The care and customer service was exceptional - but the cost for lenses is higher than I expected to pay.

Shopko Optical is by far the best. The staff is always pleasant and always very happy to see you and help you. I walk in they greet me using my name, that means a lot when they remember patience names when not seeing them very often. The Dr. is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I have been going to them for 16 years and wouldnt go any where else. Im so happy they remained opened after the store closed. You want great service go to Shopko Optical.

On a recent visit to Shopko Optical I was greeted at the door with very friendly staff. I was provided with exceptional service from start to finish. Dr Robert Ulland was very professional with explaining everything, from how the eye exam was going to work to how my new progressive glasses will help. Lisa, the Optician helped me pick out the perfect frames and fit. I will be sure to use Shopko Optical for every future visit as well as recommend them to family and friends. I have been a customer of Shopko Optical for many years. I have always been treated with respect and dignity. The staff are friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. The last visit I had was no exception...great place to get your eyes and glasses taken care of.

I actually visited for two reasons: 1) to see if my son’s frames could be fixed….the lense separated from the frame; and 2) to see if my new glasses could be adjusted to fit better…..they just weren’t comfortable and I’d been disappointed with my choice. Happily, they determined my son’s frames were defective and switched out lenses to a same frame! Wa-La! Perfect!! I looked at the frame selection and found a pair I liked better than my previous choice and was just going to order another pair. The associate said “Shopko wants you to be happy with your purchase!” They accepted return of my original pair and swapped for the new selection!! Needless to say, I left the store extremely happy with the associate and Shopko! Thank you! Thank you!!!

I was very impressed with the precautions they are taking for Covid. The Dr is very friendly and professional. Lisa helped me with signing in and finding my glasses. She was very friendly and helpful.

I went to get my sons and mines glasses. His were covered under medical. Mine were out of pocket. I havent received them yet but they were very helpful and nice. They were patient with my son and gave him some advice on the glasses he should look into picking. So far this seems like a good place. Ill give a more detailed review when we get our glasses.Update: the store got closed so I never updated but, the glasses we got out of pocket were great. My son loved his he wore them tell a basketball to the face smashed them. Mine from the store are still in use, the glasses have some scratches that bug me its from my own misuse though. I have decided to go with contacts more then glasses recently.I really miss this store, if you still have a shopko around i suggest utilizing them.
