They are rude! There is a guy that works there and will hang up in your face. Best bet is to use auto pay through the app and avoid direct payments. There customer service sucks. Also they can schedule for your payments to be due when you get paid then harass you the day of as if it’s a late payment. Like can I wake up first? The manager is great though! I just wish she train her rude staff in there to be more respectful. Like I’ve never been late on a payment and got that kind of treatment. But I’ve experienced this behavior on more than one occasion. I didn’t even want to give one star. I almost canceled my table and wanted to send it back. They act like they the IRS threatening people about payments they not even late on??? Sorry for the aggressive post but I’m sick of these rude people thinking it’s okay to hang up on customers and talk to them any kind of way.
These guys are awesome. When I moved here I had absolutely nothing and the took care of me. Couldnt ask for a better experience
