Warning ⚠️ your money is at risk shopping here.My wife and I purchased a relatively cheap set of espresso mugs. From the time they were packaged in the store to the time we got home and unwrapped them, they were handled with care. We didnt notice that the bottom mug had a crack in it, and upon handling that mug the handle literally just fell off.We returned to the store a few hours later that same day and explained that the set we purchased came with a broken mug. And in the spirit of honesty explained exactly what had happened. We ended up speaking to a manager who said that there is no way they can take it back or do an exchange. Which is utter garbage. I asked an explained very thoroughly that the item was broken when we had purchased it, but we didnt notice until we got home. She still insisted that there was NOTHING that they could do. Out of frustration I walked out of the store, my wife went back in and asked her to call her supervisor, which the manager did, and we ended up getting an exchange. The manager made a point to tell me wife that we normally dont do this and that it was a courtesyIf good customer service is merely a rare courtesy, then I want nothing to do with this store, Ill just order from amazon next time. This was a $10 espresso mug set. That was obviously broken when we bought it, but they made it clear that they really dont care about the customer.Edit 1: Just take a look at the other lowest reviews. Its fairly obvious that this store is severely lacking in customer service and has been for years. - go shop on amazon. Where you can return anything no questions asked.

Anything and everything you would need for your home... this is the place. I would be very selective regarding the furniture and bedding, quality wise Im a bit skeptical. From gardening to household items, art, you name it, they have it.

This store offers gorgeous items for decor. I did not give it five stars because I went in thinking I had a 50% off coupon and it was only for their Christmas trees. Also, I do believe this store is a bit overpriced but the stuff is extremely nice so I guess you get what you pay for! I did shop for my Halloween decor this year there and they had lovely things but it was not inexpensive.

I bought a 7.5 ft prelit Christmas tree and when I opened the box it looked completely different. I went in to the store to get a refund and the so called “manager” named Martina said I could not return it because the box was opened. It is obvious I had to open it to see that the tree looks nothing like it does on the picture on the box. I asked Martina where in the store was the policy that stated that I could not return a tree and she said it was not posted at the store and that they did not need to post it. She has zero managerial skill. Very poor customer service because she basically walked away without trying to find a solution.

Had two items no receipt, young lady allowed me to exchange without problem and signed me up for program so I will always have receipts. Went in for exchange only and came out with plenty more. Staff was helpful and nice.
