He guided me through the entire process from ordering exactly the combination of colors / options I was looking for to keeping me updated throughout the shipment of the car from overseas. Will answered all my questions and was transparent throughout the process. When the day came to pick up my car all the paperwork was in order and ready to go. I had a tutorial with the BMW Genius team to review all the functions of the car, met with the finance team to complete paperwork and was out the door in my new Z4! I purchased my new 2022 BMW X4 30i about a week ago. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Patrick BMW, starting with the appointment over the phone all the way to when I drive my car out from the dealership.I had to order my X4 and my salesmen, Angelo Tramuta (Senior Client Advisor) made the whole entire process super simple and quick. Angelo was on point with communication and always kept me up to date of where in the process my vehicle was at. He even gave me a flower bouquet for me to surprise my wife when I get back home (EXTREMELY AWESOME).As for the car ordering part, I was expecting the car to arrive at the dealership 4 weeks after the production date but it came WAY FASTER than what I expected, which is another factor that Im please. I will definitely recommend my friends to come here and I will also be back for another purchase soon.

I just purchased my BMW this past Saturday and I received everything I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. I worked with Don Lyons who was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. He even followed up with me on Monday to see how everything was going with my new X4. The process was fairly quick and easy. They did all of the work for me and pretty much all I had to do was sign and drive. I love my car and absolutely loved the service. Worked with YUSUF, it was a great exp and would recommend them. took a little longer then i thought but i believe that was because of the number of cars going out the door. The car i bought had a minor scratch and after detailing it they touched it up...can barely tell...and they replaced a plastic piece that had scuffs. Again, great to work with.

We recently purchased a 2021 X3 from Patrick BMW. It had been 10 years since our previous experience with Patrick. Nothing has changed - they are just as professional if not more as they were in 2011. Brian Parker (Client Advisor) was excellent. He listened to our needs. While most dealers had a depleted inventory on 2021 X3s, he promised us he would find a car and ultimately had one shipped in from Iowa. Thanks again to everyone @ Patrick !

My husband and I are very pleased with our new 2022 BMW Series 3 vehicle. But more so pleased with the customer service we were provided. Our client/sales advisor, Will Wells was amazing. He walked us through the process and was able to help us get a great deal on our trade in. We left the dealership happy. To top the cake, the car mats that came with our vehicle was not available the day we purchase the vehicle. Will drove the mats to our home the next day. I recommend Patrick BMW to anyone. Purchasing my BMW X5 MSport 2021 from Patrick BMW was a breeze. I was very fortunate to run into my Angelo Tramuta who was outstanding, honest to a fault. He was all up front with his pricing which was the best by far of three I got. He answers all of my questions and made sure I have all the information to make my decision. If it wasn’t for Angelo, I wouldn’t know about all the BMW seasonal discounts. He resigned my name to get them before I was aware so I can get the best price. He orders my BMW which wasn’t available from the factory and made sure I was updated during the waiting period. If you need a great honest deal with outstanding service go and see Angelo. Let me start off by saying this dealership was great! I dont even write reviews but I felt like they earned every word I am typing.I had a bad experience at another BMW dealership in the Gold Coast area so by the time I got to Patrick BMW, my patience was thin. I went in and told them exactly what I wanted, how much I had to put down, and if they could not help me I was unwilling to drive all the way out there (it was a 45 minute drive). Veronica was very patient, responsive, and gave me the information I needed before arriving at the dealership to view a vehicle yesterday. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist and then Gary came to grab me so we could test drive the truck. Let me say he is the most friendly, funny, all while being professional sales rep. I have ever encountered. He was very patient even though I was kind of moody lol. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and we tested out different aspects of the vehicle together. After we returned, the numbers werent quite in my budget so I was very disappointed. The finance individual (I totally forgot his name but he was awesome, my apologies if you read this lol), was so professional and straight forward. He ended up getting me to the price point I needed to be in and apologized for any inconveniences. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and driving it home today. Gary even gave me flowers and two Patrick BMW key chains!! Overall, my experience was great and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle and a luxury experience.

I have had great experiences with buying my previous two Mini Coopers at my hometown Mini dealer. This time, due to the bizarre market conditions, I needed to look for a dealership that had some stock elsewhere in the Midwest. I reached out to 6 dealerships in 4 states with questions. Patrick Mini was the only one to respond in a timely manner. I had to drive 5.5 hours to get to Patrick, but it was worth it. My purchase experience from driving several models, to learning all of the options and features, to dealing with out out state taxing and title transers, even the financing discussions were fantastic. I felt like I made great new friends that day. Anna and Zaine were really accommodating and not once did I feel uncomfortable in the process. This surpassed any car purchasing experience Ive had.

I was told that I needed a new A/C condenser because a rock hit it and it would cost $1,454. My friend and I tested and found no leak. I then took it to my brothers mechanic in Highwood, IL who works on Exotic and European brands of cars. He inspected the condenser and ran the A/C for one hour and found no leak or any other issues. Either the mechanic at Patrick BMW has no idea what he is doing or they were trying to steal from me. Beware!

My husband and I recently purchased a used 2014 X3 xdrive35i and had the pleasure of working with Angelo. From the moment we met him our experience was absolutely superb! We also could custom order but having the car the same day was exceptional! I recently bought my first BMW through Don at Patrick BMW. Don has been by far the best sales person I have bought a car through. The best part about working with Don was that he didn’t come across as a car salesman. I have been a long time Patrick customer and every single time I go in there for a new car they continue to amaze. Their service their selection their honesty and follow through or next to none. My daughter just leased her first BMW from Patrick as expected they took exceptional care of her had the exact car if she wanted amongst a substantial inventory. Enzo the general manager has a wonderful team and is always hands-on and making sure you get a great deal and great service. Not once have I gone in there had any type of issue either with sales or service. One of the only dealerships around that actually keeps their word and you can trust in what they say. They definitely don’t forget about you after the sale. Will the sales person was also exceptional. It is nice to have a relationship with a dealer that you can trust. If you want to BMW don’t go anywhere else. I have written multiple reviews about Patrick all five star.

Patrick BMW are CHEATERS !! They would make you sign documents and never give you those paperwork. (We will give these paperwork later, which would never happen). Most of used cars sold are faulty. Be aware.

Our experience with Patrick BMW Mini was very positive. Dimitri matched us with a great car! He was professional, kind and was very quick to respond to our requests and e-mails. I believe we got a good value for our vehicle. The finance manager was also very professional and knowledgeable in guiding us through the decision of purchasing an extended warranty. I contacted Patrick BMW online in regards to a new BMW, and was connected with Angelo Tramuta. Since the very beginning, he was very kind, knowledgeable and responded promptly to all my questions. During this time, I was shopping around with a couple different BMW dealerships in order to find the best deal, as this was my first experience with Patrick. Angelo negotiated not only the best price for my trade in, but also the best price on the new car I was looking at. My wife and I have purchased 5 cars from various dealerships over the last 6 years, and this was easily my best experience. Typically, actually getting the keys to the car is exciting, but the rest of the process is a headache. Not with Angelo and Patrick BMW. This review is about Amanda, the bmw service scheduled. She has the worst customer service. I’m shocked she has a position at the facility in her role. . I called to confirm that i can get engine oil topped off without an appointment. She gave me an attitude and a hard time when I didn’t know husband’s car year make. She then insisted that the ONLY option was to schedule an appointment and the soonest appointment she offered was 4 days later. Regardless of what she said, I went into services without an appointment, and the team topped my oil within 5 mins, no questions asked. I then, called Amanda back and told her to cancel my appointment that she made me make for something so simple. She was so rude even then!! Very disappointing customer service representative!

When I first came to this place I can’t say I had the best experience until I met Ferik Shuaipi, general sales manager. He is super professional, kind, understanding and very easy to work with. He helped me out a lot.

I have a bought many cars in my life and I have never dealt with a dealership and a sales reps like Patrick BMW/MINI and Gary Khaytin. All I can say is A+++++ Im from Pa and obviously this dealership is in Illinois and I may never want to go any where else when Im in a market for anothet car. Gary was my client advisor. He did above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership and tell you to go talk to Gary Khaytin if your in search of a new or used car. I happened to see an ad on the internet about a used car that was not a BMW and that was at Patricks BMW. I thought I would call and possibly check it out. I was immediately called back by Elmir a sales representative. He said he would move the car that I was interested in to the front of the building and meet me, which he did. He was as friendly and kind as could be to both my dog and I! They said I couldnt drive it out on the streets because it just came in and they had to do an inspection to make sure it was safe. Loved that! Later in the day, after they inspected the car they allowed my husband to take it to our mechanic to check it out. There was NEVER any pressure techniques used to buy the car and Elmir worked with us and the finance department to get us a lower, but fair price. He personally cleaned a spot off the otherwise immaculate white upholstery. Elmir is a genuine thoughtful outgoing individual who cares not only about Patrick BMW, but about the customer! We would rate our car buying experience with him as OUTSTANDING and WILL RECOMMEND ALL OURS FRIENDS!!! D. Sykes

Worst experience ever! Trying to buy a car from out of state is horrible. TookThe paperwork they sent to SOS and they said what a mess! couldn’t transfer my plate because they sent me missing and lease paperwork. Told the sales lady and was very rude reply didn’t offer to send the correct forms that SOS requested. Had car shipped company told me three different times and twoDifferent days and we’re no call no shows on allthree. SOS said looks like they over charged you and are registering the car in wrong state.

Off lease vehicle return is a night mare. Do not deal with this people.They started arguing with me when i asked for a ride home because i returned my car.Do not service with them. Not recommend to anyone in Chicago land area.Useless customer service and support.Service advisors are bad and trying to rip u off as much as they can.No more hassle at this place. We are done here.
