Tim Smalley is the best! Excellent customer service. He is super knowledgeable about the mattresses and how they are made in Marietta Georgia. Mattress covers, head/foot boards and more. Gave us a window for delivery and was there on time. Asked the guys to wear show covers and it was no problem. We would absolutely go back and tell friends and family.

My daughter needed a new mattress so we came here because Ive had bad experiences with other mattress places and thought going to a place where they make their own would be best and I was correct.The gentleman there was knowledgeable and helpful and in just 15 minutes we had a new mattress in the truck and on our way home.Also, my daughter loves her new mattress. She says its so comfortable.

We replaced our older, heavy wood frame for something lighter. That gave us an easier change of bedding. We had an excellent walk-in experience with the sales rep and got business done rather quickly to our satisfaction. The delivery was on time and done in a short time frame...

Our salesman, Mr. Clayton Conarro was very professional and friendly(especially during this COVID-19). His knowledge of mattresses/box springs was an eye opener for us. He took his time in showing the difference between all the mattresses and to find the perfect one that met both our needs. Original Mattress Factory has always provided great quality mattresses and great customer service. I love the fact that the mattresses are made to allow you to flip the mattress and NOT just a one-sided mattress. I have purchased my last 3 mattresses from Original Mattress Factory and will continue to be their customer in the future.

ZERO pressure and a very relaxed atmosphere. We spent over 2 hours trying out mattresses and getting information. Mark was amazing, he was there with information when we needed it and left us to try out mattresses privately. Need a mattress? Go see Mark.

Can’t imagine what the one having the police called was about ?
