Avoid this place. They ripped me off. I went there for an urgent truck rental for an hour. The GM was there on the front desk. He told me that he cant give a quotation as the system calculates the price but it will be somewhere between $20 to $40. I accepted and returned the truck back before an hour. The GM disappeared when he saw me coming. The other guy charged me $71 for an hour of truck rental. I will never go there again and I dont recommend this place at all.

I reserved a truck 2 days in advance then the morning I was to pick it up a man calls me and says he doesnt know why Penske oked the reservation that he didnt have any trucks available, so I went to home Depot and went online and reserved another truck and it was oked for that afternoon, then a woman from Penske calls me and says they have no trucks available, get it together Penske, WTH

Great service, trucks are in good condition, easy check in and check out.

Horrible website. Cant get a quote.
