Moving is never easy but from start to finish, Two Men and a Truck made is easy and comfortable w/ a reasonable price. Dawn initially fielded my call and worked out the logistics on the consultation call. Her estimate was spot on for the time and resources needed. Adrian, Jessie, Sterling, and Lou were excellent movers and made for a great experience. Everything was handled with care and they were conscious of time. You can tell they are knowledgeable and well-trained as a system was deployed for loading and unloading that maximized efficiency. I plan to use them again in the future and would recommend for your move.

Polite, professional a cut above the best.

Broke several pieces of expensive furniture ($1500.00 recliner and $2,000 Table top), I asked for 3 men and truck and one of the movers stated he was sick and took numerous breaks throughout the 9.5 hour move. They dropped my solid wood table several times (weights 350 lbs) and damaged the surface in several area including putting dents in it. They slid my recliner across the truck and broke the right rear footing. Company offered $80.00 for damages after I paid them $1,520.00 for moving it. Ita a shame you pay for a professional moving company and get day laborer results. Never again! You can keep your $80.00 offer, based on my experience with you company your gonna need it more than I will.In response to your reply: speaking with you on the phone you said he “might” be able to fix it and you leaned towards giving me 80.00 to resolve the issue as the furniture was still usable. This is after I fixed my chair. I called a competent woodworking craftsman who advised me that the entire peace would have to be restrained and that the dents could be smoothed out but filling them would cause discoloring in the area as the filler, even if you had Acacia Wood shavings or dust, would not match. Your a 1 Star moving company charging a 4 star price.

We used Two Men and a Truck to move from Sugar Land to Illinois. Dante and Mike did a great job. They were on time and did an awesome, not to mention fast, job packing the truck and unpacking to a storage facility. I cant say enough about those guys - they were pros. This wasnt the cheapest company, but I wouldnt hesitate to use them again if needed.

The moving team was scheduled to arrive for 8:30 am, as per the office, but it wasnt explained properly during the onsite visit by the estimator. It was later explained that the start time includes the trip from their office to your location. Once this was clarified, the moving team executed the job flawlessly and quickly. Excellent job!

The three guys we had to help us move were excellent! The leader was good at giving them guidance and directions and they followed his lead without any hesitation or resistance. They said this was their first time working together and you would never have know this without them telling us. All three men were courteous and careful with all our items. They hide in the paperwork that billing begins when they leave their location. Then they tack on the trip back to the shop. This is fine that they do this, the problem is they dont point this out until you are pulling out your credit card. Here is your warning cause you wont see it until the end otherwise, unless you read the fine print.

Hard to get in for a move have to schedule for a week in advance

Great employees and incredible service. I used them to move to Austin and they took all the stress out of it all. The two individuals that helped were kind, professional, and made the move so much fun. Moving to the third floor with no elevator didnt even phase these guys. They had a smile on their faces while carrying everything up all those stairs. I would recommend these guys to everyone. They are 100% the best movers I have ever used.

Working with Two Men in a truck was truly a great experience. From booking the appointment to actually providing the service they were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. It also gave me a piece of mind knowing my things would be protected and handled by their approved employees. This was HUGE in my decision making. Some of the other companies I called on had no employee background check procedures in place meaning anyone could be handling my things and doing who knows what with them. Two Men and a Truck works hard behind the scenes to make sure you have the best and most secure moving experience there is to offer. On time, good service. Both movers, Ismail and Jesus, were very professional, and very considerate to my special packaging requests. I didnt require moving service, but just had to get my leather sectionals packed for the manufacturers transporter to pick them up, due to some product defect. I was advised by the furniture store salesman to be absolutely certain that the package doesnt get damaged in transit, since itd give the manufacturer an excuse to drag their feet in issuing my full refund. I conveyed my situation to the movers from Two men and a Truck, and they made sure the sectional was packed thoroughly to avoid any damage. I ended up getting my full refund. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I am not be able to give a positive referral or reviews for this company. We were disappointed because we do not think this experience was worthy of the cost. 1. We noticed that two of the moving men were smoking a bubbler pipe (while in my new home) which l felt was unprofessional and unacceptable. 2. We noticed one of the movers had blood shot eyes and he did not seem like he was in his right mind whispering sexy, sexy remarks to my wife. My wife felt threatened and unsafe to the point she had to leave the house. 3. The movers also did not intend to reassemble our furniture. When I inquired they told me that they had already stopped the clock without letting me know. Also, they forgot the screws to the beds at the old house.This makes me think that their back ground checking and training is not thorough or non-existent. While in transit to the new home, I felt compelled to call the office and report regarding our concerns. The sales representative told me to give the harasser a second chance at the new home, apologized and claimed that he understood how we felt, but he clearly did not. He said if it happened again to let him know so he can pull him from the move, but why would he put my wife at risk of further harassment? Does this mean he cared about finishing the job at the higher 3 man rate? They did not pull the individual from the move immediately. We would have liked to see clear protocols put in place for such a situation instead of a simple apology or to report it if the harassment happened again. We were uncomfortable enough to report to their office and it forced my wife to leave her own home to get away from a potentially hostile situation. This made the move in process stressful because I could not leave her alone. More troubling was that after I raised the concern with the local office, no one reached back out to check on the situation or offer some recompense until I complained. I wrote them a similar email and a manager finally reached out but told that they fired the employee but nothing else. This makes us think this company did not care how disturbing the situation truly was to my family. We were actually afraid to say anything because the movers had access to our home and valuables. I chose this company because I believed what the sales rep said during our first conversation about providing a quality move and your companys values but now it seems that money is more important than customer safety and satisfaction. I am disappointed that we paid a premium for such a disturbing moving experience that we will not soon forget!

Ive moved numerous times and used several different companies. Two Men and a Truck are by far the best! From the initial phone call to the placement of your furniture they are professional and friendly. They are reasonably priced and dependable. You dont need to look any further than Two Men and a Truck!

Initial communication was great. Had a move scheduled for Saturday between 1-2... didn’t get a call til 3pm on Saturday telling me they were running behind and should be at my house in an hour. So I wait more. Do not get a call till 4:45pm saying they are 30 minutes out. I get that things come up but I wasted my entire day waiting for them and there was a complete lack of respect for my time. At that point I told them to cancel that day have a manager call me because I had plans for that night and could not wait around any longer + the time of the move. I was told if a manager didn’t call me that night that the man driving the truck would so we could reschedule for Sunday or Monday. Never received that call and received a call Monday morning. We felt ditched and it’s ridiculous. We ended up moving our entire house ourselves. These people are unreliable and do not communicate well at all. Would never recommend.

The movers were great!! We had 2 places to move and they came in and did their work!! They helped out to finish packing and wrapped all the furniture that needed it. The guys were very professional but friendly and we had a good time talking with them too!! I would recommend them to friends & family and would certainly use them again!!

The office staff at the Stafford branch were truly excellent and went above and beyond to ensure that we were moved on our scheduled date even when our assigned truck was having mechanical issues. Unfortunately, the guys who came from the sister company in Katy were really nice but sooooo slow, so moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house 20 minutes up the road took 6 hours which we were not happy about at all!

SHOULD BE A NO STAR HERE I use to think this was the top moving company. I have used them for 3 moves and had great experience. I used them again this Friday. I was sent two VERY unprofessional and with NO experience kids.Things were broken, boxes of my things tossed around, my tall jewelry armoire was brought in unwrapped with drawers sliding out with jewelry in them, top mattress put on upside down, had to ask them to reattach my mirror to my dresser, they kept asking if I had tools that I know they had in there truck. I finally had enough, they took 5 hours to move from one apartment to another apartment in same complex (only took 3.5 hrs last move from Meadows Place to this complex), the one kid with attitude, called me a Bi*** and said to me Im not your slave, when I asked if he would move a heavy box for me. He also kept saying F***!! As they were on their phones chit chatting nothing was getting done. I called management and Troy said are they still there?, I said yes, their just getting started in the moving in process. Troy said he would talk to them and not charge my card till we talked again on Saturday. No call from Troy on Saturday. I called and left message. No call back. Called again and left message on Monday. Again, no call back. I see Three Men and A Truck have charged my account with no adjustments and without speaking to me and going over bill as management said they would. WORST EXPERIENCE!! IM LIVID!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will give you a low ball quote and then slow walk the move and totally rip you off... I called and spoke to Teddy and gave him an item by item move and was very descriptive. Got a quote and gave them my credit card info. When the movers showed up they immediately apologized and said that they where supposed to have 3-4 guys but only two could come right now. But for not to worry that this was easily a 3-4 AT MOST hour job...10hrs later and many apologizes they are finished. The mover told me not to worry that he would see to it that the hours and bill would be corrected and since it was late for me to call the office first thing in the morning and it would be handled. So I started calling Tuesday morning at 9 am. I have repeatedly spoken to some guy claiming to be a manager, but yet has no authority to correct the bill and that I need to speak to Teddy... I have called twice to three times a day for a week and Teddy will not come to the phone...In the mean time they ran my card for 3 TIMES!!! the quoted amount. The movers also got $300 cash out of me saying that for that they would clean the whole house and make sure everything was gone. They did neither...Total scam artist and bait you in with a low ball quote and then once get your card they run up the price.... DO NOT TRUST THEM....They slow walked the whole move showing up with no tools and basically just milking the hourly rate.... I will make sure and tell any and everyone I can to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY....

I attempted to schedule an in-house estimate with this company for a move for my elderly mother. I made a special trip to Houston from Austin to be available for the in-house visit. I called the first business day before the scheduled visit to confirm that we were placed on the schedule. During that call, I was informed that the first individual I spoke with had not placed me on the schedule, but I was assured that my appointment was then confirmed. I called the morning of the scheduled visit to (again) confirm the appointment and was told that we were not on the schedule. I guess this company doesnt need/want my business. Too bad since most of the other online reviews were positive.

Crew of two that were sent on moving day were nice guys. One appeared to have worked there a while, the other appeared new.The reason for a single star review was they scratched my fridge door, and no follow up call from office. Crew on site wrote an incident report. I called several times to follow up, have never, and now don’t expect to be contacted.They had plenty of blankets on truck to prevent the damage. I would find a company that will return phone a simple call.

Please do not use this moving company. They do not have any professional employees. They estimate my work for 2 hours and there un professional staff done it in 7 hours and you can not believe it that they only disassemble my bed and assemble it in my new home (Yes in 7 hours). They do not even have there own tool box :-( Please also be careful with your valuable belonging as these 2 guys also Steal my 2 branded hand watches, which i never return it back. I also made a written complain but no use. I will never use two men and a truck again. Worst ever service i received in my life.

Bunkie, 2 bunk mattress, 1 Piano, 20 v.small/small/medium Home Depot style move boxes, 15 chaffing dish boxes and 3 wooden chest 1 Fridge, 3 travel bags and 1 Sectional Sofa and dining set. It may probably take them a week to move out of a 4 bedroom house calculate that guys 24*7days= $$$$. Lesson learnt I should have stuck with my Old movers 2 individuals were able to pack and unpack the same amount of furniture(except The Piano) in 2hrs :13mins providing me the best white glove service ever. I failed to mention these “unprofessional group”- (all lower case) destroyed my bunk bed manager well was not even listening to me was mute on that nobody is talking about how they are covered by insurance now The Goliath stood in my livingroom shouting at my small children and I.
