I had an appointment for an eye exam. Waited in lobby about half hour. When I was called back the Dr. came in. Asked me what problems I was having. I told him dry irritated and my eyes felt constantly dilated. He looked at me with a small light shined in my eye. Nothing else. Suggested I had Graves disease and to see my regular physician. I went to liobbY and they charged me $180. When I asked for what cause he did nothing but shine a light. They lady was very rude. Told me those were the going rates for an eye exam (which I didnt get really) then when I asked to speak to Dr. To ask what the charge was so high for and instead she came back with 2 others to escourt me out. I wasnt even rude about it. I just wanted to know what the charge was for. Btw..my new Dr. Did full exam and perception and it was $80

I had a great appointment, got in quick and the appointment went well. I had to get new contacts, but they had to order the trials and said they would call me when it was ready (they charged me for a contact fitting at the appointment even though I didn’t try on any contacts). Two weeks passed and no call. I called them and they said it was on back order but they would call me back. Another week goes by and I call them again, and they said it was on back order again and they said they would call me the same day. They didn’t, so I called for a 3rd time (hours later) and they said they hadn’t checked on the contacts and it was on back order again and they didn’t give me any other options. I understand they can’t control back orders, but there was no communication and they blamed it on the contact company (but really, they were too lazy to check if it was on back order unless I called them). When I asked for a refund, the lady was rude about it and finally offered another option for me, but it was too late.

So I had purchased a Silhouette brand frames, then my provider couldnt put lenses in them. I called to verify before-hand, then went to DVC. Lara did an epic level of customer service. Answered all my questions, and a few bits of info I had no clue on. I now have prescription lenses for my frames on the way with a good turn-around time of about 10 days.Very LGBTQ+ accepting. Even got a compliment on my nailz from another member of the DVC team. (Teal. :D )

We were from out of town, 12 hours from home, and heading west on vacation. We stopped in because my fiance had forgotten her contact lenses. They welcomed us in, were super friendly and helpful. Contacted our provider back home to confirm prescription, and gave us some free trial pairs to get by. Saved our vacation!If I lived in this area, it would no doubt be my first choice of eye doctors. Beautiful store and selection of glasses as well. (We had stopped into a few other places nearby who wouldnt help us) Very impressed with how clean and organized they were. Super professional and upscale environment. 5 stars. Go pack go.

Me my husband been customers for probably 15 years we recently went on Medicare and you do not except united healthcare. So I had a appointment picked out glasses now I cant get . So Ill get my prescription and I guess go to another place. They do united healthcare. I guess seniors do not matter.

The team here is great to work with, friendly and very helpful with the issues and questions I had with my eye sight. I had been going somewhere else for the longest time and was recommended to come here for a change. Very happy I did 👍

Been coming here for 9 years. Absolutely love it and have no intention to go elsewhere!!! The whole family goes here. They are exceptionally great when it came to helping us when our youngest 1st needed glasses at 4 years old.!!! Great place for sure!

I’ve always been extremely happy with their service. I just received my most recent glasses and prescription sunglasses. They are awesome! I’d defiantly recommend getting a pair of the sunglasses, I wish I had done it years ago. Check this place out. They are friendly and you’ll be supporting local.

Been seeing Dr Sampson for a while. Always great and friendly service. I believe his partners are great as well, just havent ever had any experience. Very thorough with examination.. good service and notifications when my frames were completed.

Horrible Experience.I went to my eye appointment and waited for a whole hour. I saw the doctor taking all kinds of patients that got there before me. I finally had to leave because I had to get back to work.I called to report what happened and they didnt care. No apologies offered or any way to remedy my situation. The receptionist said they will not charge me for the consultation if I came back. Really? Thanks for not owning to your mistake, but mostly, THANK YOU for not charging me twice for a service I had already paid for.Then this lady called me to tell me they have been holding my lenses since November (I had no intention of EVER working with this clinic again) I am telling all my friends to refrain from using them too!!! But her tone was just down rude. She said, I just want to know if you want me to keep holding them because it has been a long timeI said, I dont really care what you do with them. Horrible people. They need to learn some customer service. NEVER COMING BACK!

I highly recommend Dakota Vision Center. Dr. Quist and the entire team are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Dr. Quist is patient and takes the time to explain all aspects of the exam and not make you feel like you are being rushed out the door so the next appointment can be seen. Both of their facilities are top notch with a great selection of eye wear.

Dr. Sampson is the best. We have been seeing him since 1987 and he is very pleasant to work with. All the staff are very helpful, courteous and gosh darn good looking!

I called here to make a first time appointment and trying to get all the insurance information was a major unnesscary struggle. It literally took 2 hours to get some information figured out. And the recperionist were less than helpful and did not provide customer service. The only reason I picked them was because my other provider was filled for the day, lesson learned I will not ever be calling back.
