passionate and honest individual Ive ever spoken to in the industry. TOTALLY INEPT. As its a 4 hour drive to Zeigler from where I live, I didnt want to make multiple trips so I asked the sales manager to have their mechanics go over the convertible Maserati I was interested in. I was told their mechanic checked out the car and everything was good, well except the rear window fell out on the drive home. I bought the car from them on April 4th 2017 paid the licensing fee but my license plate never arrived. After numerous emails they finally wrote that they submitted the paperwork on the 18th, I bought the car on the 4th, it took 2 weeks to turn in paperwork, sure didnt take them 2 weeks to cash my check. Three weeks later still no license and the temp had now expired. I called the manager who sent a document showing they did request the title from ATC (Auto Title Corp) on the 18th except, ATC wrote back on the 21st saying they needed the odometer reading, Zeigler screwed around for 2 more weeks before responding to ATC. Its now been over 6 weeks since I bought my car and I still cant get the plates. This is the worse customer service Ive ever encountered from any car dealer, I guess I expected more from a Maserati dealer. First and last car Ill ever buy from them.

LeAnne worked with my husband over the phone and invited us to come out and test drive Maserati Levante. The day we got there, LeAnne was not there, and even though she had informed another sales person to allow us to test drive a car, he refused saying it was the only one in the show room and could not be taken out. I was furious. LeAnne called again, and actually brought the Levante at our home so we could test drive it. We custom ordered the car based on our specifications and when we went to get delivery of the car, it was a smooth process. At that time, we were told that we would have SiriusXM for a year. However, after 2 months, I get a notice saying its expiring. Worked with LeAnne and Maserati agreed to pay a full year subscription for us. I would definitely work with LeAnne again.

Beware AUTOFRAUD!....I paid top dollar for a used 2012 Maserati GT convertible from this dealership about a month ago and they lied to me that it was accident-free. According to Carfax and Autocheck which I pulled up on my own recently, it was involved in a serious, disabling accident in 2013. The dealership claims to have not known about it. BS! Rare, high-end exotics are never bought and sold without knowing about its history. Now, my cars value is significantly reduced because of its negative history and the dealer refuses to do anything about it, only that I trade up to a much more expensive vehicle so that they can line their pockets. AVOID this dealership at all costs!!
