I originally came in here with my boyfriend to test drive a 2018 Stelvio Ti and I loved the ride. I didn’t have any intention of buying that day. As we were heading out to leave, Elman asks me why I haven’t thought of getting a new car or leasing. And the answer is like most peoples. Money!! Well I have been curious about it so the sales manager, George, and Elman talked it through to us. Long story short, I’m sitting in the lobby now waiting to sign the paperwork for a lease on a 2021 Stelvio Ti Sport and I’m so in love. The deal was definitely manageable, I feel like the deal was very fair and I like the no BS approach that was given from the start. They cut me very fair deals and I did not feel taken advantage whatsoever, which is something I hate more than anything. I’m very excited to get this sexy car on the road. Confusing experience. Went in and test drove a used car. Salesperson who assisted was great. However the higher-up refused to discuss any price negotiation and was slightly rude about it all -- fine. But then I check online a few days later, and they lowered the list price! Whats up with that? P.S. the car is still advertised wrong, accident free (carfax disagrees), powered sunroof (doesnt have any sunroof), ...? Ill keep looking elsewhere.

I highly recommend Zeigler Alfa of Schaumburg. Took my Stelvio for service and they did a fantastic job. I have had a check engine light and auto stop/start not available light on for months that Italian Motorworks of Naperville has been unable to turn off and wanted to charge me for diagnostics. All Ziegler did was an oil change and tire rotation and the lights are off now. The service department went over in detail the things they recommend being done to maintain my car in the future as well as the things that arent necessary. Honesty in the car industry is rare and I appreciate theirs. They not only washed the exterior of my vehicle, but also cleaned all my floor mats inside the car. I had to wait longer, but their service and honesty are well worth it!

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had at a dealership. I originally went to the dealership because my husband was interested in getting a new car for me. While looking at cars, my husband decided to have his vehicle appraised just to see. Long story short, they will remove stickers from your vehicle without authorization. I should have called my lawyer and pursue further action. After confronting Hector, he denied it, of course, and then 5 mins later, the manager Gaberial called me. If you know you did not remove anything, then why have the manager call? Im definitely spreading the word about this location to EVERYONE I know. Alfa Romeo has tons of Forums and people on there value another Alfa Romeo owners opinion!

Only if I could give this dealership a zero star review I would. I came to this fiat dealership 4 times (with the SAME issue) and I had Willio as my sales advisor. May is say frankly he is a joke and delivers awful customer service. I tried to contact the sales advisors manager Romelo multiple time and nothing. I would never recommend this place. Nor do I ever wish to return. Major wast of time.

Would not accept our alfa lease return because we purchased it from the now closed Autobarn, despite being directed by corporate and having a scheduled appointment to return it. Read online this is happening a lot currently. Very dismissive and rude. Avoid.

Last year when I bought Alfa Romeo service was perfect - Adam taking care of all the questions and issues right away.This year when I called for service new person was there with attitude problem, he told me that I have to wait a month for oil service because Im not the only one and they have so many cars for service; and at the time I was there I ask to check couple more things and they told me that they dont have time to do additional jobs; week after that my car needs to be take to the dealership by a towing company because all the sensors lights pops up and service engine was required and I couldnt drive - I didnt receive the loaner car because they told me that they dont have any until June and I should make the appointment first and now I shouldnt expect anything, no one called me whit the current status of the car - ridiculous service and so irresponsible employees.

Liars! Extremely disrespectful. Their website advertises a price on a specific vehicle. When I tried to purchase the vehicle for that price that THEY listed, they gave me the run around, stalled, and gave me the lamest excuses for why I couldn’t actually purchase for that price. First I needed to already own an Alfa Romeo vehicle. When I told them I do, then they changed it and said “oh actually I need to own a BMW or Mercedes.” Guess what, I do! Regardless, it’s obvious they were just making things up on the spot because they don’t want to honor their price which was clearly clickbait. What were they going to say I need to own next, a John Deere? When I told them I already own both a BMW and Mercedes, then they finally said the price online was actually a mistake and they could not offer the vehicle for that price. If that was true, why didn’t they say that to begin with? Obviously that is a lie, because the advertised price is STILL on the website even two days later. Clearly, they are listing prices as clickbait just to lure people into their store, and then attempting to up charge them once they get there. Extremely dishonest! Don’t do business with people who are screwing with you and being disrespectful. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Just purchased a new Giulia from Zeigler! Went in during lunch with the expectation of driving my new car of the lot back to the office for the afternoon. With such a little window of time, Peter and the finance department were really able to pull it off! Even with a trade in! Leanne was very friendly and informative through the whole process of determining which car and features I wanted (even before stepping foot on the lot!) and, once there, Peter was excellent at providing a vehicle for a test drive, showing me all the features and helping to get the keys in my hand as quickly as possible! Over all, a very pleasant experience and I look forward to working with them continually in the future!

I bought my car here in 2015, and I had the best experience. It was my first time buying a car, and all the managers and the salesperson who assisted me were all super friendly and helpful. All finances were handled by my credit union, so I didnt have to deal with any of that. I take my car in regularly for oil changes and they always tell me when I should expect the next thing to need repair on my car and how long I can drive safely before fixing anything. Jim has always been the nicest person, and Adam has been an excellent addition to the team! I recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues all the time!

Bought my car here try to get it serviced I was told next available was 5 weeks from now. Do I need to schedule my next oil change at my current oil change. The reason they gave is we have lots of cars.? They could not tell how many cars are sold that would need services. I love my car but this service is not acceptable

My parents joined me in my search for a new vehicle and not only was it not stressful like I thought, but it almost felt easy. Well I came in to see the Alfa ROMEO giulia Q4 and ended up chilling at the dealership figuring out what I should do. Sat in the car of course and test drove the vehicle to . It was super smooth and drives perfec . It was a nice comfort feeling and automatic. I went from driving a 2018 civic si 6 speed manual. The sale guy was super nice and they got me done with the deal and traded my honda civic si for a 2019 alfa ROMEO giulia Q4.Everyone at the dealership was super nice and very easy to chat with. I just bought a new Fiat 500 Sport Turbo, drove 350 miles round trip, (twice) to get it & would do it again! Leanne, Mike & John went out of their way to make sure that everything was in order since we traveled from Michigan - they worked with my lender & even reimbursed me for gas & tolls when I couldnt get the car the first trip!! After all my years of buying more cars than I care to remember, this was a truly fun, satisfying & rewarding experience. Not only were they concerned with the big things (price, delivery, financing etc,) but the little things too (like moving a favorite sticker off the old car & onto the new)!I encourage anyone wanting to buy a Fiat to go to this group of great folks - they are straight shooters who respect your time & that fact that you are the Customer! Horribly run dealership. I leased a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia and the buying process wasnt horrible. But when I took it in for its oil change, the sales manager harassed me about not tipping (who tips for an oil change). Then when it was time to turn my leased vehicle in, no one could help me coordinate the turn-in between Chrysler Capital and the dealership. I had to do a three-way conference call between the dealership and Chrysler Capital until I was able to schedule my end of lease turn-in. This dealership does not inspect the car prior to the lease-end, so you have to go through Chrysler Capitals third-party inspection companies. I schedule inspections twice, and both times no one showed up. This dealership does not make it easy to do business with them. Will never give them commissions again.

Great Experience with a recent purchase of my Fiat 124 Spider convertible with this dealership. Leeanne Van Gronigen was our product specialist and she work very hard with our family to find the Sport Abarth version with a specific equipment option package we desired within 1000 miles radius of their dealership. It is a limited production run for 2017 and we wanted a 6-Speed manual transmission. She found one in Michigan and worked with that dealership to set up a vehicle exchange. The follow up after the sale was fantastic. We were looking to transfer a Vanity Plate we had on a recently removed turned-in leased vehicle. Sounds simple, but it wasnt. One issue with the plate sticker had expired and the second issue was when it was active, the last vehicle it was on was due for an Emissions Check that I was not aware. Leanne and her sales Manager John both stepped in to GET it DONE with the State agency. I am now driving our Dream car on these beautiful weather days with my Family Name vanity plate. Great JOB everyone. I believe if I started my search for this vehicle anywhere else, I probably would have never gotten anywhere near these results. My advice. Start here...

Have tried twice to make an appointment to service my fiat. On both occasions the servie department was unhelpful and provided appointment dates over a month away. On another occasion I tried to schedule an appointment online and received an email/message stating I would be contacted by service member with available dates. I never received an email or a phone call.

I did not buy my fiat from here but I wish I had. I started coming to this facility to get service done as it much closer to my work than the other fiat dealership in Kenosha (that place is a joke). The building is always super clean and the people are welcoming. One of the main reasons I believe the service department is one the best Ive ever dealt with is because of Jim the service manager. Hes a great guy and explains everything that hes going to do and what I should do to keep my car maintained but at the same time I do not feel pressured to get extra services taken care of until Im ready which is truly appreciated. Ive been to other dealerships where they are just super pushy and only worried about the up sell. Jim is not this way and a class act. No complaints about the work done on my vehicle either.

I set up appointment after a week of texting with the managers agent. we came up with some tentative numbers based on perfect condition of my trade in. the day of appointmen no one know I was coming in. the vehicle I had made appointment to test drive was out of battery and couldnt be revived for an hour. the salesman was not aware of my coming in. after waiting an hour, the previous numbers changed drastically even though my trade in was flawless and they knew it. no appologies, nothing! the worst part is that I have purchased vehicles from these guys several times before. so, if they treat me like garbage, not sure how they treat a new client. I will never go back. I advise you guys go elsewhere.

I was here once before and they treated me very well call to get tires replaced and the person who answered the phone was too lazy to look up my tire size and demanded I do it for him even though I was driving. I have stock tires they should know what I have theyve lost a customer here.

Got a new car 2019 AlfaRomeo with scratches on the back, dealer looked obvious about it. But he didn’t give me any other options.Paperwork took a whole day, dealers here seems inexperienced.They are not even concerned about clarifying customer doubts.

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT go to this dealer. They will treat you like dirt, play every use car sales trick in the book. They will change price on you after the deal was done. They will lie and let you know that specific car you are looking for is available and after you come in, they will tell you: Oh, it just got sold, but here is more expensive one we can sell you If you try to address any issues with management, they will threaten you and will tell you to get out.Save yourself time and aggravation and go some place else.
