If I could give a ZERO I would in a heartbeat.Upon arriving at my appt (I was 6 min late due to M59 traffic on a Sat afternoon), the girl at the desk told me I will need to reschedule because their appts are only 20 min in length. Really?? What kind of doctor will only give you 20 min for an exam? That is ludicrous! Second, when verifying my insurance w/ the office earlier in the day (which took 25 min because of incompetence) the girl from the facility never mentioned if you are late you must reschedule. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I had read the other reviews before scheduling an appt here.Do yourself a favor and find a legitimate and accredited eye doctor. VisionWorks is a joke.

Drove 1/2 hours to a locked door and couldn’t even call the store itself. It only sent me to a recording directing me to the website. I won’t be back.

They told us to come then cancelled our appointment while we were just in front of their door. Really bad experience! Never be back!

To summarize, my experience was amazing all because of MICHELLE! Her customer service was exceptional in every way. If you’re looking for new glasses I would highly recommend Visionworks Hall Commons! Best place my sister and I went too!!!!!!! PERIOD!! First doctor and staff that actually takes their time and makes sure prescriptions are right!!! My sister and I both wore glasses for a few years now and this whole time we had the wrong prescription until this doctor notice and gave us the right one, and our eyesight has never been better since!

Scheduled an appointment to pick up new glasses and to drop off a pair to add a blue light to the lenses. I was told that the store was at capacity and the manager was on break so I couldn’t leave the glasses and to make an appointment and come back. Ridiculous when I made an appointment and had every right to have my needs taken care of as well as the next person in the store. We will be finding a new place to meet our needs as Visionworks obviously doesn’t care about the customer.

I took my daughter here to get glasses a few weeks ago and Michelle was excellent. She noticed the style frame my daughter was interested in and recommended the perfect pair.

I cant say enough good things about my experience today at Visionworks. I was greeted right away and the deals were clearly explained to me. While I was looking around Pat approached me and was very kind helping me find the perfect glasses to fit my face and personality. Nicole was very knowledgeable explaining the pricing options for my purchases and measuring me for my new glasses. All in all a fantastic place...Im so glad I chose Visionworks. I cant wait to get my new glasses! Thank you!

Vision works Sterling Heights is awesome! Got my son and myself glasses, but one get one 50% off. We both have prescription glasses and sunglasses. Staff is amazing! Had to bring in my son for adjustments a few times. Always quick and friendly

Nicole was very helpful as well Dr Livingston. They gave me honest information and speedy service. In addition I was over quoted so needless to say I was quite happy when the end cost ended up being lower than what I was quoted. Highly recommend.

Went there today with my husband and two kids (both under 3) to get our eyes checked and get new glasses. This place is amazing, the staff is so good. While I was trying to juggle picking out new frames holding my 11 month old, one of the technicians was playing with my 2 1/2 year old, pushing her around in the chair and I couldnt thank them enough for being so helpful. Both my husband and I were taken care of well, and they really made it comfortable, even with having two young kiddos!

Entire staff was very friendly & professional. Michelle T assisted me & was a pure delight. She was very professional & paid strict attention to detail throughout my visit.

My experience was great! Dr. Livingston and Nicole ate amazing and very patient with answering all my questions and getting me exactly what I wanted.

Had fun at the 2 for $59, in fact I couldnt decide and purchased 4 pairs!! Come see for yourself. Ask for Nichols she was so helpful!!!

If I could give less than zero, i would. Attached is a glass i had purchased. When I picked it up, the thickness of the glass looked awfully wide. So I went inside and asked what is the reason. She said it is CR69. I asked what the heck it that? She said that is what you chose. I said yes, but I didnt know that means thickest lens possible. It should have been your duty to warn me about that. Good thing, is they returned the glass and returned the money. Anyways, point is they are novice in their trade and dont know basics about Opthalmology. Not at all recommended.

Great collection of frames but I left without ordering. The sales girl, Ashley, was rude and offensive. I asked her to stop and listen to what I wanted and she told me if Id just listen to her shed explain what I want. Thats nice, however, how would she know if she wouldnt let me speak? I had several questions but she continued to speak over me. I noticed the same aggressiveness with others who came in the store. It may seem like a little thing except I received the same treatment over the phone when I called in ahead of my visit. Theres too many eyeglass stores to waste my time being talked down to (and over) by the staff.
