Excellent service. They replaced part of my exaust system (muffler etc.) 10 years ago and its still going strong. Today they fixed the passenger holding bar on my motorcycle that was cracked at a joint. The job was quick and well done.

Had dual exhaust put on my truck and the bends look good and sounds amazing but the welds not so much... I had to go back and get leaks and incomplete welds taken care of. When I got home that night I got under the truck and I could still feel leaks and my tips are still only half welded. Im not going back a 3rd time...Theyre not open on Saturday and I dont have alot of time in the morning before work. Im not mad about it anymore but Im truly disappointed.

Nick and his team is AMAZING!!! Upfront, honest, reasonable dependable... I could go on! I called a few places to see about getting a vehicle I planned to purchase inspected; he was the only person willing to check out the codes free of charge while every other garage wanted anywhere from $49.99-$99.95 pre-purchase inspections. The work was done in a timely manner and every time he came acrossed something else in the process, I was updated and given options as well as the opportunity to decide which way I wanted to handle it. Tim was one of the nicest person I have come across. I went to him with a broken flex pipe (exhaust), and in immediate need of help. He explained me the problem and told me what he would be doing. He was pretty reasonable for the job he did.I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice mechanic.

These guys are good and I feel like they do not over charge you. They could help diagnosing your car faster, but I guess they try to be careful and dont want to misdiagnose :)

Never met a more honest mechanic. They have never fixed anything that didnt need fixing and always stood behind their repairs. Id never hesitate to send anyone to Tim and his boys.

Decent labor prices

Was a loyal customer for years. Then they took my car for two days and returned it without doing the job. Fraudulent charges for swapping tires. They yelled at me for asking to see an itemized receipt. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!

My car was having problems with the air conditioning and the break system. A friend of mine recommended me to take it to Guaranteed Automotive Specialists of South Bend. I took my car there for an evaluation and to get a repair estimate. Once at the place, the mechanic explained me what the problem was and how he could fix it. He showed me the broken parts and in need to be replaced. I decided to left my car there to be repaired. Although It took a couple of days to be fixed, the wait was worth it because I am now very happy with the result. They now have a new loyal customer.

I was having break issues so I happened to drive by there on a Saturday morning and stopped in. I have a new VW and most smaller shops will not work on my car. They had no problem getting it in right away and letting me know what the issue was. The fix was a little more than what I thought it should be but they worked with me on the price and got me out within a few hours. I will definitely go back there for oil changes and any minor issues with my car.

These guys have an amazing crew that know what theyre doing. i never been to them before so i decided to give them a try took my impala to them for a full exhaust done and was done right away and the price was great! The second time i brought over my project car for them to do and was very amazed at the work done. They made my third gen trans am into true duals. Those cars came as an h pipe exhaust from the factory but these guys knew how to do it. It sounds really nice and agressive how a v8 should sound. They a great people and i would definitely recommend to anyone!

They won’t fix it the first time, or the second time, maybe the third. Especially brakes. Oh, and don’t forget to ask them to work with fender covers otherwise they will spill brake fluid on the fenders and destroy the paint. They also like to ram rod everything. Will never go here again with ANY car.

Was an ND student and had my oil changes done here for over a year. Took in my car to see why it would stutter when in reverse gear. I was told it needed a new transmission estimated to cost about $1600 including labor. The car wasnt worth that much! But I trusted this guy and dared to go through the winter without fixing it because I was about to graduate in a few months. After a couple of months my wife decided to get a second opinion and took it to Veldmans. They found a torn vacuum suction tube that was causing the problem and fixed it for $200 including labor. The car runs just fine! My major regret was trusting Guaranteed Muffler and going thru the winter! I guess they try to take advantage if you seem to know nothing about cars and completely trust them. Never going to this place again.

They installed an aftermarket catalytic converter in my celica quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend to others.

I called in and tried to get an estimate on truck and I had very specific questions about my vehicle. After a couple of questions I was politely hung up on. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I TAKE MY TRUCK TO SOMEONE WHO ISNT EVEN WILLING TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS

On 8/10/10 they fix my jeep however a week later the same part broke again..they took the part out and told me they would replace it for free..Now its 12/1/10 I have yet to get the part in.. no 4x4.. I will never let them do work again.
