Had a very easy experience with reliable drop-off and pick up. Exactly what we asked for!

This is totally the way to go for packing up for a move. So nice to not have to tape boxes and to be able to stack packed boxes without worrying about crushing the box below it.Not everything will fit in these boxes, obviously, so some additional extra large cardboard boxes will likely be needed, but these boxes made it so much easier for us and the movers we hired. Plus we dont have to store a ton of old carboard boxes or bother with recycling them.

Very nice customer service and delivery driver. Deliveries on time. But bins were not clean. Had to disinfect and clean each one before using. Otherwise good company

Completely unprofessional. The worst customer experience I have ever had. They were over an hour late. No one was around to answer the phone when I was trying to get ahold of someone to see what was going on. I left a message and no one called me back. After multiple calls the next day I finally got ahold of someone who just hung up on me. Oh also the boxes smelled like fried food.

This is the second time weve used BluBox-it for a move. The boxes come clean, on time, and the price is right. It feels really good to have the deadline for unpacking and to know we are not bringing more cardboard into the world. Would definitely tell friends that are moving to check out this company.

The boxes were perfect! Super sturdy and clean. Our only hitch was actually with STI. They call from an unlisted number and do not leave a message. When they picked the boxes up the guy called at 0545! Our pick up was scheduled between 1630 and 1930. The guy asked to pick up the boxes at 1100, he came at 0930. But, he was super quick and very efficient. We will definitely use BluBox-It again, just maybe will be proactive in calling STI to make sure all arrangements are made.

These are perfect! I needed some smaller plastic storage bins for my summer clothes. Specifically, I needed them to fit on the Home Depot garage shelving system. These were perfect. I am able to fit to per shelf, with extra room on each side. Surprisingly, these boxes hold a lot more clothes than I thought they could. They are sturdy, lock into place easily and look really nice on the shelves.

BluBox-It was a big part of our office move. The delivery of the bins went out without a hitch. They said they will be here at a certain time and they were here. The pick up of the bins was excellent as well. I will refer them to anybody who is moving.

Delivered accurately what I required! Prices were very genuine and they worked proficiently. They were perfect on the driving time and arrived promptly for the move. I had a big sofa that didnt set up the stairs. They managed to pull it over the terrace! I will definitely recommend them for moving services!!

I would definitely recommend hiring Blubox Chicago Movers. They were very appropriate about answering all my inquiries and they were incredibly considerate and specialized. They did the move in minimum time and not anything was broken down or damaged. They were an extremely great moving team.

Loved our experience with BluBox-it. I comparison shopped all of the other re-usable boxing services and this was easily the best price for the most boxes. We loved that they included supplies like ties and labels. Delivery was prompt and we were even able to schedule an earlier pickup. Highly recommend!

I had used this company twice and my experience was great. The boxes were clean and convenient. When the boxed were needed they will delivered it and when the work had been done they would take it with them. Great work and charges were comparable..

This is legitimately one of the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. There appears to be no one answering phones in the office, they miss pick-up dates after making you sit and wait for them for 4+ hours when the manager said youll be at the beginning of the shift. Management appears to be completely disconnected from delivery and lacking the fundamental accountability and customer service necessary to operate a business. Delivery men have always been very friendly and efficient when they are here.

Great team and very responsive. I would definitely use them again and hope that others would too. I believe they offer quick and reliable services.

My mom was needing boxes for placing items in it for moving. My friend recommend me this place, at the very first call they rented my order and order were intact and quickly delivered. Even offered discounts on two boxes, great service !!

I would strongly recommend these movers to pack your valuables. Very proficient, on time and got the work done. We have many art and they made sure that the whole thing was securely packed it the trailer.

This place is terrible. They never came to pick up the boxes on the scheduled day nor did they call to say that wouldn’t be there.When they called the next day, they said the reason is that it “close to the end of the month”. That isn’t a reason. If you know you are busy then staff accordingly, otherwise explain that the pickup and drop off dates can be affect close to the end of month.Here is the worst part. The guy was so rude he didn’t even apologize or offer a credit or something. That just shows you how their customer service model works or in this case doesn’t work. I agree with other posts that the drivers are nice, but come on...learn how to run a business.Update: order was under my wife’s name not mine. Called them back as owner review asked. Go figure, no answer. I left a message and have yet to hear back...that was almost 2 hours ago.Update 4/29: Driver called and said we will be here at before 12 PM. When we called back they said we are here. Not only were they not here, they didn’t answer the phone. We are now 2 days past pick-up with no end in sight. Before, I thought this was a one-time event, now I can see this is their normal business model. Also, no one from their “management team” has called back.

Helped me move approximately all the furniture in the home, made extra stop at no charge, and disassemble and reassembled big furniture. Used protective blankets so the whole thing was fine when moved. Highly recommended!

Local, friendly, eco-friendly! Even without these benefits, they took so much time and stress off our hands with the move. The boxes arrived on an easy-to-use dolly and I was able to begin packing right away! Even pregnant, I found myself packing 4-6 boxes in an hour. It was so easy it was almost magical. Then when they come to pick up the boxes you have the incentive to unpack! And suddenly the house is looking like a real home.

These blue boxes made my move SUPER easy. Delivered right to my door, no hassle of hauling and assembling cardboard boxes. Boxes were extremely durable, stackable, and bigger than I expected. Extremely neat/tidy move, and NOTHING in any of the boxes broke. I STRONGLY preferred this to cardboard. The dolly made them really easy to move and the handles made them easy to lift.I rigorously checked pricing across different reusable moving box companies in Chicago and BluBox had the most cost efficient pricing for ~30 boxes. I was satisfied with the rate of $139 for 30.I used the 1-bedroom package (30 boxes) to move me (lot of stuff) and my roommate (not much stuff) and we had just the right amount of boxes.Scheduling delivery and pickup was a bit awkward as they are using a 3rd party moving company to help arrange, and you just schedule with them over the phone (which should be easy) and you dont have an order number/confirmation/anything. The delivery was about an hour later than scheduled (slated for delivery between 3-5pm, arrived at 6pm), which was frustrating as I had worked from home to permit for the delivery, and had I known they could deliver in the evenings I wouldve just requested that. There was also a bit of a language barrier which made it a bit awkward to try to provide directions to the delivery guy on the phone. And then for pickup, I had to track them down to ensure I was getting them returned within 2 weeks, they dont proactively schedule a pickup. These were the only negatives.

Rent boxes from them for packing fragile items. Quality of the boxes was great, all are of same size and are very durable. All the items moved safely in those boxes. Thanks !!!

Boxes were great, what a neat idea! They came as scheduled and at a lower price than the competition. Pick up was a little late but Martin worked with my schedule to get them picked up later in the day.

They enfolded all of our furnishings and the whole thing got to our new place undamaged. They even brought clothing boxes for all of our clothes. Unquestionably recommend!

Great company, arrived on time (actually a few minutes early!), 4-man crew were friendly, professional, and careful with our items.

My husband and I used BluBox-it to move from our 1 bedroom apartment and into our new home. I got the idea of using reusable boxes from a friend who had used another company. After comparing prices BluBox-it was a good deal and we booked the 1 bedroom (30 box) package.The boxes were very durable and kept everything that was breakable safe. The handles were great because it made moving the boxes very easy. I also liked the capability of being able to stack the boxes on top of each other.I scheduled the drop of the boxes to be between 3pm-5pm since the day the boxes would be dropped off we were coming home from a trip. They gave me a call that morning and asked if the delivery could be earlier but the best I could do was 2pm since I wasnt sure if we would be there any earlier. The boxes actually arrived 10mins before we got to our apartment. The pick up was a little easier as they called me the morning of and said they would be at the house between 9:30a - 10a and they arrived at 9:30am.We both liked that we had a 2 week deadline to get our boxes emptied so that helped move things along so that we could get the boxes out of the house, but we knew if we did needed more time we could pay for another week.The only thing that went wrong was that we did not have labels to help label our boxes. I emailed them and told them and the rep said they would see about having the labels delivered but nothing was received. Despite this everything else was great with the boxes, dolly and zip ties.

I used BluBox-It for a recent local move, and it was great! Not only is this more environmentally friendly than cardboard boxes, but they are soooo much more convenient! Stackable, able to be opened and then re-closed easily during the packing/unpacking process, easier for the movers, less breakage (of belongings and boxes). My delivery and pickup were both right on time, at the very beginning of the 2-hour window. They didnt call to confirm the drop-off but did call the day before pick-up to confirm. I will use them in the future for sure, although I hope to not move for a long time :)
