Was dreading getting glasses again. Usually painstaking and takes forever. I was in and out quickly and my glasses were done in less time than it took me in the grocery store. The gal that initially helped me deniece was very helpful, professional and quick. 10/10 would recommend and go again.Plus under $40 for 2 pairs of glasses is a great deal.

The 1st pair didnt work for me. They redid the glasses at no cost. The rework corrected some of the problems but was not perfect. They ended up upgrading the lens quality to stop the side vision problems. I hope that corrects the problem. The point is, they are working with me to my satisfaction.

Love my glasses. They were very helpful. I received them before they were expected to come in. They made sure that the transitions were getting dark.

They were so fast and friendly! One time we went and the glasses were done in 40 minutes. We went recently right at opening and our glasses were done in 10 minutes. Will definitely go back.

I have purchased my glasses from them the past 3 years and my fiancé the past 2. They are always really helpful when it comes to any and every part of getting glasses. They always try to give you the best deal. I came in 2 hours before close on Friday and they were able to get my glasses to me the same night. Definitely recommend them when it comes to glasses. One of my best friends kids has been complaining about her eyesight lately so she got an eye exam and was diagnosed as nearsighted. Im also nearsighted so I was telling her how exciting it would be to see the world in high definition. After her eye exam, her mom took her to Eyemart and since we were there I browsed myself. I had a pair of peepers from Walmart that I sent in for lense replacement and when they came back the frame fell apart so I was stuck with a really old pair that were fuzzy and horrible at night with all the starbursts (astigmatism). I ended up finding a pair and picking out amazing lenses with anti-glare, automatic darkening, and insurance for an amazing price! The same pair at Walmart with all the extras would have been hundreds more expensive. I paid and they told me 3 weeks. They came in 4 days later! They helped me adjust them to my face and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I will never go anywhere else for glasses again! These guys are a joke. Act like their trying get you a good deal, yet all they’re really doing is topping out your insurance coverage for lens and frames and have you pay a “Little co-Pay” as they like to phrase it.They don’t even know how or don’t care to adjust the frames to your face if you don’t ask them too, and if they do it at the front counter?Why would you do a precise adjustment at the front counter where people are cashing out, asking questions, taking phone calls.Go to a real optometrist office or just go to Walmart.

The staff is all very nice, I really liked who helped me out. They made me feel good about my choices in glasses and the deals are very good. Also the fact that in 21 minutes I was able to pick up my first more basic pair of glasses is amazing. I have yet to get my other pair as they will take a little longer, but I am happy with my sunglasses. I can see well again thanks to my new prescription, and they are good in protecting my eyes. Overall, I’ll probably be going here again and again.

Great experience. I had no insurance so had to pay out of pocket. Frames and lenses where reasonable. They had to order my lenses due me being blind as a bat it took about a week. I would recommend this to anyone

I got glasses from here a week ago. The office was very busy and Im sure it was stressful but the staff was really nice to everyone. They helped me pick out a pair of frames I liked, even found me the same frame in a different color for my second pair. They explained all the different price options and were patient with my long list of questions. When I did finally pay for my glasses I was told theyd be ready in an hour and honestly it was more like 20 minutes before I got the text. I have always had to wait weeks for my glasses. They were super affordable which is great because I dont have insurance and my money situation is always a bit tight. Oh, and the new glasses look GREAT! I love them. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone who asked me.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I went. They had a great selection of frames with great price ranges as well. I had such a great time talking with the girl who helped me pick out my new frames and get my prescription. They also had my glasses ready for me in under an hour! It was an all around fantastic experience.

I showed up after having not the best experience at my last optometrist, and was more than blown away by everyone here. The moment I walked in I was greeted and walked through what was available to me, I was taken back early for my appointment, the doctor explained my prescription to me, after suit the got me the glasses I needed (two pairs cost me less here than one pair did at my old eyeglass store) and even better I got them back within an hour!I HIGHLY recommend eyesmart express !

Not a ton of choices for a 1 year old, but really appreciated that they could make our glasses in an hour- actually only took ~15 min. Pat was a joy to work with and very experienced. Took off one star for a wait with an infant. Would have preferred to make an appt.

This place is amazing! Pat is the tech who helped me get two pair of glasses made from an existing RX. He is very professional, thorough and efficient. And their state if the art on site lab is amazing! It literally took 16 minutes to make up both pair of lenses and frames! And the bonus was it was only like $38.99. Highly, highly recommended!!!

We walked in to look at the $20 glasses but I didnt like any. We then started looking at others and found some amazing ones. Every staff member was helpful and pleasant. I spent less there then I did at a different place. Plus my glasses were ready in less than an hour, not many places can do that. I will be going to them from now on.

Very satisfied with the service. One pair of my glasses were done in under a hour. Because of my script the 2nd pair wont be done for a week. That is good with me it normally takes a month. Eyemart is very good.

Another excellent experience. Wanted to try the first pair I purchased for awhile and they have been great. Bought the least expensive frame and lenses and had a discount coupon which was only a fraction of the cost I usually pay. Received another discount coupon and just got another pair which I will use for my shop work without worrying what happens to them because of the great price. This time my glasses were ready 18 minutes after leaving the store. Once again no hard up sell and all of the staff could not have been nicer.

Exceptional customer service, two pair of single vision glasses for $38. I chose my frames off of the male wall section. Look around. They have something for everyone. They were ready within the hour, now that is amazing customer service.

The north Spokane store was very pleasant. We had a fun time ordering our glasses. I finished with the 4 pair I ordered and my wife was ordering 2 pair of sunglasses, 1 yellow and one gray brown. She wasnt even finished and I was getting text messages saying mine were done. All were perfect and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going to this store in the future.

I went in without an appointment, and was immediately told Id be seen shortly. I tried on 2 different frames from the selection board, when I was told I was ready to be seen. ( That was very Fast). I already had an email from my previous eye doctor which had my eyeglass prescription, so right away he began typing in my information to begin helping me with what I wanted. While he was typing he so kindly informed me of what my exact prescription means, and informed me well on the differences of the lenses they provide. I paid a very very reasonable price for my glasses. I left, as they needed an approximate 2 hours ( if there were more customers before me) to fill my prescription and thin my lenses. Within 26 minutes my glasses were ready to pick up ( ON THE SAME DAY!!) . If you wear glasses regularly like me then same day glasses are a miracle and I do highly highly reccomend Eyemart Express. I went home that day extremely satisfied, and here I almost3 weeks later and Im still very very satisfied and grateful for the service I received.P.s. I was seen by Pat on N. Three years back I purchased eyeglasses from a different vendor. They cost 2&1/2 times more money than my purchase at the Eyemart located on the corner of Division and Lincoln Rd here in Spokane, WA. Your staff are a delightful group of people, your product and prices are the best I have found, my glasses were even ready prior to the day I was informed they would be ready. The Eyemart glasses I was able to order have the full progressive no-line bifocals with anti glare, and anti scratch. The glasses I had three years ago were plain Jane glasses with the least expensive options. I have to say the $350 I spent at Eyemart verses the $860 spent somewhere else is by far the better end result. I have classy fun frame and lenses that are the best I have ever had. Thank you Eyemart for making it possible for me to have top quality glasses I could afford.

Absolutely amazing! I entered the North Division Street store in Spokane at about 5:45 p.m. to have a non prescription lens placed in the right frame. They had it cut & set in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! True Professionals! Very impressive!

The sales people are like car sales people.. they had a advertised two bi focal for 79.00 well by the time they did alot of talking.. talked us in to two pairs for 200.00 .. one of the two pairs I bought keeps falling apart.. been replaced twice.. now I am done.. my daughter found a place that really does what they advertise.. watch it.. they ( WILL ) sale you up like a car sales person..

This was our first visit to Eyemart Express. The customer service we received was OUTSTANDING!! The staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful and probably most importantly... patient ! We were in specifically for the wife, and she tried on at least 8 to 10 pair of frames, narrowed it down to 3, and then the final decision, all the while, the patient of the representative, OUTSTANDING! If not for the snobbery at the front desk this wouldve been a five star experience for us. The doctor who does the eye exam was amazing to my 7yr old son! He was nice, funny, thorough as possible, professional and showed that he loves what he does. Picking out the glass frames and fitting with the help of Anthony was a quick and easy process. Best experience ever in getting glasses and Ive warn glasses since the 2nd grade. I got three different pairs of glasses for less than a third of the price I normally pay. It was so refreshing to have so many flattering frames to choose from. The first time ever I found so many frames that I liked and didnt have to talk myself into a pair that would work. The staff were friendly and helpful. Within 30 minutes of leaving the Store I received a text letting me know all three pairs of glasses were ready. I look forward to getting many more glasses there. Super friendly staff! Very comfortable setting, amazing people. I got my texts that my prescriptions were ready before I even made it home 🙂 I personally saw a diversity in ages while i was shopping for frames from youth (4 maybe 5) to elderly. HUGE selection of frames, variety in style, color, and cost. Did I mention the staff was totally amazing, funny, welcoming, fast and eager to help, as well as very informative. Everyone was so nice from the doctor to the lady that fitted my glasses for. They did an awesome job. However the two ladies at the check-in desk at the doctors office need a dose of humility. I was there with a client of mine and they were laughing at her but not in a nice way. Shame on them. But otherwise a great experience.

Fast exam, great selection of frames, decent prices, the staff is super helpful, and the picture of my retina was cool to see. I went in with no history, no insurance, and made my appointment as a walk-in at end of the day. No complaints.I got a new prescription that helps me see perfectly and two new pairs of glasses with nice frames and polycarbonate lenses all in right around 45 minutes, including time to adjust the frames. All four of the people I saw were pleasant and happy to help, even scoring some laughs. Oh, and remember that no insurance part? I was out the door in under an hour and exam + two good pairs of glasses + poly lenses only cost me right around $320. For everything.Apparently you can have speed, quality, and a fair price all at once. Excellent experience. Plus I got to check out my own retinas!Keep in mind they have frames half the price of what I picked, and 15 minutes was me being indecisive while my guy patiently waited and even encouraged me to look at more frames. I wasnt rushed theyre just that fast. I wasnt pressured into the higher cost frames, I just love how insanely flexible they are withh great elasticity. I cant imagine breaking these, but if I do theyve got me covered for a year.

All I had was prescription sunglasses - a very old prescription - which doesn’t work at night. I would have been completely stuck without them - literally. They took great care of me and the price was better than fair.

Got two pair of glasses for a bit over a hundred bucks. Didnt get any of the bells and whistles in my lenses, but once Id decided on the frames I wanted, they were ready for me in under 15 minutes. I was given a lot of great help picking out my frames, and the man who delivered my frames adjusted them quite well. Each pair of glasses came with a sturdy case. I will definitely be back.
