I bought this shirt, and returned it over a month ago they never gave my money back. The online store is terrible.

So first let’s talk about the horrible customer service I got when I asked for prices from the girl with the bright pink hair absolutely ridiculous ...I’ve bought several pairs of shoes from this store and never been treated like that ...don’t worry I’ll be calling corporate next

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER PLEASE READ!!! I went in there to buy shoes for my girlfriend for Christmas and when I walked in not one employee decided to help me or even acknowledge me for that matter. It felt like I was invisible to them. When I lost my patience trying to get assistance I went to the cash register with the shoe in my hand and I was approached from a very rude attitude driven employee. I said I needed a size 6 in woman’s and he just said, “Don’t have it.” in a rude voice and walked in the other direction I was in. Confused and shocked from this awful customer service I then follow this employee because I have never been treated so poorly by an employee and I asked him if he could check in the back if they had them instead of being rude, but he just kept disregarding me and ignoring me. Then I asked this young woman to see if they had the size I needed and she actually went back and checked for me and it looks like they had it after all even though the attitude driven young man said they didn’t. Terrible customer service. Lazy employees. Lack of appreciation for customers. Will not be returning to this location until this store manager decides to have nice, respectable employees instead of their current ones.

Stay away from timberland pro steel toe boots. I have been buying the same boot for the last five years . Last year I replaced a year old pair with the same boot. 3 months started digging in my toes. I decided to try the same boot again same results . It seems like they shrunk . Made in Bangladesh cheaper material . No more switched to Keen .

Worst customer service EVER! I walked in with the intention to purchase an $180 pair of boots and was not approached by any of the 5 working staff members. It took me physically picking up a pair of boots and saying can you please get me a size for any of them to come to my aid. Let it be known that the store was empty and I will reiterate that there was 5 employees on the clock. Never again will I purchase boots from this location.
