I had Lindsey, Evan and Sheri for my eye exam and getting new reading glasses. This was the best experience Ive had by far for this. Sheri showed me which frames could be twisted and gave a lot of information and time. No one was judgemental and everyone was genuinely friendly. Lindsey was very enthusiastic. The frames were designer brands. The lenses and frames were $98 -- a fraction of what I had paid elsewhere.

They literally ruined my glasses, Im just looking for some help to bend my twisted frame over and instead they heated my plexiglass lens without my permission and completely ruined it. They are also extremely rude as well.

This Vision Center has the worst customer service. None of the physicians or workers are welcoming when accommodating you. I walked in 5 minutes late for my first appointment and they did not take my appointment, even though their late policy states up to 10 minutes. I also called ahead of time.I went in for my rescheduled appointment and she told me my insurance would not cover the examination and that someone noticed me over the phone. This was not the case, no one called me to notify that my insurance would not cover - wasted one hour here.They are not professional here.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. I was able to get an appointment within a day. April greeted me when I arrived. Dr. Alianiello was very nice, I liked that he listened to my concerns and was able to offer advice. He took the time to talk with me. Judy was so great helping pick out frames and I never felt rushed.

I cant believe every other salon, nail salon and eye care center is on the way to recovery and opening except walmart eye care. Come on, get with the program and stop dragging your feet.
