This office and everyone in it is a sheer delight. Ultimate professionals, genuinely concerned with answering your questions, they listen. Ive been a patient for years and Ive always been greeted on the phone or in person by a person who is happy to be there, and happy to see or speak with you. Of course, the care is excellent. I cant speak highly enough about this office and the personnel who make it superior!

Felix is the sweetest! (Office dog :) my kids love seeing him. More importantly Dr. Koski is my favorite! I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and the entire office is also great with my kids. Everyone is so personable and love what they do. I won’t go anywhere else for eye care!

The doctors take the time to listen and help with anything eye related. They are great with children also! We have been going here for years and I would go nowhere else! The people who help you pick glasses do a nice job. They explain your insurance and help you work within your budget.

Between the awesome dog and every professional in the building, there really isnt a reason to go back to Fraser Optical for me. The rooms are fitted with high end tech that seems to make everything run faster and more accurately. Covid is still prevalent so i thought not being able to handle the frames would be an issue, until the assistant brought us 20 pairs to try on. My daughter loves her glasses and when its time for me to get new frames Ill be headed back.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years. The appointments are thorough and quick. My last appointment was less than 45 minutes from start to finish. My only complaint is that the doctor makes you test out the contacts for a week before you can place an order for contacts. After a week, you have to come back into the office for a follow up that could be done by phone or email.

Dr. Koski explains things, truly cares for overall eye health (not just glasses). Thorough tests with best equipments. Competent friendly staff. Clean place, a bit far from me, but I prefer this clinic to see very good doctor.

I actually used the optometrist a couple of times and one of the most recent times was last month. Let me start by this, and normally I never give bad ratings unless something big happens. So I go in for my appointment and I see Dr. Schwartz. He really did not talk much to me until I pushed the question of laser. He said if you are serious then I can give you some persons number . Thata really it. No details, nothing comforting to say, hey lets explore options . Second of all, I left and my eyes WERE DIALATED, I didnt know I was supposed to see him again but the people in the front forgot to Check on my even though I was with another person getting my glasses. She too, was very very short spoken. Like lady, give me my options. I was choosing random glasses and when the total was like 300 something g, Im like un thats expensive.. they may look nice but your not paying them. ALSO NO alternative option was given to me and now Im having the glaring issue due to my usage if computers. Now almost a month later I wait for my glasses and I dont hear back and it normally takes several business day ls. So.i call and check and they are like ya they are here, we dont know what happened to our system, it could have been a glitch and thats why you didnt get the call. Well guys dont you guys call people instead and check why they havent picked their glasses . Like come on, we are using technology but a phone call is still another option to pick up and dial the patient. Hence why I gave them the 1 star, not looking forward for your businesses. You have changed an amazing experience to horrible experienc.

Very friendly staff. Had to do the temp check at the door befor entering. I had the original Dr Schwartz and he took the time to explain what was needed, what he could do and where I needed to go to get the full help for my eyes. The man who took me in to do the pre-testing was very nice, explained the tests, wiped everything down in front of me so I knew it had been cleaned. He even stopped and how I felt when he saw me sitting in the waiting room for the eye drops to work as I had said that was the least favorite part of the exam. I will keep going back.

This place is the best. Everyone that works there is pleasant and personable. Dr. Koski is who My family sees and prefers. She is always so friendly and takes time to discuss/explain the needs we have. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing eye care.

Arrived before appointment time and was taken after i filled out some paper work. the doctor was very patient and helpful. the exam went well and picking out the frames and getting the right options for the lenses was simple. i was done and out the door in about an hour. everyone was great.

I was very impressed with the safety measures taken during the pandemic to keep us all safe- Cleaning right in front of me so I know the room is clean. The staff were all extremely nice and patient as I made my glasses choices. Dr Koski was so nice and really took time to talk to me about my lengthily eye disease history and the many different options going forward as my eyes change with age. I was so impressed, I had my son call for an appointment an hour after I got home! My daughter and husband will be making appointments as well !

Im sure Im overreacting. I have been a patient of Dr. Swartz and associates Im guessing well over 20 years.Today I had an appointment four oclock. I was running late so I called the office at approximately 4:52 and told them was at Hall Road in Dequindre and would probably be about 20 minutes.I was told in no uncertain terms that I needed to be there no later than 415. I said I didnt know if that was possible with traffic but would get there as soon as possible. I was told I needed to reschedule.I chose not to reschedule called back and spoke to one of the staff that knows me. She told me they closed at five and I was Dr. Koskis last patient and needed to be be there by 4:15.As I said in my opening statement Im probably overreacting. But I told her that if that was the case I would find a new doctor. Her reaction was as simple as sorry.I did make the drive just to see what time I would get there. I walked in the door at 4:21I let them know I was there and told him I would be in search of a new doctor.I realize everyone has a life and the business has a schedule. I have a been long term patient and you would think they would make an exception.I guess not. So like I said I will be looking for a new doctor

This was my first time visiting the office. Because of Covid I was not able to get an appointment until the end of August but they did call me when there was a cancellation. I felt very comfortable with all the precautions they take. Dr Koski explained every test and its result to me in great detail. The person helping pick the frames was able to figure my style exactly (I wish I remembered her name!) I also was allowed to make an appointment within a couple days to bring my daughter for a second opinion before committing to a pair. All of the staff from the front desk, greeters etc were super friendly.

I think I started coming to Dr. Schwartzs Optometry shortly after they opened up this location, its been many moons. Everyone here is exceptional. From scheduling appointments, to going through the various tests at the appointment, to picking out new glasses or contacts, paying for the services, and even getting our broken glasses fixed, everyone is very accommodating, friendly, and kind. The doctors are fabulous and so is the staff. Love em! My kids are 16 & 18 yrs old and both of them have always liked coming here too.

From the moment you walk in the staff is inviting, and directs you to the right area/associate. I came in to get a diabetic eye exam and was nervous due to floaters in my eye. Dr. Schwartz was compassionate and dealt with the issues appropriately and made me feel at ease. First time there, wont be the last. Keep up the positive attitudes!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nicole Koski for years now. She is a phenomenal doctor. She is always super friendly and kind. If I am ever having issues with a contact brand, she works with me to make the correct changes. Dr. Koski takes her time when she is examining my eyes and if I have any concerns. She does a great job of answering them and giving good advice on how to keep my eyes strong and healthy. I choose to buy my glasses online because I rarely wear them, and I have never felt pressured into purchasing glasses through the office. The front desk staff are always nice when they check you in and out. The technicians who conduct the pre eye test are great at their job. Ruth usually does my pre eye test. She is the best and deserves a raise.I was extremely happy with all the safety measures put in place to keep the patients and staff safe from Covid-19. You can schedule your appointment online and you are able to fill out your medical history through their website. Which helps to reduce the amount of contact you are doing while in the office. Sinks were constantly being wiped down and clean which I appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Koski and this office if you are looking for a new eye doctor. The staff at Dr. Schwartz optometrist and associates will take great care of you and your family.

I always worry when my insurance changes before going in and they tell me up front, before an appointment if there is any kind of issue with it, so that I am not surprised upon coming in.
