Extremely friendly staff that welcomes me every time I visit. Dr. Bertrand was amazing and Danielle spent a lot of time with me while learning how to use contacts. She is a gro pro! Only place I trust with my vision!

From the greeting to picking out my glasses and everything in between, I can’t say more than great things about every person at the office. I have been going to the Hulen location for close to 20 years (This includes a few years under another name, early on) and I will continue using these guys for as long as I need glasses! They have always been courteous, friendly, and super helpful. I was happy to hear they have a location in South Lake, as I was willing to make the trek from Grapevine but, the weather was nasty. The service in South Lake was amazing as well and Ill definitely return!

We were referred to doctor Richard after an eye doctor across the freeway damaged one of my mothers corneas. We got in same day. The experience beginning with walking in the front door and being greeted by 1st Javi, and then the lady sitting at the registration desk, the experience was night and day.Over the last 50 years of wearing glasses, contacts, glasses combat developing glaucoma, and living in 5 different areas of the country I have gone to lots of eye doctors. And I have always dreaded the experience like most people dread going to the dentist. Eyeworks has changed that for me. They treat people with respect, they SEE the patient in front of them and help that exact person They treat people with respect, they see the patient in front of them and help that exact person.I have never heard any of them spout doctor speak. Whether Im being examined for my eye health by the TERRIFIC Yara, the AMAZING Dr. Bertrand or being helped to stunning world class designer eye fashions by the EVER-PATIENT Javier, I always look forward to visiting them once a year. And a real quick shout out to CHANEL -- my fav!

After eye exam, which was professionally done, I was fitted for a pair of bifocals by a staff member. In a few days, the glasses arrived and I went in to have them fitted. The far sight portion was perfect, but the bifocal lens part was terrible. The only way for me to read a printed page was to hold it about five to six inches from my eye. I told the technician about the problem and he said that was normal, that there was nothing that could be done and that they would not fix the problem. Basically, what he said was that I was stuck with the lenses even though they did not work.I give Eyeworks one star because the doctor is excellent. I don’t give them any more than that because the technician refused to accept the fact that the lenses were not ground properly and would not either replace them of offer a refund.

We have been with this company for the past 4 years and even though we have moved a little further away and have other options closer, we continue to return. I like the flexibility of scheduling our eye appointments. And the front desk personnel, Shontay, is wonderful! She is one of the main reasons we continue to return. Danielle was amazing. It was my first eye appointment in many years. She was very nice and took a lot of time explaining everything and was super sweet. Everyone there was very nice from the get go. Usually I go to the one on Hulen in Fort Worth, however they were booked for 2 weeks so I went here. SOUTHLAKE IS THE PLACE TO BE! Dr. Kim is the best doctor, you can tell she really cares and puts her energy into her work, such an intelligent young Lady! Will only be going here, Hulen is not bad, but this location excelled all my expectations!

I had a serious eye concern on Saturday shortly before the office closed and they were kind enough to stay open for me to be seen. Dr. Mor was very thorough and answered all my questions. I am greatly appreciative for everything. Danielle was very compassionate and cheerful and adjusted payments with my insurance. Jo Jo helped me out by checking insurance info while I was driving in, thus making for a shorter check in. I am happy to have found such a terrific eye care facility!

This office has the best eye doctors Ive ever seen and I have been seeing eye doctors for at least 50 years. Theyve helped me with certain issues no other doctor could. In addition to that, the staff is outstanding.They are courteous, friendly, accommodating and make the experience very easy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We recently had our first visit here and while we loved the doctors, and the staff was friendly, they messed up my husbands glasses order by not double checking information. Long story short, Javier went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected and we werent inconvenienced. We appreciate how hard he worked to make things right. Good customer service goes a long way!

I would give zero stars if I could. Their office staff is great but their manager is awful. Called to figure the disconnect and how I could help retrieve benefits because the number I have is disconnected. He was hateful.

If you are not a patient of Eyeworks, RUN, dont walk, there! Dr. Sarah, Dr. Robert, Yara, Danielle, Javier, and the rest of the team are absolutely incredible. Over the past few months, I have had multiple eye problems, and the entire staff has been so kind, thoughtful, and generous towards me. I will NEVER go to another optometrists office, and I want everyone to have the same experience as I have had. I currently live in downtown Dallas, and I would NOT drive to see Dr. Sarah if her and Yara were not there. They have been UNREAL awesome. If only every medical office was this kind and professional! Whatever you do, get here fast!!!

EYEWORKS Southlake has definitely earned my utmost appreciation and I happily recommend their services.Dr. Benedick has handled my 4y/o as well as my own vision needs.My wife, daughter and I were met with a friendly greeting from the staff, Yara and Chantey (?) and before long, Danielle, was promptly moving us both through our evaluations and tests. She was quick to answer my questions and great at helping a confused little girl.When we had our prescriptions, Javier was superb at whittling through my daughters undecidedness and found her a great pair of glasses!Thats how a business develops long-term relationships.

The Eye Doctors and Technicians at Eyeworks are extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional and personable. I love how they work with you to make sure you are getting the right contact prescription especially since I have complications with my eyes.Speaking of those complications, the Eye Doctors are very good at looking for and testing work arounds until they find what best fits your needs. In my case, we are having to work around a severe cataract that is unusual for my age.Recently I experienced a eye health situation. They fit me in same day, were very cordial upon my arrival. No feelings that I was troubling them at all. The Eye technician and Doctor were thorough in the exam, diagnosis and prescription.After several years of looking for an eye doctor to care for my sight needs, I do believe I’ve found a home. I highly recommend them.

Lovee this place! Danielle is so super sweet and friendly she makes it fun rather than a chore! Dr. Casie is a joy and easy to talk to, and is super fast but detailed! Ms. Kate helped me and my fiance pick our glasses out and helped me make the jump to some frames i didnt expect to love so much! I recommend this place to anyone who will listen! Eyeworks is outstanding. Dr. Katharine Chu (Mor) is exceptional. She has accomplished what others were incapable of or unwilling to do and because of her concern and effort my eyes finally are trouble free and working for my benefit. This is such a relief and I truly thank her for her consideration in helping me in this significant effort. The staff is there to support the patient in every way as well and it gives me the confidence when I enter for my appointment that I am in very good hands and will be taken care of in the best possible way. The administration of insurrance and medical paperwork is adeptly managed by Ms. Chantay Miles, the patient coordinator and all around genius in managing the complex requirements that medical documentation invariably requires and can be confusing for the patient and many others. The facility is world class and so are the very fine people that work there helping patients with their medical needs. Healing is the art of compassion and Dr. Katharine Chu (Mor) is the very best Doctor for my eyes.

Eye works is a phenomenal place. Especially one lady in particular (Danielle). It was my first time getting contacts and she helped me every step of the way. I probably took literally an hour to get them in and it just wouldn’t work. However, she stayed there and showed me different techniques and was very patient with me and I was able to get them in. Another note, Eyeworks is very accomandating to ones schedule and is very flexible!

I went to Eyeworks in southlake for an eye exam and new glasses last week.The service and attention to my eyewear selection were superb. I felt thatmy exam was very thorough and the tech yara ( I think that is how youspell it) was amazing. The quality of eyewear selection is much higherthan a chain, and as such you may need to be prepared for slightly higherprices. However, the quality and service justify it. Danielle was veryknowledgeable when helping me with my new eyewear. Every single question Ihad she answered with confidence and smile. Thank you again for a greatexperience with not only my exam but also my new spectacles!!

My family and I have been going to Eye works and Dr. Chu for about 20 years. We have always received personal, friendly care from every member of his staff. And now I can been seen closer to home with the location at southlake! Ive met three amazing doctors that practice here and it’s not just an eye exam. The Doctors take time to do a thorough exam and explain any changes he/she sees and also to answer any questions and listen to any concerns that I have. Dr. Chu and the other doctors and staff are all very friendly. I would highly recommend everyone in this office!

Very rude avoid in my opinion

I have great anxiety when it comes to anything to do with my eyes. I dont even wear contacts because I dont like to put things in my eyes! But, Dr. Richard and his team are absolutely amazing and put me at ease when I have an appointment. I had to have 2 eye surgeries and I highly recommend Dr. Richard! The team at Eyeworks are amazing! Chantay, Yara, Danielle, Dr. Cassi, and Dr. Richard are the best of the best! Dont go anywhere else - go to Eyeworks in Southlake!

Friendly, quick, the testing I had done was reasonably priced, little out of my way but I am loyal to those who treat me well and I was treated well.

Quick friendly service and affordable options. The location is very convenient and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Great selection of glasses and I felt that the doctor(s) did a thorough exam last year; however, I opted not to have the fitting for contacts. But this year I decided that I am going to get contacts for me and my son. When calling to schedule an appointment I recalled why I didnt choose the contact fitting last year!! The COST; it costly! On average one can expect to pay up to $70 for a fitting but unfortunately Eyeworks wants to charge $119 to $129. I have good insurance; that has no deductible, for the glasses exam but pays zero toward the contact fitting. So at minimum I would be paying $238 for probably 4 more minutes with the doctor to measure 4 eye balls! Geez...guess Ill have to return to the run-of-the-mill optical clinics, which is a shame.
