I brought my mother in a year ago and we have been so pleased with the outcome of the hearing aids as well as the customer care and attention we receive. Any time we needed an adjustment or help with an issue, Mary was always able to get us into the office immediately. Mary is a great asset to this office by always making everyone feel so welcome. Dr. Mike and Mary are always so friendly. Always feel so at ease when I bring my Grandma here for appointments. She had a buzzing problem in her ears, not related to her hearing aids. They took us right in for an appointment the next day at 9 am. Love this place.

Mike did a great job with the testing and explaining about my husbands hearing loss..He has had trouble for many years but wouldn’t admit to it. Mike was so good at making my husband understand how bad his loss was and how much he was missing..his presentation of the products made it easy for us to choose what was best for him..we are so happy we went with Miracle ear. Mike has changed my moms life. We are now able to have meaningful conversations in person and over the phone. Fantastic place I did not realize how bad my hearing was until I was fitted with the Miracle ear hearing aids. Mark put Willie Nelson on and I started crying, I never knew Willies voice had such a soul rendering sound to it! The service is phenomenal and they have been so patient working with to adapt and train my brain! I am so glad I found them!

My first hearings aids, 7 yrs ago, were Miracle Ear product. They were top of the line back then. When they became obsolete I tried another brand to save a few bucks. They just didnt match up with my old Miracle Ears. An since Miracle Ear has continually advanced their technology I thought Id be crazy not to give them another try. Thats all it took! What a difference! I now have a new pair of MEENERGY 5 IRICs. Thats 48 channels of perfectly filtered surround! Thank you Mike and Mary. Yall are great!PS: I hope my friends dont see this post. Miracle Ear location in Spring Hill Fl was one if the best decisions I made for hearing aids. Michael Comuta spent a lot of time with me doing a hearing test and explaining the results and options in a clear manner. I am very impressed with him and Mary the office Managee. I selected a hearing aid from his suggestions and am delighted with how my hearing is now when wearing the hearing aids. As Michael said, it would be a life changing way to hear and it is. This store is extremely professional and no dumb question when I have them! The follow up is geeat!

Great people here. Kind, friendly and helpful. They helped me to start hearing better almost immediately. They explained the entire process of hearing better. They have always been accommodating with me in regards to scheduling, needing new ear tips for my hearing aids and changing them when needed and also trying different sizes for the best fit for me. I would most definitely refer my friends and family to this Miracle Ear { cant speak for other Miracle Ear stores }. Thank you very much for helping to hear better again. My Husband has been with Miracle-ear for years. The staff is very friendly and helpful.. He just up graded to new hearing aids and they are super great, one night at bible study from where he was sitting he was unable to see the Pastor so he could read his lips.but he was able to hear everything that was said.. So with that I can say Praise The Lord.

We went to Miracle Ear with a damaged hearing Aid. Mary met my husband at the door with a smile. She said I can take care of that. He came back to the car and waited. We have been going to this Miracle Ear office for a number of years. They are friendly and very efficient. Both Mary and Michael take their time to make sure that our hearing aids are in perfect order.

I was a transfer after moving twice. Mike picked me up as a hearing aid patient initially from the facility in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, then New Port Richey, Florida. Mike looked over my account, did a new test, and rerated my hearing. He also evaluated my hearing aids which were out of date, and out of warranty, and after some discussion, I picked up a new set of aids. They’re much more advanced than the older pair, and actually enhance my hearing greatly. The old set was retained as a backup. I had an issue in which my left aid went dead, and the aid was sent back to the manufacturer, who replaced it. No issues, immediate service. Ok, it took a week, I had a spare pair.....In short, get your hearing checked, out your pride on the shelf and GET IT DONE!!! If you need aids. GET THEM!! 5 Star service from Spring Hill, and the other facilities as well. Great job guys. Mary, at the front desk is great too, always a pleasure to see. If you listen to the office staff, your hearing will improve.
