I was referred by a friend so I went to him to replace my odyssey broken window glass, all pep talk all is well, but when I arrive to pick up I notice white glue all over on the car next to the window replaced, I asked him and he said that I did that myself and he blamed me. after discussing he said he will try to remove, I even went another day and he tried to put some cleaner but that glue wouldnt go, that was his fault or who ever did the glass replacement on behalf of him messed it up, and Sanjay wouldnt agree, for me he is not a honest guy. I stopped following up and living with those huge glue marks on my van now.

Delivery time is faster and if you are on budget, they can also help you find parts from local retailers. overall experience will be good and sometime exceeds expectations. I can remember of a time, when my engine was overheating. Sanjay was kind enough to fill the liquid without any change for the day. Cant thank him Enoch. I always prefer this place over any other place for any kind of repairs, maintenance servicing and upgrade.

I have been taking my cars to Sanjay for more than 3 years now. Though the location is a 40 min drive for me, let me tell you, I have not found anybody so far who provides service like the Sanjay and his team. His diagnosis is spot-on, never tells you to spend more than what is required. I had a very old corolla which had muffler issue. Everybody and every auto-repair shop that I went to told me to get the muffler replaced and were quoting me around 500-600 bucks. Sanjay diagnosed the issue and he did a workaround that costed me only 180 approx. He mentioned clearly that since it is an old car, it was not worth to spend so much on it with a brand new one. And, until the time I sold my car around 1.5 year back, the muffler was perfectly fine. Had no problem at all. Recently, I took my other car that was giving me a rattling sound when acelerating. The mechanics that I showed it to at the near by places gave all crazy reasons. Went to Sanjay and he got it fixed in 10 min and he charged me NOTHING..! Can you believe it..! Such an honest and wonderful person he is. The problem was something was hanging loose and was getting in contact with a rotating part. He clearly explained me and asked me to take a drive to check and told me to go home if it is all fine. He said - no need to pay anything..! I have recommended him to lot of my friends so far.

Today I have brought my car to get inspect, they have inspected and said evrything is perfect and suggested some replacements but not urgent.Before I came here went to honda certified repair shop, there they said lot of things need to change and gave me the quote around $1200.The thing I have observed here is they are more interested on providing good service rather than money.

Sanjay is an extremely capable individual with amazing automotive technical skills. He is one of the few automotive engineers with the technical skills to hear the heartbeat of the vehicle and tell u exactly what needs fixing. His estimates are pretty much accurate to the cent. I have been using Sanjays service for the past 3-4 years for my BMW 325xi. He is one of the most honest person. His place is very busy because of the service he provides so you may have to wait for sometime. if he makes a mistake then he will fix it for free of charge. Its good that he is serving us at low price but in USA you have to serve the customer in this country style.I need to pick up my car yesterday I called from 4 to 5:30 no one picked up in 20 calls .I had to physically go and find out if my car was done or not.This is not the way you other company will do business here.In the morning drop off time he receive all the call, even on miss call he call you back to get the business but in the evening no one picks up the phone.

Typical Desi style, if you’re looking for a proper response and good area to wait it may not be good except the price. Just to oil change I waited 2.30hrs and I’m the first person that day, I can get the same thing done in few mins if I go to dealer.
