Had a reservation and moving truck pulled up at 10am. Facility should have been open at 10am. No one was on site and when Vincent (Manager) showed up at 10:20am. Vincent kicked us out, said we had no reservation and that we were somehow rood to him. Owner of the facility please check the cameras for 10am to 11am on 11/7/21. We did our best to be civil but there was no one to talk to. Our mover guys even went in and tried to reason with Vincent to no avail. Our moving company said they will never refer to Metro ever again because of the way we were treated.

I’m renting a space for about a year now, and all I can say, is that I am 100% satisfied about this place on Touhy and Kedzie . It’s always super clean, perfect climate control, Jose it’s the best with any help you need. I highly recommend it, and I give a totally five stars ✨

Vince is very attentive and went through all appropriate policies and charges. His attention to detail was fantastic and made sure all my questions were answered. The unit is clean and the entire facility is spotless. 5 stars!!!

We had a great experience at Metro Storage today.The setup at this facility is clean, brightly lit and organized. They have masks at the entrance and hand sanitizer.Jose, the manager helped things go smoothly. Moving as we all know is a stressful process.and having a nice person quietly walk me through setting up a new storage unit was great. At first we didnt know what size we needed and picked too small a unit. Jose gladly changed things with patience and grace. During a hectic day of moving, its good to have a good and decent person take some of that stress off us.Thanks so much to Jose and Metro Storage!

From the most knowledgeable, accommodation sales person, Vincent, to the facility itself is spotless.He was so helpful & answered all of our questions not once but twice as we going on vacation the 1st time we met Vincent. He followed up with us & when time came to rent our unit, he was very thorough on all policies & patient with my questions.

Thank you for changing to a different online payment service, I never have trouble accessing with my VPN now and there is no longer a restriction on signing up for autopay until your outstanding payment goes through.Finally Jose doesnt have to call me every month when I forget I even have a storage unit and then cant sign up for autopay because I have an outstanding bill that hasnt finished processing.Sorry for wasting so much of your life Jose, youre the best for always politely putting up with me never paying my bill on time, I will miss our monthly phone calls though now that I have been able to sign up for Autopay.

Vincent and Jose run a great operation over there. Both are very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything to me and gave me options. The facility is very clean. I am very pleased with the service and the facility.

Ive been a customer here for a couple of years now, renting 3 units at a time and shuffling space locations. On each occasion, Jose or Vincent provided me with the best customer service imaginable with great warmth. I wouldnt trust the storage of my dear possessions anywhere else under anyone elses care. Cant recommend highly enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and beyond!

Metro Self Storage is best at: parking, easy to open doors, very clean, good access from busy streets, good space for trucks if you have to move, good customer service vincent and jose .

Good, clean place. But the promotion for 1st months rent $1 is a complete hoax and misdirection. Ended costing me 40$. Some seriously bad marketing ploy. Hope someone Sues then for false advertising.
