Ive bought stuff from them B4 and they are nice, caring and understanding of lifes curve balls. Yes you will pay more but sometimes its the only option u have.

I had a family emergency and couldnt pay on my things. Our local store here in Sioux City helped us to be able to keep our things. It was and is a huge relief that we arent loosing our stuff. Its nice to have a place like this for people who need furniture or an appliance and cant come up with that large payment or whos credit may not be the best for those big box stores yet it is for rent to own. I took a old friend here they took care of him.

Im a customer now. I was paying 550 a month on renting their stuff till I found out what joke they are. If you ever rent NEVER go there. Company already been charged with embezzlement. Went Aarons and get cheaper deals and they are trustworthy. You will regret going to these people. I sure did. Glad I paid off the stuff I had. Not to mention, be careful of the bed bugs they will give you.

Dont rent from this place. These people are so rude and treated us like we was criminals. I had to have a cosigner because they thought I couldnt make my payments when I go to the other place I have no problem. My daughter wanted a chair from there so I had all the paperwork finally done and than they gave us a different price from the day before. They was very rude and I wont ever go back. I will keep going to rent a own, and Rent-A-Center. They treat me with respect and dont treat me like s***!!!!!! P. S. I will not contact you because there is nothing u can do to change the way I was treated I will never come to u guys again to rent from.

Awesome service and very nice guys to work with..they work with you on the best prices and a good contract. Joshua gave exceptional service as well as the other Manager...I recommend them over any other company in Siouxland.

They go through employees so often that they cant properly train people to take payments and give the correct information. Last payment I went in and the employee told me to use my receivables to pay off the account and I told her to do it. Then asked multiple times if I owed anything else to which each answer was nope Im paid in full. Just to find out that she didnt give me the correct information and I still owed 300 that was now past due. Very unhappy customer that used to be loyal but I will no longer do business here. I highly recommend doing a regular layaway at a department store. Avoid these guys unless they do something to improve. They wouldnt even work with me to extend the amount of time for same as cash even though it was their employees misinformation caused me to be late.

I was going to leave a bad review because getting it delivered was a hassle BUT the two guys who showed up were hilarious and the job was not an easy one but they got through it!!! I wish they were able to accept tips... Happy New Year!

I paid my first payment because I was promised that my items would be delivered before a certain date. Was told even if they had to bring floor display it would be there. Was told a delivery time a week and a half later it was a no show with no phone call. Was given a different time I explained I would be at work but daughter would be there. They said no problem then again a no show but was a missed phone call because I was at work. Waiting for store to open because I need items TODAY because start new job Monday. Also made second payment and still havent received my 2 items.was told it will be here this morning. Fingers crossed 🤞
