I had a great experience at this store. I was fed up with another cell phone carrier with their outrageous phone plans and very limited service capability. I came searching for a better plan and more coverage which Rachel was more than happy to help me with. She was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I left a very satisfied customer thanks to her. Very happy with the customer service at this store, you can tell that customer satisfaction is a top priority!

If I could give the service I was given in this store today negative stars I would. Carlos the “manager” made me feel like I was an inconvenience asking questions and I had to keep repeating my questions because he was paying more attention to his own phone then helping me. If we don’t cancel my service I will at least bring my business somewhere else.

I went in to upgrade a phone which was fine but salesperson also made changes to my plan and didnt explain any of it and handed me a SIM card which i didnt ask for or need and told me it would get me a better deal. I asked for a print out of the changes and was told they couldnt do that. When I checked my ATT account when I got home it appears I am paying a lot more per month. I went back to the store and was told by the same guy that It would be a better deal and I would need to wait.All seems shady and very unprofessional

The manager Rachel was so helpful. She helped make it possible for everyone in my family who needed it to get one. She was amazing with my tech illiterate dad and getting everything set up on his new phone.

Based on the staff interaction alone at this location - it was 5 star, but the fact that my overall issue was not addressed, leading me to cancel a brand new account and take my business elsewhere. Aside from the friendly staff, this was a huge inconvenience and waste of my time

I have been Verizon customer my whole life. I decided to look at my options to see if I can get something less expensive. I went to this AT&T store and spoke with the manager Rachel. I told her exactly what I wanted/needed and she provided me with different options and plans to choose from. She was very informative, patient and extremely helpful. When I mentioned that I had to think about it first, she didnt try and push me into a sale. I will definitely go back to this store and speak with Rachel when Im ready to switch.

Absolute worst experience ever - I went in with a problem and was treated horribly - Rachel was rude, unhelpful, barley looked at me, handed me a 1800 for customer service and walked away If I could give them negative stars I would. I wish I checked YELP before I went. I went to the Trumbull store, they couldnt have been more helpful and fixed my issue in 5 minutes.

We were handled with kind and courteous care by Carlos, John, Rachel, Ed and Jonathan.We needed to return with questions and Carlos made sure he did everything to satisfy us. We understand that the whole group of them were working together to provide good service...from the manager and experienced to the employees in training.We give everyone 5 stars and recommend this ATT store highly.

I had a fantastic experience at this store. Carlos assisted me with every single problem Ive been having for months. He went the extra mile to tell us about all the promotions available to us and actually helped us save hundreds on my bill. He even took the time to stay on the phone with customer service for two hours to fix a problem with my smart watch that no other ATT representative has been able to fix in six months. Nothing but the best service 10 out of 10 would recommend and return every time.

Initially things went well at the store however by the time all day it was transferred and I went home, I was not able to use the phone since the Sim card had not been transferred to the new phone. Secondly, I find I’m still having issues with a verification code. I believe I’m going to have to return to the store for assistance with that. I’ve never had to do this before, I’ve always been able to walk out and had my phone ready to go. This is the first time I’ve had an issue like this and I am not happy.

Cindi was soooo very helpful in what was an extremely stressful situation porting my number over from Verizon. I was on the phone with them for an hour while in the store with my mask on. I am a loyal AT&T customer for over 30 years, and I will stay with them till the end, I went there to upgrade one of the phones, we have a great help from Stamford mall AT&T store manager name izzy who was working in Shelton store at that time, she upgraded the phone to iPhone 11, and upgraded 2nd phone with iPhone 12, and 3rd upgrade with galaxy A51 5G, she did this in a short time, we will never did this without her help, we thank her for all the help she did.

Excellent help setting me up with my new phone

Very good experience with the salesman,Kevin, very knowledgeable and efficient.

I went to a couple of different stores and the staff was unable to help me transferring pictures from my old phone. Chris in the Shelton store understood what I needed and was able to transfer over 2,000 pictures quickly and efficiently. Plus, he held the door open for me when I arrived at the store and when I left. This is what first rate customer service is all about!! Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

Each employee is willing to help and provide excellent service. Before a person knows what has been done the individual has been provided excellent service and problems corrected and he or she is saying goodbye and the person is opening the front door of the Attached shop.

The representatives have no idea what is going on they tell you to go online to pickup the phone and 5 minutes later I cannot do that. Waited over an hour with representative to activate phone only for him to say come back tomorrow and finish it. Came back he is not working and other representatives had no idea about my order. Waited another hour.

Visited three times did not get the service I expected since ATT had created an issue. They are just focused on sales an dont seem to care much about service.On every occasion none of my issues could be resolved in the store. In 7 years as a customer that might have been my 3rd trip to a retail store. No wonder Retail is hurting and e-commerce is the way to go.ATT can save some money by closing this location.
