Was excited to get contacts for the first time. Definitely not a company to do that with. The guy that taught me to put them in was great. Did am amazing job at teaching me and the lady he was training. However the fit wasnt right. When I went to go back for check was asked to go into a dirty bathroom with hardly any light. Yeah if thats your idea of clean Im afraid of how clean the tools they use are.

Ive been going to this location for several years and theyve always been wonderful. Last week I had an appointment and was helped by a most awesome young lady named Jordan. She was exceptional. Her knowledge and expertise were very appreciated. She helped me navigate through the hassle which is vision insurance and I was able to save at or over 50% and I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend that you ask for her by name if youre in need of new glasses, sunglasses or contacts.
Right from the moment I walked in the door I was treated like family! Hannah and SarahAnn were incredibly helpful and friendly! There was a lot of selection and they even had my lenses in stock so I could pick up all 3 pairs same day! The warranty is an awesome perk as well! I wish there was another one closer to home, (visiting from Seattle)!

Not only do they have super cute, stylish and affordable glasses but on top of that we had the absolute best help from Hannah, she was so personable and a total hoot to talk to! They need more HELP! While the deals are good and they probably have the most reasonable prices, it took me 2-1/2 hours on my first visit and 1-1/2 hours on the second visit to finally get glasses ordered. Their deals are so complicated that these poor employees have to type on the computers for an hour just to give you a price on anything. Then they couldnt even print out the quote for me, (hiipa, she claimed) she had to write it out by hand. Then, they advertise that they have their own factory and can do things same day, but they can only do certain ones. Others take 2 weeks. The employees are working so hard, with people waiting everywhere. Management seriously needs to simplify pricing and hire more people. Lots of the racks were bare, too. Need to get more frames in the shop and more variety, please. Would get 5 stars if they improved.
I would highly recommend Eyeglass World. Even-though I visited the store almost towards the closing time, they were able to help me with my glasses. Great staff and great store.

The store was a bit busy the day we came in, but we were greeted right away. They optician we very friendly and explained it may be a bit . Explained the process and assured us they would be with us as soon as possible. Once it was our turn my husband was well taken care of and he ordered 2 pair of glasses and look forward to picking them up pretty soon.Good service and friendly store.

So i made an appointment and i was 10 min late due too feeding my new borns and becuse of that they wouldnt see me and they made no exceptions for me at all and made it seem like it was an obligation to feed our babies
Alicia was very nice to me, she was also very helpful and patient with me, my insurance was being a pain but she figured it out! She also helped me find the right glasses for me and went a step above to really explain to me why polarized lenses would help.
First time switching to contacts - everyone was super nice and considerate. The doctor was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Overall cost for me was just under 300 which is about the best in town and they price match. If youre considering contacts or need a new prescription I highly recommend them.

I visited eyeglass world this afternoon and to my surprise I was attended by a very short rude lady. The only thing that came out of her mouth was nope, imposible, that’s not true, and can’t happen. I wanted to re-use my own frames that I bought recently here. A pair of Coach sun grasses and Michael kors prescription glasses.We will not be stepping foot in this premises again or recommend this place. Couple miles away is American’s Best which I was treated like a real person with respect and empathy named Joshua. I walked out with new lens on my old frames. Thank you for nothing eyeglass world.
We arrived and there was a computer function problem company wide, which they couldn’t help or control. Jordan was friendly and helpful although she seems new. What I had a problem with was her completely dirty mask which seemed to be inside out. Her lab coat was stained, dirty and wrinkled as well which bugged me. I worked in the medical field as a manager and never allowed my staff to come in to represent our company and doctors with out being completely put together with clean and ironed clothes and lab jackets.
I havent had glasses or an eye exam in many years. DEL made it a great experience. I will be a life long customer
Bait and switch place. Didnt get what I wanted since I was talked out of my first choice. Aggressive update tactics. 2 for $78--what a joke. I supposedly had such Great Insurance but I ended up paying over $250. I liked the free fitting and adjustment policies, but that doesnt take the sour taste away. I wont be back.

The good deal has a lot of strings. Neither of my preferred frames were available with the good deal, and what was finally settled on would not be available for two weeks. I needed them for a trip 10 days later. My buy one get one free deal ended up costing me about four times more than I have ever paid for a pair of any kind of glasses. Not quite as much as Lasik, but in the ballpark.
I was at eyeglass world on Saturday may 15th. The entire staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with were all very professional and pleasant.I was especially impressed with Alycia and Aliah. These young ladies were professional, competent and knowledgeable.Alycia was up front about not knowing the ins and outs of insurance, instead of trying to wing it she went to someone who knew how to get that process done.Aliah didn’t just sit down and take over, she politely and confidently helped Alycia thru the system. You could tell that Aliah’s confidence and knowledge was unmistakable. Alycia was very quick to pick it up, making my time feel valued. Alias’s knowledge saved me some money which I greatly appreciated.Alycia was the primary person to help me and she knew her strengths and never made me feel that I was getting less than professional help. Way to go ladies. You made a great team and I’m great full to you both.

I had an 1145 appointment. Division was a little busier than usual and it’s a 35 min drive for me from the start. Got there at 11:47. Was told I had to reschedule because I didn’t show up 15 minutes early and they booked my appointment to someone else... in 2 minutes. The guy wasn’t even there to get his appointment that he had somehow taken from me in less than 120 seconds, yet I had to reschedule for that.Then we decided to just cancel and go somewhere else, so we went back in the store to cancel my new appointment, the gentleman helping us originally had left the desk and another gentleman “assisted” us. He was gave rude attitude when learning we were cancelling when we gave him no reason to be upset.One star is pretty generous for this place. I’d recommend Costco instead.

Been a repeat customer for years. They have a loyalty program that provides discounts and free exams for a cost that is well worth it. Their glasses pricing and quality is pretty standard. The biggest reason I always return though is the people. As some one who is practically blind without glasses I always ask their opinion on how frames look and they have never steered me wrong. They walk you step by step for which lense options would be good for the struggles you worry about most and provide those costs up front. This year they also are excelling in protections for covid. Masks are required, temperature is taken at the door, distance is practiced when ever possible, All frames you touch are put in a bin to be sanitized before being place back on the floor, and hand sanitizing is asked of frequently. Have not felt safer in a building since this whole thing started. Would recommend to anyone
Customer service was good, but the product was not good. Been relying on eye ware for over 50 years. Spent $250 on these glasses, and the frames were the worst ever! Finally giving up as got 3 months of wear for $250.UPDATE: Manager phoned me and completely solved/replaced product. Cant ask for better service, and replacing frames with new higher quality ones! Awsome customer service. There was an issue with my contacts arriving due to Corona virus. I waited for over 2 months and its not eyeglass worlds fault but the general manager Del Ingram hooked me up with some glasses while im waiting for my contacts to arrive. I dont know where to start... The staff, Dr.John and Dell Ingram have all been so amazing. My brother lives in Spokane i live in Florida and i do my best to help my brother.(Danny Heverin) He recently visited the office where they informed him of some issues he since found out he has cancer. If it was not for the people there he would have never known. He will now start treatment. They helped save his life. And thats not all, they all went above and beyond when they blessed him with the eye glasses he desperately needed at no cost... I drove 45 minutes across town for my appointment and was on time.. but because I didn’t show up 15 minutes early for my “pre-appointment testing”.. THEY TURNED ME AWAY. Wow. Why not just properly block off your appointment slots instead of wasting everyone’s time? Slob optometrist eating Little Caesars out of the box as I walked in should of been a key indicator of what kind of operation this is.. avoid at all cost.
My prescription recently expired and needed new frames for my job, plus my kids needed some frames . So we visited Eyeglass World and the Manager Del was awesome. Dr james being very vigilant saved my life he seen my optic nerves were swollen sent me to er and come to find out I had tumor on my brain the man literally saved my life ! I went back in after my surgery to thank dr james for saving my life the manager Del Ingram hospitality was amazing he made sure I got everything I need and went above and beyond any manager I have ever delt with I am so grateful for him and his staff for everything . The optometrist at this location is amazing! I had a really bad eye infection and he was able to get me in short notice. I was able to get eye drops from him and I am so grateful he helped me. I always go here for my prescription. The eyedoctor is absolutely wonderful, kind, and helpful!
Just a quick shout out to Del and his crew...Thank you for going above and beyond with getting me some replacement glasses....From personal experience if you buy glasses here make sure you get the year everything is covered warranty with them..It is worth it trust me....I mean if you spend $300-$400 why not?If you are in surch of some new glasses you should give Eye Glass World a shot...

Dr James is a very straight forward, efficient & down to earth Dr. He explains any conditions & problems u might have, in a way u can understand. The staff!! OMG, to be able to work in this fantastic group! U can tell when people are happy working there. And dont get offended if they sugggest a dif frame then what u have picked out. SO GLAD I got the warranty! I didnt realize how bent and scratched my glasses had gotten until they replaced them at no charge because I bought the protection plan.
We arrived for both of my children’s eye exams and had to wait about 10 minutes to get someone to help us. Phone calls and wandering around are more of a priority than patient care. Because of this we were “ too late” for one of my kids appointments and I was advised I should have arrived even earlier. Interestingly enough my other child was brought back 15 minutes past his appointment time. Terrible first impression, terrible service, beware.

Had a rough start getting in but the next day got in and they were amazing helpful with frame pick out and answered all questions and the employee Hannah was absolutely amazing with her knowledge and super sweet....she is keeper there i hope they know that.....
Make sure to arrive on time, heaven forbide youre a couple minutes late. The eye doctor himself was quite rude, talking to the assistant loud enough about people being late and putting them behind schedule. Then the assistant when I said I dont do the puff of air, was like oh, well Im not sure what the doctor will do and I said I usually do the drops and she said youll have to talk to the doctor and may have to reschedule. So freaking rude considering never coming here again.
Let me first say that Lexi was great. She deserves a raise in my opinion. She was the only one on the floor, and she had a lot of customers. She was professional, and did her best to handle the situation. The optometrist was better then average. He was honest to me and I appreciate that.
Ive been going to the N Division store for 11 tears now. The optometrist is thorough and is one of the few whos been able to get the script right for me.
Jessica at Eyeglass World provided me Swift, skillful and accurate adjustments to my eyeglasses. A screw had fallen out of my glasses and she fixed them up for me and made adjustments with no issues whatsoever! I am very satisfied and will return in the future.
A fantastic experience! I was hesitant to make an appointment here, mostly because the whole thing is a bit intimidating. The whole staff was outstanding and made me feel quite comfortable. The optometrist took extra time and was extremely helpful, informative, and thorough. He referred me to a specialist for a condition in my right eye I was not aware of. Jessica was an absolute delight and not only was I super comfortable and easily informed, she made the whole experience quite fun! I wish I had caught the name of the optometrist and the other lovely fellow who helped me, they deserve personal mention as well. I will absolutely recommend this place! A sincere thank you to everyone. . . and my glasses are fabulous!!

I broke my expensive glasses frame. It was one of those half wire frames and very expensive. The wire itself broke. I didnt feel that it could be repaired, so I made an appointment to get an eye exam and new glasses.When I went in, one of the doctors was passing by while I was asking the receptionist if my old frames could be fixed. He stopped immediately and took a look and said that he could fix them. A few minutes later, he came back with them fixed. BOY was I surprised. I asked how much and he said no charge. My second surprise. He was with a customer and said for me to wait and hell clean them for me. Third surprise.Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Im not used to service like this in todays age.I want to thank every one who helped me today. Keep up the great work!!!
I feel like i havent been able to see forever.. I was very pleased with my service the day of my appointment..Pat Jones was Awsome.. So helpful... However the day that i picked up my glasses the lady made me feel like she didnt have time to adjust them..i will be back though
Was told if I came back within 30 days of purchasing 2 pairs of glasses that I could get 2 pair of reading glasses, frames and all, for $40. Asked when was the least busy time and returned then. Asst. Mgr. would back what her employee told me and told me to come back when he was there (thats bad customer service). Called the next morning, but there was a mgr. meeting the next morning, after which he changed his tune and he denied telling me that. Ordered 1 pair of reading glasses for the computer, specifically for the computer anyway, with anti-glare for an extra $50 included, which totaled over $100. Love the frames, but I cant see the wording on the computer at all after picking them up. But I can still see the computer with my 2-year old reading glasses they made for me 2 years ago.??? Something is awry in Dodge City. Ive made 5 trips to their location in the last 30 days and simply dont have time to keep returning (Ive made 5 trips in the last 30 days and spent over $477 total in that time) so they can check the prescription against what was made. I work 50 hours per week, all in front of the computer. The fact remains that I cant see the computer letters with my new reading glasses unless Im 2-3 inches away from it. I ill now be looking for another eyeglass company for glasses. I am frustrated, sorely disappointed, unsatisfied. Two years ago they made me a nice set of them. I guess the 2-year old glasses will have to suffice for now.

People were great but I didnt like the prices. Advertising is misleading, two pairs for $99 ending up costing $498 . I got tinting on one pair and progressive on the other, bifolcals on both. Really expensive.
Best glasses I ever bought, Hi def. They even called me on a Saturday to see how they were working for me. Took a couple of weeks, but Im a +4.00--+6.00 progressives, These are nice lenses. My bubble eyes arent too bad. The staff seemed like they actually cared about my vision. Cool place.
I visited the store on Tuesday and attempted to use my vision coverage. I was told by the employee that I could not use the ADVERTISED 2 for 1 deal while using my insurance. He told me I could self-submit if I wanted to purchase 2 pairs of glasses for the price of 1. I told him that my insurance covered $200 on frames and lenses and that they have allowed me to do the ADVERTISED 2 for 1 deal in the past. The employee told me that he had worked there for over a year and no insurance company has ever allowed a customer to get the ADVERTISED 2 for 1 deal. I contacted my insurance company, and they confirmed that I can do the 2 for 1 deals, and they would cover up to $200. (I did tell the employee that I was not going to self-submit and that I would be taking my business down the street.) I have used this business several times in the past and never had issues before. My advice... find out what they are willing to do with your coverage before you spend 30 minutes picking out your lenses. What a waste of time.
The staff directly lied to me when I asked if they accepted my insurance as an in network provider when scheduling my appointment with Jessica. What should have been a $10 co-pay visit for the contact fitting ended up costing $65 which I was informed of after my visit. Dr. James provided decent service, but the staff lied. I would not recommend this business.
If I could have zero stars thats how I would rate this place. My husband and I went to get glasses, and the exam went ok. It took awhile to order. They advertise one price, but like to practice the bait and switch. My husbands supposed to be $159 glasses came to $400. And, my simple single vision glasses should have been no cost at all, but still were $25. I asked specifically why there was still money owing and the lady said there were certain things the insurance didnt cover. Not really knowing any better, we finished or order and left. I have never had glasses before, so when I picked up my pair and put them on, my vision was worse. I chalked it up to having to adjust. When my husband went to pick up his, he knew right away they were wrong. So, he left them to be corrected. When I told him about mine, he said that wasnt right. So, we returned my pair to be corrected. The second time he went to get his, they were still not right - and mine were still being fixed. Finally, I started looking at our receipt and found so many extras they did not explain or ask if we wanted added on to our billing. The extra $25 I asked about on my glasses was actually for something I did not request and did not want. She flat out lied when I had asked before. That right there told me we did not want to do business with a place that lies to make money. I called them and asked about the return policy only to be told curtly it was money back within 30 days and then he hung up on me. We immediately returned to the store, told them to keep the unfixed glasses and told them we expected a full refund. The cashier told me my insurance was not yet billed, and would not be. Another lie! They billed it the next day! It took me nearly two months to get that fixed and many calls from myself and my insurance company. What a total joke!. For good, affordable service we went to Affordable Optics and were very happy.***Now to top it all off, they have again lied about having someone contact us regarding our experience. What a nice place.
Running up the bill, and not telling truthWhat an experience today at Eyeglass World. Get into work and just felt I was ran through a mill, had picked out two pair of frames, progressives, one set clear and one in a sun glass lens. Said no to adding on glare protection coating when she said it was prone to scratching, which she could fix with adding insurance. I said no to that, another 40 bucks.Long story short I check my paperwork and sure enough I have paid for Insurance. So I call and there busy and I say fine, call me back ASAP. Three hours later no response and I call back. I ask for it to be taken off, pretty easy one would think, but no. They dont have a scratch coating ( and have it on current pair, and works great) so that is why she told me the insurance was needed. That was strike three!I asked for the order to just be canceled, for I want scratch coating which they now dont provide, which is not true pretty sure. Now I have to drive back down there to cancel this order, she cant do it over the phone. Kicker is card attached to my receipt says I was dealing with the Manager Jessica Downs.Avoid this store at all cost, gut told me I was being pushed through and was getting no disclosure on details. Buyer beware, avoid at all cost.
This was my first time visiting Eyeglass World. I’ve been multiple places before and could never find any glasses that fit my face. Adam M. swooped in and found me two pairs of glasses that i love. I never thought I’d find even one pair! He was so honest, knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal. Soooo greatful for him! Thank you!
Horrible customer service. If you are calling for anything other than scheduling an appointment they’ll put you on hold. I waited 27 minutes before hanging up and having to resort to going in the actual office. At this point you will still be ignored, the doctor them-self is nice the rest of the staff seem like they could not care less about what they are doing or what your needs are.

This place had a bit of an odd vibe from the first time I walked in the door. I really should have trusted my instincts and walked out, however I had made an appointment and I didnt want to go through the hassle of finding another place. Being new to the area, I really didnt know where else to go.First problem - they would not accept my insurance card because they were unable to call and verify my coverage on a Saturday. Okay, I can understand that. No problem, Ill just pay out of pocket and get reimbursed by my insurance. Its not my preference, but I understand. Strike one, but not a real big deal.Second, Ive had a lot of eye exams over the years. In order to check peripheral vision most places have you look into a monitor that flashes red lights at different places around a screen while you are looking at a central aiming point. You indicate with a pushbutton when you see one of these flashes of light. Ha . . . not this place . . . they had me look at the docs nose while he held up a varying number of fingers that were at the edge of my view. Very literally, I had an eye doctor examining my eyes by holding up his hands and asking me how many fingers I could see. It would have been hilarious (looked like he was throwing gang signs) if it hadnt been pathetic. Strike two.After the exam, picking frames and paying the bill, I was told that my glasses would be ready after noon on the following Wednesday. Remember I was there for my exam, etc. on a Saturday, so thats pretty good turn around. Im happy with that. As a prelude to what Im about to report, I will say that I live about 15 miles from Eyeglass World and work about the same distance from the store. In order to try to get to the store and back home before dinner time, I left work early - about 4:00 in the afternoon. Remember, Eyeglass World had promised to have my glasses ready by noon on Wednesday. Plenty of time, right? Not exactly. When I arrived at the store, I was told that they had a machine break down (a coating machine or some such thing), so my glasses were not ready and would not be ready for another 10 days. Inconvenient, but no real big deal . . . I have another pair of glasses to use in the meantime. However, they also told me that they had called to leave a message to let me know of this new development. Really? When did they call? Yep, about 10 minutes before I arrived at 4:30 or so. After giving me a pick up time of noon, they called 4 hours later than that promised time. They could have called at 11. Or even 12. They could have called as soon as they realized the machine had a problem (whenever that was), so that I would not make a wasted 30 mile round trip. Instead, they waited until well into the afternoon to inform me that they would not be able to make the delivery. And then they tack another 10 days onto the ETA. Strike three.I considered going back and getting my money back (minus the exam fee) and taking my prescription elsewhere. Instead, Im going to wait the extra ten days, get my glasses and be done with them. I will not be a customer in the future. There has to be better service somewhere else. Spokane is not that small of a town.

Lets just say that Jessica and here Team are the best at what they do.My wife has bought her last two pairs of glasses here (after she switched where she was going before) because of the knowledge and service she just does not get any where ells, and I have been buying my contact lenses here now for 7 years.I have found that some times depending on your eye sight you can spend a good chunk of change on the exam and glasses depending where you go. With all the Name brands and styles they have on display the wife and I have found there glasses and exam to be VERY competitive in price and if we have, just in passing looked at other places and find out that they may be just a bit less in cost...., It never pays off to save just a little bit of cash (so dont be a cheep-skate) for the Awesome service you get here at this Eye glass Wold location.
So far, not impressed. I purchased bifocals a few months ago. At the time, I told them the glasses did not seem right. They told me my eyes need to adjust. I have never had to adjust let alone for months. They are wrong. Period. I cant see the TV clearly ten feet away. I have to hold close work practically at arms length. I want propper glasses or a full refund. I will edit my review if this company responds to my satisfaction. The constant struggle to see clearly has been depressing and tiring. This was a great expense for me.As it stands, I want new exam, new glasses, new frames. I just want to forget this entire rotten experience. Make it right. They managed to hold me off past the thirty days and so now they wont fix the bad lenses. Cheats and low rent. Over $250 for halfass job. Dont get your glasses here. Not worth any price.

I was very happy with my service at eyeglass world. I broke my glasses suddenly and then headed dowm there on a whim. They were very busy when i went in and had one cancellation for 2 hrs from the moment i walked in. I booked it, and then within 10 minutes of completing my forms, i was ushered back to do my eye exam with James. James was efficient and friendly, and FAST! Then i was sent right away to Corrie, who helped me with frame and lens options. She was upbeat and no pressure sales. We picked out 2 great pairs that i love. Finally they were ready by 10am the next day. Jessie helped fit them to my face and i was out of there in no time. Total time at eyeglassworld both days combined was about 1hr. And total cost including eye exam was around $140. And keep in mind, they were busy the entire time, but managed to provide great customer service and were very fast!
Got a good and thorough exam, was pleasantly surprised. Got new contacts and can see so much better.
They were very nice and fast. Also didnt have to wait all day even though we were new patients..but they should list their optometrist somewhere online. I dont like that they dont. I would go again
In-store experience was decent, but my god do they spam your phone and email. I get calls every other week even when Ive asked NO more calls, and my email gets blown up to the max. Not worth going here for the amount of harassment youll get afterwords. Save yourselves. Ive had to block them and Im still somehow getting contacted.
I will let you know my experience once they call me back. Called to see if my glasses were in and Nicole @ the North Division, Spokane WA store told me they were very busy and would have to call me back. I am also very busy and I live out of town so far not impressed.I have been reading all of the reviews, good and bad and they all have a canned response!!!!!! I do not believe they are reading the reviews it just gives you the canned response.

The doc was impersonal, did not listen to my concerns and had no real answers to my questions and concerns. I left with no solution to my vision issues. Dont go here, pay more money for Someone who can actually help you.
They were nice but I didnt get my glasses the same day I have to wait 2 weeks plus I had to pay for eye exam wow
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL QUICK! My mom has bought a few pairs of glasses and the last set has been repaired a few times. This last time was for the lenses. She took them to the store on the 15th and she just got them back today! Yep half a month for replacing the lenses. During that time the frames got broken. They replaces the frames with a totally different color. They were silver and now they are brown. Yeah keep telling me that they are the same frames. They just lost all the business that my family was taking there. Im going to EyeMart. They have better customer service and they are soooo much quicker. I got 2 pairs of eye glasses in less then 2 hours. NOT TWO WEEKS.
Absolutely do not recommend!First they advertise $40 eye exam but forget to metion its only for glasses. There is an additional fee for contacts. Then they tell you the optional eye check for $15 is covered by all insurances. Well it wasnt, my out of pocket total was over $75. Other places Ive been to like walmarts vision center does not charge me a dime for an eye exam for both glasses and contacts with my insurance. Finally when you decide on a brand of contacts you like and enjoy wearing, they come back with a whole different brand that is their own brand and promises are exactly the same. Well they werent! Their brand of contacts last like 2 days before they get very uncomfortable! I feel like a fool for trusting them.
Nice selection of glasses but the fact that all the frames are grimy and have fingerprints on them is just gross! Not to mention the fact that the employees freely joke about how meth heads frequent the place. Wished it was a lot more clean feeling and the fact that the frames on display are the only ones available to purchase is a pretty lame. If 1000 people have already tried on the display frames that theres tons of fingerprints on the lens why praytell would one want to purchase loose ill fitting frames for hundreds of dollars when they arent technically new? Fan of the selection not so much of the quality of the ones on hand.
I had an awesome experience at eye glass world last week. The doctor was very kind, thorough, and personable. I didnt feel rushed or ignored like i have at past appointments other places. I feel like he really took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. After my exam I had help from Carolyn picking out my frames and with check out. She was very sweet and friendly. I was paying out of pocket as i did not have insurance, and she did a fantastic job explaining prices and helping me keep everything within my budget. Im very pleased with my experience at eye glass world and im really not sure why Ive ever gone anywhere else.
