Dr. Young is so nice and very professional. I just wish the receptionists would call you by your correct name if they are going to try to use it.

Dr. Young is kind, caring, and professional. She takes the time to answer any questions and genuinely cares about you and your eyes. Her staff is also so kind and courteous. My experience with this company and their staff were great pleasant at first. I was given my checkup first visit. Second visit was contact lens training and picking out new glasses. Everything was fine and I felt cared for. Then things went wrong with the lenses. They were causing me excruciating pain. I thought maybe I’d damage Them at one point but I didn’t see anything that was wrong. I reached out for help and made an appointment to see the doctor or her staff. The day I got there I i was told no appointment was made and that the doctor was busy. Not true as I called a day before and was booked but they wouldn’t let me in the office. All that was done is that I received another pair of the contact lenses. Same problem permits. I reach out again. These people won’t give me the time of day after they took my money already. They were so nice and helpful then once they received their money, I was given no help and the receptionist was dishonest about me not making an appointment. I honestly don’t want to come back to these guys and will try to find another place to get my lenses.

Hands down the best optometrist Ive ever had, and her team is equally awesome (Tim and Brenda are the best). These guys were willing to help me pick out which glasses looked best and work with my crazy schedule. The also have their own parking lot, so you dont have to pay and then walk like you would if you selected other providers downtown. Ive been coming here for years and will hopefully continue for a long time.

The staff is really friendly and welcoming. Dr. Young is extremely knowledgeable and works with you to achieve the best outcome for your eye care needs. She explains things well and answers all of your questions. I have the utmost confidence in her. I drive about 50 minutes to be seen at State College Eye Care, even though there are closer places, because Im very pleased with the care there.

I had a moderately severe brain stem stroke when I gave birth 7 years ago. It messed up my eyes terribly. dr. Young is very nice and polite and knowledgeable. Her Staff are super polite and very helpful too. Because of my pre existing eye problem, we had a little bit of trouble getting my script just right, but now I can see road signs and my bobber when Im fishing and no headaches now! Thank you dr. Young! Your practice is a good place for help. Id definitely go back and Id take my kids too. :)

Dr Young is very knowledgable and takes time with her patients to break things for them to understand. Small office which makes a one on one connection and not just a number.
