Today my car died about two buildings away from AutoTech and after trying for about an hour to figure it out on my own I realized it may have been an issue with the battery (not having jumper cables in my car like I should have) I ran over to AutoTech and asked for help! Clearly desperate and stressed one of the gentlemen looked genuinely concerned.. another man I’m not sure if he was the manger was very rude but eventually said he would send someone to help me.. I would have paid any amount they said I was just desperate to get home! Luckily the nicest man came to help me and he was so kind and knowledgeable and gave me his quick opinion on my situation! I swear he alone changed my opinion on auto mechanics... based on my first interaction with the manager I would have never considered going back to AutoTech to service my car but now once we move I think (as long as the man that helped me and I wish I had his name) I will go here first!!!
