Last night I was cleaning my glasses and to my dismay, one of the arms snapped off of my glasses. I went to this facility and within 45 minutes, the glasses were fixed for an incredibly reasonable price. The gentleman who worked on my glasses was incredibly professional and helpful. Thank you so much for working me in so quickly!

Took my glasses without an appointment I thought my glasses were done for! Really awesome place will definitely return if my glasses break again.

The owner was super professional and as I was . veteran he didnt charge me to get my glasses repaired.i will continue to go to him for my optical needs.🙂

August 23, Stopped by Frame Factory on my way to Trader Joe because my sunglasses broke . I thought I would have to buy a new frame, but while I was shopping, they fixed the frame and the glasses were ready to go when I returned! Such great service with a smile, lots of choices, and staff who know what they are doing...As a small company, it is such a pleasure to deal with the wonderfulcaring personnel.We are grateful for their existence and will visit them again whenevernecessary...even for new glasses and an exam soon!

About a week ago I walked into the Frame Factory to see if a broken bow on my glasses could be fixed. They were busy but I was greeted warmly and told someone would be with me shortly. I was soon helped and although a new bow would need to have been ordered a gentleman spent a few minutes to give me a temporary fix so my taped on bow wouldnt keep falling off. The bow was not an exact match but I was very happy to be able to wear and store my glasses comfortably until a permanent solution is in place. Even though I tried to pay him for his time I was not charged for the effort. I would highly recommend this business for anyone needing service related to glasses.

My husband, myself and our daughter have all gone here. The best, most excellent, customer service we have ever experienced. The optometrist gave all of us the MOST thorough exam we have ever had in our lives. He acted as though he had all the time in the world to spend with us. Kind, friendly, professional! Thank you!!!!

There is a reason this business has 5 stars. I came in with an old broken frame, needed lenses transferred to something new, and they jumped to find me a suitable replacement.Then...THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME! That just blows my mind. They were so sweet and kind and they just surprised the heck out of me by what they did for me. What a wonderful group of people!

We went in to see if my wife’s broken titanium frames could be fixed or the temple piece could be replaced.. titanium can’t be soldered, but the doctor had a similar looking temple, replaced and charged us $0. Thank you.. we will definitely be back when time to replace our glasses.😊
