We just purchased a used mini van. The were very professional. The process was smooth, they are very honest and didnt try to scam or over charge. They had the carfax available right away, without even being asked. The mini van we purchased was BELOW the price it shouldve been easily. Our experience here was pressure and hassle free, unlike a traditional car dealership. They didn’t try to up sell us in to unnecessary packages or extended warranties. We found a car matching our needs on a used car website, and were a little unsure of the unexpected industrial park address, but the employees were upfront and easygoing. Not much price negotiation, as the price had already been recently lowered, but definitely felt we got a fair deal considering the pricing of similar models and mileage we’d seen.Best part was ease of transaction. Didn’t take hours like it does at a dealership. We were immediately offered the car fax report before asking, took a test drive, and were out the door in less than an hour.Good used car buying experience. Thanks

Good experience buying from Wally at Schaumburg Motor Cars. He was very attentive but not pushy, and he really wanted to make sure everything got taken care of correctly and I was satisfied with my purchase. The car needed some work to get it from drives fine back into good condition, but the price reflected that, and Wally was upfront with the CarFax and the vehicles history. Overall, good customer service, and a car Im happy with.

Do not deserve one star. Misrepresented the vehicle I bought. Back brakes went out two days later. Console was glued shut. Rear wiper does not work. Front right control arm needed replaced. Back console was stuck shut and full of melted crayons. And more! A couple thousand in repairs was not worth the four drive to buy a car here. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Bought a car today from here . Stayed in touch with me and kept good service . The car was clean and looks like they did work to make it better. It drove good for a 14 yr old car . We were trying to buy a Honda Odyssey Touring for $11,900 trying to put $5,000 down payment & the rest financing, he told me to give $5,500 when he gave the contract said just $5,000 we returned the car, because he was given a lot excuses rewarding the finance, took the car for inspection needed a lot work done, basically he really wants to make CASH BUSINESS. We call the police, the police said they have some many reports from this place. I always buy used cars throughout my life. Few times in my life i have ever purchased from a dealer. I am glad i ran into this store. No pressure and good service is my first impression. Second was how insightful and honest they are about what they sell. Third is how helpful they are when I brought the mechanic to see the vehicle before i buy it. I understand nothing used is perfect so i was satisfied that they had done a good job at cleaning the car up and making it ready. I have been shopping around for 3 months before making a decision and i was in no way in a rush. So many people lie online and in person about their cars, its a huge relief stopping here. They were honest all the way and i would suggest this store to anyone who needs a simple deal.

They will sell you an unsafe vehicle and too bad. Mine had a rusted through rail for the sliding door. If hit on the side the frame likely would collapse.Fun! Also when I went to change my oil they had silicon sealed the cap so it couldnt be done unless totally replaced. Dont trust them especially it they tell you they got the vehicle from their dealer buddy Napleton. They pass on bad cars for low cost to these guys.

They sold me a vehicle they k we was damaged so they erased the codes just to sell it 2 weeks later engine went out,sensors, etc they lied about everything just to make a sale I definitely do not reccomend them confronted them about it made a ton of excuses and did not want to help resolve the issue worst dealer ever...dont be fooled by the look of the car ....manager name PAULY!! Hes the one with the sales and refused to help me solve the issue

Best Buying Experience. I shopped many other dealers before ended up here. I’m happy to say this dealer provided me and my son with a great car buying experience. Purchased a $7000 car which ended up needing $2000 in repairs within the first month. Wally at Schaumburg Motor Cars told me he had been using it as his personal vehicle and sold me a warranty that ended up covering none of the mechanical issues (or much of anything). When I contacted him about this he said he would call me back, then neglected to ever do so. These people dont want your business, they just want your money. Dont make the same mistake as me, avoid this lemon stand at all costs.

Bought a 2008 Ford Escape from here . First was looking for Acura and Nissan SUV’s and these guys are great. They are so honest and i’m So glad i ended up here from my shopping list. They care about their customers and gave me great service. I had the vehicle inspected by my mechanic . I Shopping around but came back because they had the best price and cleaner cars and felt safe when making purchase. I am very happy with my decision and investment. If your tired like me of other dealers beating you up, these guys i highly reccomend. I’m coming back here with my little niece to help her purchase her first car soon. Most used cars are bad, but these guys actually repair and make their inventory different from the competition. If you ask me, stop here for your car purchasing needs.

The best place to buy a car best service

Very upsetting. Bought a $5000 vehicle that needed $5000 in repairs right off the lot. Took it for a test drive and heard a loud noise, told me it was a bearing for $100 and muffler box another $100. Called my mechanic and drove it straight there to be fixed. The brakes were smoking. Had to replace front and back brakes, rotors, calipers and brake lines along with both front hub and bearings. Mechanic test drove it and it was still grinding, needed a differential carrier. The part used was $400 .After a few days we finally got to drive the truck. After a few days less than 100 miles tge check engine light came on. It was reset by the dealership, it was for the catalytic converter as I originally thought but they told me no. I know its impossible to check everything but we tried. After 2 weeks of repairs we finally have our vehicle. They offered to fix our vehicle for less than our mechanic but the brakes were smoking upon arrival and as soon as I pulled up they told me I needed new tires, dry rot in the inside which I didnt notice. Yes, we had to purchade new tires and an alignment, front tie rods as well.The dash board lights dont work, the passenger window wont roll up and it didnt come with a remote. We ran out of funds and fixed what we had to asap. After discussing my concerns for weeks they sent me a $200 check which I am greatful for because of course it was bought AS IS. why lie to people, why not fix it and sell it for more. Be a honest and reputable company and human . It goes a long way with reviews and customer service.This vehicle should have never left there in the condition it was with the brakes and tie rods.Unbelievably unsafe. Bring a mechanic with you or shop elsewhere. Save yourself the distress.

Bought car and traded mine they nickel and dimed me talked them into warranty but only covers engine and trans they did car fax but not the full report make sure you do your own! The repair costs were horrid transfer case leak the ac compressor they said they did the brakes on it to find front brakes were shot on top of tie rod was shot and drivers seat frame cracked. Told to go to their manachic and will work with me what a joke?!?! $700 and still transfer case leak and broken seat frame which is a liabability. I will change my review it this is made right. I also asked to return car within 15 days is when they said machanic will work with me. 6500 invested in a lemon. Not happy at all! had to miss grandmas funeral because it wasn’t safe for me to drive 8 hours 😭 thanks a lot.

Bought a 2004 expedition payed cash for the vehicle they said the title was at his house and they would mail it to me would take about a week next thing 30 days later the title had a lien on it should of not even been sold its against the law still have not received the title and cant even drive the vehicle will never deal with them again!!!!!

They said they would help me because my credit isnt great, but they lied.
