Just left this store and received the best customer service from a very good spirited respectful young man named Chris!!! Keep up the awesome work. And I will definitely go back up this location and refer all my family and friends.

Zagg should be investigated for Fraud, their screen protectors say lifetime warranty but they refuse to honor it.

This is honestly the best place to go to whenever you need a screen installed. The guy who works there does an awesome job at installing the shields because anytime my phone drops it’s never cracked my phone. The glass has saved my phone so many times and you can never go wrong with the lifetime warranty if the glass cracks.I would definitely recommend this place if you are trying to install a screen.

Today was my first time to get my Zagg replaced at a mall kiosk instead of ordering it through the mail. Great experience! Zachary Swas very professional and a great installer!

I am seeing some great reviews but...I went to this location about a month ago to get a screen saver for my Apple watch. It was great but a couple weeks about the edge started to lift up. I went today since they told me it would be under warranty. I paid 15.00 to get it replace. 1 hour later I realize that the same corner is again lifted. Haven’t even made it home yet and already having the same issue. I have been calling since I noticed (2 hrs) this and no one is answering. The website says it is open until 9 but at 6:24 and still no answer!

Great customer service and professional work. I had another company place a protector on my phone and was highly unsatisfied my screen had bubbles and lint underneath the protector. I took it to Zack at the zagg kiosk and he did an amazing job for less than what I had previously paid. No bubbles, no lint, no dust!! It was perfect!!! I Highly recommend this location.

Every time I get a new phone I come here. Been coming here for 2 years and they always take care of me and have what I need. Dude in the front is pretty chill and helpful.

Location is wrong but not there fault. Its inside the building on the corner. Employees helped me out and took care of my screen. Good kiosk.

I usually just order my phone cases and screen protectors online, after I purchased my new iPhone X max, i needed protection immediately. I went to ZAGG in first colony and the service I received was top notch. The employee Zac was awesome, he even explained my new phone to me while putting on my screen protector. I would suggest this Zagg location to anyone. Top notch service and products

This is the best ZAGG location I have visited. Zac has great customer service and great knowledge of all products. He informs you of the lifetime warranty and the installation fee, which i would much rather pay than put the shield on myself incorrectly. Thanks for all your assistance Zac!

Place always has my screen protector. Guy in the front is really cool and always puts the protectors on so nice. Looks like it’s not even there.

Went to the Zagg kiosk to get warranty replacement, Zack wanted to charge me $15 to install it. I told him Ill install it myself, but he wouldnt honor the warranty. I contacted Zagg and they said the replacement is free under warranty and you dont need to have Zagg install it. $15 to install something that takes a minute??? Install? I would stay away from this Zagg stall at First Colony Mall. The product is good but not worth dealing with crooked sales people like Zack. Buy your shields from China with Amazon/Ebay, save money and avoid the sales guys. Or go to other Zagg locations they charge less, honor the warranty and some install the shield for free.

I visited this zagg location at first colony mall and got the glass luxe screen protector for my iPhone 7 and also got the HD shield for the back of my phone. Amazing product with outstanding customer service!!!

I bought a $39.99 Apple Watch screen protector. The salesman that sold it to me did not tell me that the lifetime warranty replacement costs $15 for an installation fee. He only told me a replacement costs nothing as long as I show my receipt. I found that out from a different guy at same place when I went back to claim warranty work. Im very unhappy that I was lied to about that.

After the items being out of stock and driving 70 miles from the country Zach called us back as soon as it was in stock and got us a discount for our troubles.

Worst service! Called 3 times for a product, each time they say they have it. When I get there they are out of stock. In a span of 30 minutes!!
