Horrible service. Very dismissive in greetings and making a patient feel comfortable. I was new to the area and thought it would be a convenient transition, but have since switched to a new eye doctor. They did not call to notify when contacts were ready and never followed-up with the results of extra eye exams I was requested to have done for a serious, possible diagnosis. State College is small, but there is better than this.

Patty was very personable and knowledgeable. She was a great help in picking the right frames for my face. When the glasses came in she did a great job adjusting them. I really appreciate the way she treated me. She’s the best!

Patty was super nice, helpful and patient with me while I was picking out my glasses. I didn’t have anyone there to help me choose so she gave me her honest opinion and made lots of good recommendations for me. Her and the other lady there were very knowledgeable of what they had available. I didn’t feel rushed even though I probably tried on 20 pairs of glasses and felt terrible for doing so. Thank you ladies! :)

At Targer optical they are so polite fast and couteous. The doctor is excellent. i would tell anyone to go there, they are just exceptional at what they do.

This is the second year I get my exam at Target optical. Everything was great and people are nice.

As for the service I receive in person at my local State College Target, its always excellent and staff is very friendly! Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Targets online optical website.I had to give them my valid prescription 4 times and spoke to customer service twice. My glasses finally arrived over a month after I had placed my order.

The team there is very nice. The doctor is very efficient and friendly and great at explaining changes and options. The staff there are great and friendly. From CJ and his colorful shoes to the manager with her politeness and helpful attitude. Even with Covid they where very helpful with selection of frames and lenses. (they have to clean any frame you try on the work load just tripled with that I assume) Every thing came in on time and even helped me when I was not satisfied with the weight of lens in a pair of sunglasses though they did not have to they went above and beyond. I wouldnt go in there at this point with Covid thinking it is going to be an quick in and out but they get the job done well even with all the changes.

Super friendly and helpful staff. While on holiday here in State College, I unfortunately left my contacts back home and they help sort me out once my optometrist faxed through my prescription.

My husband got charged so many unnecessary fees.We have PSU insurance and they charged him more then the co-pays never going back 😒.

Had to switch here from Walmart due to insurance change. Order a year supply of contacts. I been on my last pair for while and the one is ripped. I was excited to get the box in the mail lastnight. Well I put in a pair and couldn’t figure out why everything was blurry took them right back out. Well my vision is -3.50 instead they sent a year supply of +3.75. My first order of contacts from target and not pleased now that I’ll have to find time to go back into the store to return my boxes and have to wait over another week. I should’ve knew this was gonna happen by how the girl looked at the paper Walmart sent seeming confused of what my vision is.

Horribly managed. Ill never go back.
