Joanna was super duper awesome! I wanted frames that were not heavy, and she took me right to them, so I was able to make my choice without spending all day trying on a bunch of frames. She is not only a fun person but knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and priced different options with patience. They say the best man for the job is a woman, and she is IT!

I went in to this LensCrafters at Southlake and they were absolutely AMAZING!!! I LOVED the interaction between me, Joanna and Mary. I bought some Gucci prescription glasses and we had a great time laughing and chatting it up! and they gave me their honest opinions picking the frame that I was looking for and I fell in love with my new prescription glasses😍😍Overall if your looking for a place to get yourself a beautiful pair of glasses this is the place to go!!!

My husband and I absolutely love Ms. Joanne.This is our second time purchasing glasses from the Southlake location.We found the perfect glasses less than twenty minutes! Ms. Joanne knows exactly how we like our glasses and that made our visit so smooth. We picked our glasses on Saturday and received a text message to pickup of glasses on Friday. It only took six days!!! We called to confirm with Richard-who was also very helpful. We truly appreciate such great hospitality, which is hard to find nowadays. We drove 48 minutes to this location and we will do it again in a heart beat, because this is our favorite LensCrafters. We absolutely looooove our glasses!!!!!!

We had a great shopping experience in this Lenscrafters. The moment when we walked in, staffs were being very welcoming. The store has many new selection of designers fames. There are so many good selection of frames and we were indecisive on which to purchase. The lady in the store was able to help us to make the decision and had some fun conversation!!!

Excellent experience in the selection process and initial purchase, but the pickup was very disappointing. The associate literally just handed the new $1100 glasses over to my husband at the cash register station. She was not invested at all to make sure that the prescription was good ie: checking that he could read the fine print, checking the fit - making adjustments, etc. No - just handed them over with what seemed to be a desire to move on as quickly as possible. My husband asked her to make them tighter which she did, but they are still not right and falling down his nose constantly. It was odd as the store was not busy at the time. Very disappointing.
Mary is the greatest.... She greeted me when I came in with a smile. She was very helpful helping me pick out glasses. As a matter of fact I purchased the first pair she picked out. I will be going back to her in the future..
Alex and Jan? Are incredibly aware and Kind my son crashed on his scooter in front of the store and Alex with the help of his co worker were very kind and help with providing first aid to my son. I went to the Southlake, TX LensCrafters location website to schedule eye exams for my wife and I there at their location, so that we could have then walk over and order our glasses all there on the spot when done. Well, that didnt work out. The staff at the exam office dont know what they are doing. What a chaotic and disorganized mess. I thought it would be easy to choose times and schedule us both on line. I did that. Well, it fell apart from there. I received a voicemail message, and only about my wifes time, that stated they needed to change her time to avoid a long wait time. Since there was no mention of mine, I called to work it out. No one answered. After no one answered, I got a text message saying that I could respond to the text. I did, with no reply. I then called again and got a person who didnt know what to tell me and was asking someone else. I was then offered another time for my wife. When I said that since it was for my wife AND me, we would want to come together at times that work for both. That changed the time again. I declined. Then I got a call back, and I didnt answer, leaving a message saying they could do the original appointment time for my wife but there would be a wait. I am DONE! You guys need to get your act together! Going elsewhere to a place who knows what they are doing instead of giving me some long frustrating runaround because they dont know what they are doing!UPDATE: So, I wake up this morning to an email from Southlake Eyes Now, saying I missed my eye exam and we care about your eyes! BIG LOL! Again, you guys need to get your act together! Dont know how you stay in business demonstrating such incompetence! I dont want to hear from you ever again!

When I went in to order my glasses, I was very excited and happy that I had a knowledgeable employee helping me out. However, when I picked up my glasses today, they were NOT the correct frames I wanted. I ordered Raybans and they gave me Coach. Of course, they were out of the frames I actually wanted. This place sucks and I will not be shopping there anymore.
Be careful for all the hidden fees they dont mention. Even if they know youre going to use your insurance, theyll still try to get you to pay for things out of pocket. Not wasting my time going back again.
I have purchased two pairs of glasses from this location in the past. I am happy with the glasses, but both times I had to go there several times for them to get it right! I am not sure how they stay in business! Management is horrible! I will not go to this location again!

They definitely get a 1 for customer service. I have struggled with my warranty replacement glasses since I get them. I have adjusted them and adjusted them as Ive worn them. I drove 23 miles to have them checked, but all I was told was they would have to adjust the nose pieces. I had to have my contacts in for an earlier appointment, but I just needed them measured or checked to see if the lens placement (progressives) in the frame was the same as old ones! I HAVE adjusted them everyway they can be adjusted. My first pair was fine. I got a very sarcastic uh huh.

I recently purchased a lens from LensCrafters at Macys, Frisco. As it was not very clear for me, I checked with the optometrist, and she confirmed a slight variance to the prescription. When I reached out to Southlake LensCrafters (as I live close by now), the manager tested the glasses and confirmed that it was close to the prescription but asked me to work with LensCrafters in Frisco. He bluntly lied on my face that he cant see the details in his system as it was purchased at the Macys LensCrafters store. I drove 40 mins and discovered from the Frisco store manager that every LensCrafters store can view my details, and the Southlake manager could have reordered the lens there itself. To my surprise, he was not new and was with LensCrafters for a few years. Dear Southlake LensCrafter manager, start taking responsibility and stop passing the buck. LensCrafters just lost a family of loyal customers for years.

This is an update to my review couple of weeks ago. Basically, a guy who helped me on a day when my salesperson Joanne was not there totally dropped the ball. Joanne had NOTHING to do with this snafu, but called me the next day and worked it all out. She was professional in EVERY way, and I am now a happy customer again. Well done, Joanne!

They are a corporate store that does NOT abide by LensCrafter policies. Store refused to accept a return within stated time. Charged me additional money saying I needed to use their warranty service. They told me to work with them and give them more time... and they would note my timely return requests and that I could return after I give them time to fix the problems. I went to other eye doctors and had glasses checked by additional professionals. Been trying to work with them for 10 months - never been able to wear glasses!!! Over $1000 total purchase. I filed a corporate incident report 10 days ago and havent heard a thing. Stay away from this store. UPDATE- Im adding this as a reply to Response from the owner. I already completed the LC-Support incident report more than 13 days ago and called to follow-up two days ago. I was told the Regional Manager would contact me and I havent heard anything. (Date today is August 20, 2020 at 12:20pm CST.) Update 2: Aug 24, 2020 Still I havent heard from the Regional Manager or anyone from Lenscrafters corporate offices for the incident I filed August 7th dealing with a 10 month problem that the corporate store couldnt solve. Update 3 August 30, 2020 10:08pm CST I still havent heard from the Regional Manager as told and have called a few times and sent a few emails to update my incident report - and havent had any resolution.
The customer service at this location is indeed exceptional. The associates worked with me in trying to perfect my frame and prescription needs. I worked with a few of the employees and they were all great and helpful. I recommend you use this location.

The staff was super polite and helpful. Jacob and another woman helped us and they were great! I do agree with the fact that they need more people; 7-10 people walked in when I was finishing up, and they werent staffed enough to give the great service I received to other patrons. The management needs to hire more people to accommodate their customers as to provide great customer service to their other walk in customers.

I had the most amazing experience with Jay. As a recent transplant from Palm Beach Florida and I LensCrafters die hard customer, I visited multiple locations and was not impressed with the selection. Wait a year and visited multiple locations again and found an improvement in the selection. However, the driver for my decision was the experience with Jay. He worked with me intently and ensured that I got the best fit and that the choices complemented my appearance and my personality. I had a pair of Maui Jims that needed a good bit of adjustment. Another optical store was unable to fix it. Alex was able to get my glasses tuned up correctly. Although I did not make a purchase this time, I shall certainly be back later.
I had Jay at this location and he was awesome such an asset to this company and I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. But at the same time he was so down to earth and made me feel like I was shopping with my friend. I love my ray bran plastic frame glasses they r comfy stylish and everything I was looking for. I had a wonderful experience here. I had literally ZERO experience with glasses. An experienced individual helped in a level that I would not expect and it was much appreciated.I came in with problem developed from several mTbis my depth perception was not good and my eyes were straining too much. I honestly felt my situation was unique. They were able to make my first set of glasses within hours and it was amazing, while Im still getting used to them im thankful for the staff.I turned to pick sunglasses. I was picking glasses that would bend the lens, while I do a lot of activity and they would of been great. The excellent and thoughtful staff member, brought up that with my unique circumstances, bending the lens could mess with the depth perception slightly.I was trying to correct that, and I ended up going with a cheaper pair of glasses.They were very patient with me through the whole process, and attentive to my questions and concerns, very helpful, explained my benefits thoroughly. Lens Crafters even located my vision insurance coverage with out my vision coverage card. I am truly thankful for the experience.Update: 19 December 2019After constantly adjusting my frames and much discussion, it was determined that the frames were too large and I picked out new frames, lenses, etc. all for a grand total $0.02. Further strengthening my belief in Lens Crafters.

I went there did the eye exam then went to buy frame for my daughter. The sad part is we went there yesterday picked out the frame in less then five min.They dont have enough people working there to help. I just had one question that needed answered stood there 20min still couldnt get help. I had to walk out couldnt wait so long.They really need hire more people to work on the floor. This way if customers have just a question dont have to wait so long to get help.
I went to Pearle Vision and was not impressed at all. Made a trip over to LensCrafters and had a great experience. I dealt with Barbara and she walked through every step with me. I bought a Rayban frame with lenses and warranty for around $350. My glasses only took 2 hours to complete. Granted, my prescription is not that difficult. Met the general manager when I picked them up and she was also very nice!
My review would be 5 stars if I were rating my consultant, Jay, alone. He was perfect! From the first phone call to the store when he answered I knew he knew his stuff. Then when I read other reviews about him I made my decision to go to Lenscrafter only, instead of shopping around and to only see Jay. Ive gone through the headaches of buying prescription glasses before and it was always a pain because the consultant did not know what they were doing, or they ripped me off! Jay made sure to save me the most money possible through my insurance and any sales they were having. He also knew what looked best on me and helped me pick the perfect glasses for my face shape. HE was perfect. However others that worked there were at times less than professional, and theyre customer service skills were nowhere near as good as Jays! Honestly I dont understand why HE isnt the store manager. I hope Lenscrafters doesnt take him for granted too long or they will lose him to another company that appreciated his efforts and work ethic. So bottom line...if you want to do business with Lenscrafters ask for Jay!!

Our experience with Craft Lens in Southlake was horrible, and we only wish that we could give it a no-star!1. We ordered a pair of glasses in the late November and paid in advance. They guaranteed to have them ready by December 5, and it was not ready when I went to pick them up on December 9. In fact, their system already canceled this order because the frames were out of stock in their lab, but nobody informed me of this until my visit; no emails, no text messages, no phone calls. No apologies at all for the confusion and for the consequent delay of delivery, and they showed a totally different face from two weeks ago.2. After my cancellation, the store failed to notify my insurance company. When I asked them to make a five-minute call to verify the cancellation with the insurance, the lady named Julie (or Joanna?) rudely dismissed my request, claiming that this is not the common practice---while both the insurance customer representatives and other optic stores assure that this is indeed what they should have done in the first place.Weve been doing business with Lens Crafters at other locations for years, but this store is the worst business that we have ever met.
