Great place and great service. Eric Clark is an excellent Service Consultant. Appreciated that their automotive technicians were not on strike.
Went to buy my Lexus IS 350 and the staff there maid it so easy and stress free thanks to Dan my sales guy.
I brought my vehicle in for a recall on the valve springs. They said it was a very involved job and would have to remove the engine. It took a week and I got the car back. Not more than 160 miles later, the check engine light comes on and the car is real slow. I take it back and told them they just worked on it.They evaluated it and told me it was $2600!! The cam sprockets were damaged. I said it should be covered by the previous job they did, they said nope. Car had 31,984 miles when I brought in...Never will I buy a Toyota, nor go to any Resnick auto group location.I am selling the car after this great job. Thanks Mike Krueger!
I love my service here. I’m on my 3rd Lexus from this dealership. I keep coming back because of the SERVICE!! Mandeep goes out of his way to help me and I feel genuine concern for my car and for my well being. Believe me I’m not a pushover. I don’t even call first to make an appointment.
I have visited Woodfield Lexus and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The showroom resembles a Hollywood setting and features a comfortable lounge and complimentary coffee bar and delicious snacks. The service and sales advisors are the most professional I have ever met. From the moment you arrive you feel special and appreciated. The GM Josh Resnick is very friendly and is interested in all of his guests and I find that to be truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend Woodfield Lexus to everyone who seeks the same experience I enjoyed. Test drive a Lexus. Youll be glad you did. Truly magnificent automobiles
Here is is letter I sent to Schaumburg Toyota, with no response, regarding my experience:I am responding to your request for feedback and my latest service call.I brought my vehicle in on July 5 and had brake service done on all four brakes at a cost of over $1200. A month later I was in Chicago and my brakes went out. I was able to coast in to the Toyota dealership on Western Avenue in Peterson. Apparently when my brakes were done at the Toyota dealership in Schaumburg The brake lines were not reattached properly. The dealership in Chicago charge me $150 diagnostic fee to determine the problem. Additionally I had to pay a $50 plus Uber ride to get home. Your dealership was nice enough to provide a tow back for my vehicle, and my service rep Christian, issued me a card for a $50 credit towards an oil change. Unfortunately I am still out the $150 diagnostic fee, which you declined to credit me for. In other words, I have to pay $150 because Schaumburg Toyota made a mistake installing my brakes.I will not be coming back for the free oil change, nor will I come back for any future service at Schaumburg Toyota. In my opinion the customer should not have to pay for mistakes made during service maintenance, for which premium prices are charged.I appreciate the effort to take care of part of the problem, but unfortunately since I am still out money, for something which was not my fault, I will not be back. That said, Christian is a terrific service rep and he did everything in his power to help me.John Cosgriff
