Sleep Cheep is my “go to” when buying new mattresses. My father moved in with me a few months ago and desperately needed a mattress set. I have lived here for many years and always saw advertisements for it. After researching and looking at different prices in different stores, Sleep Cheep had the best deals and the most comfort for what we were looking for. Now that we are moving, my son needed a new mattress as well so it was a no brainer to go back to Sleep Cheep. I am having family fly in for the holidays and needed a queen size mattress for our guest bedroom on a very tight budget. I called to see if Sleep Cheep could accommodate and was told over the phone they could. We deove to their location and walked in expecting one option and the type of experience you expect from a mattress shop.We showed up and the sales guy Devin was awesome! We told him our budget and he showed us 5-6 mattresses that were in our budget and showed us another 6 blemished very high quality named brand mattress (small stains here and there, scuff marks ECT). We ended up picking out a name brand 14 pillow top memory foam mattress for less than 200 bucks. Not even Walmart or amazon could come close with Chinese no name basic mattresses.To really put the bow on the gift that is Sleep Cheep it had started raining when we were in store and I was concerned about driving the matress home in my truck and it getting soaked. Devin helped to tape up the holes in the mattresses plastic bag AND found a larger bag that he then put the wrapped mattress into and sealed up so we could get our prize home safely. We spent at most 20 minutes in the store with zero hassle, no upsale, and no attempt to get us to go beyond our stated budget.Thank you so much Sleep Cheep I am so impressed and will send as many people your way as I can. My parents will sleep well and that means the world to me.

I recently moved to the Atlanta area and was in desperate need of a mattress. I went into sleep cheap and was helped by Brett, who took his time and answered all the questions I had. After the delivery I noticed that the mattress was too firm for my liking and decided that I had incorrectly chosen one. I called the store and was immediately transferred to Phil the store owner. He listened to my concerns and let me know that I could have the mattress exchanged on Friday ( the store is closed during the week) and delivered the next day. I went back into the store that following Friday and once again Brett helped me pick a great mattress for a decent price. I even got to use my current credit from my previous mattress sale to be used for the new purchase. I really appreciate this business for being patient with me through my first ever mattress purchase! They put the customer first and I will continue to recommend them. Thank you again!

When walking into the store I was not greeted. I was told that I could fill out an online application; which glitches out multiple times for financing. The application was denied due to “not able to verify Identity.” That was the only way to I was allowed to verify even though I was in person. The woman stated there was no other method. They started turning off the lights during the transaction (not just the open sign). Maybe by me feeling rushed I clicked wrong info? The feeling I felt was as if I was a burden making a purchase with my hard earned money! I and my husband payed with separate bank cards and the purchase deducted the same day. Upon leaving the store the woman (dressed unprofessional) asked if I had the signed receipt. I looked and she stated harshly “I wouldn’t be part of the stabled items!” That experience was one of my life!Fast forward to the next week... A week later my husband discovered he had a duplicate transaction from this company. And come to no surprise I also had duplicate transactions! When calling the merchant he asked if he had already spoken to us about this issue last week? This just confirmed they are doing shady business at the Snellville,GA location and bad customer service.

They even made special last minute arrangements to deliver my mattress earlier in the day to accommodate my six month old daughter who goes to bed at 6 pm and would be woken up during a delivery. Great Personal Service from the owner. He spent over an hour letting us lay on bed after bed and explaining the benefits of each. I know absolutely nothing about mattresses. So it means a lot to me that we were not pushed into a purchase but allowed to find our way into the perfect bed. Plus there’s the comfort guarantee - where as long as we get the mattres pad and don’t like the bed, we can exchange it. I will come here for every bed every time.

I have to revise my review. I bought a mattress from here last year. It was one of the cheapest sets. Long story short, it tore up and I shouldnt have gotten that mattress for everyday use. It would have better fit in a guest room. The manager himself came to my home and looked at my mattress and offered me a great deal on a better set. I have a great set.
