Employees are nonexistent...only one poor casheir, while management sits in office and the lines are front to back. The customers had to ask for a second cashier twice before anyone came out of office and then it wasnt pleasant...she acted as if we ruined her afternoon. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY for any business...even the Dollar Tree. The store was more organized than it has been in awhile tho.

I enjoy finding stuff here. I got a sudoku and word find pad, a pair of sunglasses to put over my glasses and a bunch of snacks. They have a good sized frozen food section but I wasnt going straight home so Ill get some frozen goodies next time. You cant go wrong with the price at this place and the staff are all friendly.

My expectations were low because it is a Dollar Store...However, the place was a mess. Not just messy but dirty. Wonder when the floors and glass doors and windows were cleaned last? The whole shopping center was in huge decline and it was reflective in this store. No thanks...

Good choice of items. The only complaint I have is that the fridge/freezer section is tiny. The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful

This time of year the place is always packed. Their cashiers are fast and always have a smile on their face. I have been coming to this particular place for years. They always have a great Christmas shopping area.

The store off oddie blvd was a horrible experience! I tried to pay with $100 bill, the cashier made a comment before he walked over to the manager he said Ive been getting $100 bills all day whats up with that then he walked over to the manager and he said yeah shes got a $20 purchase and she wants to use $100 bill he comes back over to me and says that they cant do it because corporate policy or something but its not posted and its legal tender it was not counterfeit it was not just printed it was an old hundred dollar bill yeah but it was in perfect shape and it just really upset me that he wouldnt take it and and that he made the snarky comments so no I wont be going back there

Pretty much what you would expect. Nothing major or fancy here but the products are great when in a financial pinch

The aisles sometimes get kind of messy, everythings usually generally where it should be though, so despite it being messy if thats where something should be its probably there. Lately theyve gotten better with the messy aisles, probably due to covid. The messy aisles is definitely due to careless customers though, Ive seen it with my own eyes 👀. So if youre reading my review, please be a respectful customer, anywhere you go, and try not to make a mess places.

I dont think that I have ever had bad customer service here. I like to visit periodically for a bit of retail therapy, and almost always find a bit of bargain hunting gold.

If you shop here avoid Dawn, she obviously lacks customer service skills like telling my 10 year old daughter that she could not use the restroom because they were no longer available to the public. My daughter had a bloody nose and just needed to wash her face and hands and unfortunately ended up all over my brand new cars interior😡!! This place used to be so nice to shop at funny people friendly atmosphere and overall an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately it seems they have hired some new management personnel and since gone completely down hill. I will NOT come back to this store again!

You couldnt pay me a million dollars to work this location. I feel so sorry for the cashiers. They are always under staffed. The stocking is always backed up. Whomever is in charge of keeping this store together (the owner) should be ashamed of themselves for So Many reasons! It is awful what you make your employees endure! Any location is better then this one.Update:This store has Really improved! They are cleaner, more organized and the lines dont seem to be as bad. Great job!

Ive shopped this store since it opened years ago, it has never been neat and clean, but past 3 x up to today its just ABSOLUTELY in total disarray! Hire people that care! Get a manager that isnt afraid to get his or her hands dirty along with employees and clean it up!!! Stock the shelves clean the floors, wash the windows and doors! And the biggest suggestion; get RID of and STOP BUYING FROM CHINA! AFTER THIS HORRIFIC PANDEMIC, PEOPLE WILL STOP BUYING FROM YOU UNTIL YOU DO!!

I love Dollar Tree! Todays I have never seen a Dollar Tree where everything was in boxes in the aisles so you couldnt see what they had. I still had an awesome shopping experience. And I definitely will shop at Dollar Tree again. This store needs extra help! Maybe more employees.

I love the dollar tree for purchasing personal cards. They have a large variety of cards, holiday(such a Christmas and Thanksgiving), birthday cards, anniversary cards, new baby, new home etc. Most cards are $1.00 some are $0.50 cents.They have a variety of items. Plus if you are making care kits for the homeless you can get almost all of your items here.The store is clean. The cashier was friendly and my cards were cheap!! Who could ask for more?

The aisles are a complete wreck. The stock is scattered around in either stacks of boxes or piled upon carts so that you cannot make your way safely around the store. Individual items are off the shelves and are also scattered about on the floor. Horrible mess

A couple of the things I wanted were out. My overall experience was good.

Open until 9 and a great place to buy batteries. Other stuff is also available here including barware, cleaning products, and shipping tape, all for a buck.

I am a huge DT shopper. And i was incredibly disappointed in this particular store. Their supply was so low, the organization of the store was awful, and while shopping with my children the employess were using fowl language and playing music from their phones that had so many cuss word coming from it. Im sad because this is the closest DT to me.

This store is an absolute mess. Boxes are piled up all throughout the store full of products and things are randomly scattered on the shelves. Even Christmas decorations were still in boxes 5 days before Christmas. Spend the extra time and go to a different Dollar Tree!
