Always had good experiences at the Southaven location. Very friendly, customer service oriented staff each time. I’ve sent many people there and they all agree. Today, 3/22/2020 I am saddened as I drove by there and found they had went out of business or moved. I’ll definitely miss having this shop around

Brian Ratliff, the owner, is a liar and a fraud. Over a year ago I sent my iPad to be repaired and to make a long story short, one of the employees, Andrew, broke it. Not only that, I recorded a conversation (I work for an attorney so I am always prepared) where he suggested I break it even more in hopes that Apple would replace it. After speaking with Brian, the owner, and emailing back and forth, he promised to pay me back for the refurbished price of a new one. He gave me his word in an email and I have never heard from him. I gave him several chances, reached out every six months, until recently he just pretty much told me he had nothing for me. I was hoping not to go this route, as anyone that knows me knows I am NOT vindictive, and I always give people a chance. I am out over $1,200.00.I wonder how many other people have been defrauded by this company? I am not sure how they are even in business. I have never ever in my life encountered such a con man. I am sure he has called my bluff but the thing is, I have a life with kids and sports. But now I have the time, and I will be filing in Justice Court on Monday.

This place is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment I have ever been in in my life!!!! I took my 6s in to get s new silent switch and they said it would be 3-5 business days and it took 3 weeks to come in. I took it in and they fixed it, but in the meantime broke my power button. I will admit he ordered me a new button for free, it took 2 months to get it when he said it would be 3-5 business days. I took it in today and it took them 3 hours to fix and it is still broken!! He said he can not figure out what is wrong with my phone and that my best bet is to buy a new phone. I’m 16 years old and i has to buy this phone with my own money, and i will have to buy a new one with my own money due to the fact that THEY broke it and cannot fix it. I feel that they should have to buy my new phone considering that they broke it not me!!!!!

Russell was very helpful and explained all the differences between the cases and screen protectors. I thought he was the owner just based of the amount of effort he was putting in and multi tasking!

The owner is a very nice guy, and works quickly. Best repair shop around.

Most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment I’ve ever been in! I ordered a screen for my son’s phone & was told that it would be in by 3-5 business days. I called on the 12th day & they still didn’t have it in. I go there for a refund & have to wait 10min before the guy up front tells me that I have to wait for the manager to get there before I can get a refund. I wait about 25min for the manager & he still hasn’t made it, so i finally leave & say I’ll be back later. I would NEVER recommend this whack a** place! 🙄

Ive never had a bad experience with the people that work here and they are very friendly. Ive even had work done on my Iphones through this store personally and am always satisfied with the work done, Thank you Guys for such great service!

I had a severe crack on my iPhone. It was fixed in about 30 minutes. They did a great job.

I was ripped off I didnt realize this until now I bought a lunatik case from yall a week before Christmas for my iPhone 7 it doesnt fit my phone probably around the home button and also while trying to figure out how if I had warranty or could send it back to you or lunaik I noticed on the bar code that a red and black case came in the box and a yellow one was in it the one I bought so it had been moved from somewhere else or whatever I wish I could send this junk back but first thing you going to want is a receipt I dont have it so Im screwed out of 57$ thanks

Terrible took them two weeks to order and replace my moms screen when it only took two days for screen to arrive and they simple couldnt return a call to her either leaving me to drive to the store in southaven three times it was totally not worth it terrible service unlike the other location in Memphis which I like but the lazy guys at southaven store need training and simple politeness

Told me 3 to 5 business days and it took 12 and the guy was very rude also no refunds on deposits they get 1 star cause they actually fixed the phone
