I love biglots so what can be said besides its awesome place to buy great stuff cheap! They are restocking empty shelves.

Everything that you need to move in somewhere new to a few decent deals to decent decorations and etc

They advertise alot of stuff that they dont actually have in the store call first. Prices to me are little bit higher than others

For it being christmas eve they still had a big selection I was so thankful

I recently purchased a dining table online for a really great price, the money was taken out of my account and I received confirmation number and everything just to find out that my order was cancelled hours later after purchase. I called and spoke with 2 different employees and they specifically said that they usually put the payment on hold until purchase has been confirmed which it was but I know for a fact that the payment was taken out of my account for a cancelled purchase and I still havent gotten a refund yet

Totally un stocked, shelves always bare, furniture dept is a joke, why have one when you dont know what or when you will have certain merchandise in. Always out of everything, not appealing displays, short on staff and unknowlegable.

Horrible customer service. Tried to exchange an item that broke in 2 weeks that was treated with great care. Was in the middle of the exchange and when an older employee walks up and denies the exchange while treating us with the upmost disrespect and with a horrible attitude. Customer service is completely non existent...rare to find these days! By the way we are well rounded very respectful, easy going never complain kind of people. We treat others how we want to be treated. I really hope they work on their customer service and not be so rude for no reason at all.

I was taken here on an errand with someone else. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this particular location (Disc Dr in Sparks), and found some great bargains for myself. Everything from potato chips to living room furniture.

Great addition to the Spanish Springs community...The staff (on the other hand) in the furniture department needs training on customer service. On Thursday 7/05, Staff members were clueless as to where my order was located..Mary(in the furniture department) was too busy to acknowledge my order for a futon mattress. She was not friendly and it took nearly 1/2 hour to pick and pull my order from the back room. Thee customer service from the staff NEEDS improvement.......

Hit and miss just like any discount store, but usually find good stuff.

They had the tomato plants my sister wanted.

Decent prices, not always sure about what you get there, but the supplies for holidays are always on point.

The big lots on disc dr. still has that new store feel. The help are helpful, and they have some good sale prices.
