My boat spent about 13 years in open storage. The star rating is that in recent years the boat became someones garbage can. Before moving it out I had to remove two garbage bags of bottles, cans, paper cups and m/t fast food containers. The service desk was always polite and access to my property was without pain. Thank you.

We only needed our unit for a few months but this was the best place weve ever stored. Sydney and Josh are so kind and helpful. If you ever need storage this is the place to go.

Unfortunately, due to no fault of my own, I was put in a situation where I was kicked out of the residence I shared with a close family member. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d have to rent a storage unit to store what I was able to leave with in a matter of days and not know where I was going. When I first came in, Sydni took amazing care of me and got me into a unit, not the one I originally wanted, but nevertheless, I had somewhere to put my valuables. I hadn’t put anything in there yet and just happened to check online before I would start putting items in and the size unit I really wanted was available and only one was left and it was climate controlled, when the other was not. I called the next morning after making an online reservation and Sydni would be out of the office until the following Monday. Josh was extremely helpful and was able transfer the contract to the new unit in a matter of minutes and I I can’t explain the amount of peace and strain he took off of my shoulders. Sydni and Josh are amazing and thank you both for the 5 star treatment. You both are an asset to your company and have alleviated a ton of stress off my plate. Thank you both and God Bless you!!!

I love the location here in Sugarland . It is always very clean and easy to get to. Mr mike and an josh are excellent at their jobs . They are always so nice and kind and very helpful . These are two good people to have In such an important position. I was calling almost every day and Mike took it upon himself to call me when a unit became available. We were in charge of a storage unit for our HOA at a competitor, and the door stop was broken and never fixed, the lights were often burnt out and the hallway was dirty with dead bugs. We never even considered renting there. What a nice surprise when we went to look at Extra Space Storage. Super happy with our choice.

Took months to fix A/C in climate controlled units. No carts available to use (use to be in each building), I looked in every building. I also found a larger unit for a cheaper price, same company different location.

Rented here a while back. Still loving this place. Everyone is always so nice and the halls are always super clean.

I had the best experience at Extra Space Storage. The staff, especially Brent, was so helpful with finding two units during my move and for working with my budget/time frame. Needed them quickly, and they had a great unit that met my needs. This location is always safe and well cared for. And the move-out 6 months later than we originally expected (thank goodness you can just keep going and dont have to sign a specific term) went without a hitch. Highly recommend.

The buildings are clean. The process of entry and exit is secure. But, the staff is the highlight. They were helpful, professional, warm, and personable. I transitioned from this location to another Extra Space Storage and Sydni and company even made that easy. I highly recommend this location.

I come in here when I need packing supplies. Always has the office nice and clean. Sydni is always cheerful and chatty. I live in the neighborhood so this is definitely the most convenient place for me to pick up tape, bubble wrap and stuff like that. Would recommend.

Just moved in today and it has been such a lovely experience. The staff was great, sydni and her manager were wonderful about answering any questions and helping me find the right size storage for my belongings! Great staff who are very helpful and always professional. No complaints during the few months i had our household stuff there.Reasonable rates considering these are climate controlled storage units in Sugar Land Texas right off hwy 59 & 99.

Everyone one was very helpful, I was trying to go for another location and the price was more expensive there and one of the people at that location told me about another location that was cheaper and only about 6 miles different so I decided to go there and save lots of money

AT first everything was great. But after getting my small sized unit, I received a rate increase, and then not even 6 months later received another one. I have one of the small units, there have been no changes or upgrades made to this property, but yet they keep increasing costs? Energy costs havent increased either, so I cannot find any justification. I call to ask for my rate to the stay the same, and not 1 time did any employee at this location call me back after they guaranteed a call back. I had to call a total of 6 times over a 3 week period. That is absolutely unacceptable. Then I am told they cannot change the rate. So instead of keeping my rate the same, you would rather lose a customer that you have increased costs on twice already? Will be leaving and going elsewhere. Rather unfortunate.

Super secure place. I have had bad storage experiences with storage but this one seems so nice and safe.

I signed up on line and had a quick return call from Rocky. I stopped by later in the day and I was shown the unit. All the costs were given up front including option to provide your own insurance or purchase insurance and have it added to the storage fee. Everything was explained and Rocky went over the hours and how to enter and exit the facility by entering the security codes. I couldnt have asked for better service.

The staff at this location is unbelievably friendly and helpful. It is very apparent that property owner is keen on keeping the place very clean and well taken care of.I highly suggest checking out this location if your in the market for public storage services.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They made the moving process SO MUCH EASIER!! Their customer service is absolutely unheard of. When we moved our stuff out of the storage and into our new house, we forgot to give notice that we were leaving. When they saw that the space was empty, they were so awesome that they just processed it as if we had given notice. Ive had bad experiences with storage sheds in the past, but I would not flinch at the idea of using this space again!
