I first placed a 5 star because I went in to purchase a new mattress and was told my old mattress was still under warranty and if I give a good review they would give me a free pillow. I purchased a new set and the delivery guys picked up my old mattress for warranty purposes. After 3 months of not hearing anything concerning my warranty, I called Hector. He assured me he sent everything over and not to worry. So finally I spoke to a manager and he told me I have no warranty and my mattress and box spring was thrown away. He took no responsibility of the false information that was given to me and no apologies for property being thrown away. So instead of me having the option to keep my old mattress for one of the spare rooms, because it was thrown away, I ended up taking my business elsewhere to purchase. If I was told they dropped the ball, which they did, and offered a new mattress or even a box spring, I would have purchase another mattress from them and also kept my family buying from them. No longer will I nor my family and friends purchase anything from them ever again.

This is a positive feedback on customer service. Bought a mattress and box springs but the sales man forgot to explain the two sizes of box springs. Turned out we needed a low profile box springs. Willing to pay additional cost for the low profile, but when I was asked to pay an additional charge for the second delivery for the low profile box springs I was upset. Discussed my disappointment with Austin and he went to bat for me and the owner agreed to work a deal that was satisfactory to both.Thank you!

Great service! Recently purchased a bed from this outlet. The prices were good, but the sales manager was fantastic. Austin made sure we were comfortable with finding the right mattress. He waited patiently (2.5 hours) as we tried many different beds. He explained each one with knowledge and expertise. His goal wasnt to sell the highest priced bed, but to sell us the right bed for us. His approach alone would garner my business again. We walked out with a wonderful new mattress, box spring and frame under our budget. I havent slept as well as I am now in over a year. It is like sleeping on a cloud. We went to 4 other mattress stores in the area before finally stopping at Metro Mattress Outlet. We just moved to this state, and we were shopping with a smaller budget. None of the other people from the other stores we visited were very convincing as to what they thought we should purchase. Then, we came here! The sales manager was SO HELPFUL, and really knew what he was talking about. He gave us a few options within our budget, and explained which mattresses would be better for what we needed. Not only that, but each mattress has a 10-year warranty! We felt taken care of, and like we were really getting our value for the mattress. We walked out EXCITED about our purchase, and even more excited to be supporting their small business. We loved that their stores are family-run, and we will definitely be back in the future as our family grows. Do not hesitate to stop by! I highly recommend them!

Went to Metro Mattress because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. Cindy was very sincere and welcoming and before she tried to sell me a bed, she asked what I was looking for and what were my preferences. She encouraged me to lay on the beds to test out the different levels of firmness to determine what I liked best. I immediately was able to pick out the one for me - I appreciated that Cindy did not try to steer me toward a more expensive mattress just to make a more expensive sale. Also, delivery was on time, quick and smooth!Bottom line - my experience at Metro Mattress was positive from beginning to end. And the best part - I am comfortably typing this review as I lay on my new mattress!
