I had an eye exam and bought brand new glasses and lenses about 5 months ago, paid $445 w/insurance. And my original experience was great. 5 star. I bent them a month after I got them brought them back and got them corrected free of charge. Laura was awesome. Then less then a month ago I bent them way outta shape. I came back hoping Laura can fix them and she couldn’t so I had to pay $95 to get the hinges replaced. Was told it takes a week. I called 2 weeks later and was RUDELY told it takes a month and was hung up on. Then not even a week later Laura calls me and says you glasses are ready. Came in the next day to pick them up and was RUDELY greeted and dealt with but the receptionist. Laura is great but who ever they have running the front desk is really rude and because of this i will never come back nor will I recommend this place. I spent a lot of money here and to be treated like this I will never get glasses here again nor would I recommend.

All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. And their covid cleaning procedures were great! Definitely happy with my experience.

The staff is very unprofessional, and are only nice to people that the insurance will pay for their service. I had made an appointment, and apparently the new person was not trained properly, and I actually had to be the spokesperson for the appt. Got a call 3 days before my appt and was told that they could not do the exam because it had to be a medical issue. I have had problems with them 2 years ago, but it was resolved. They were sending me text messages, saying that I needed to schedule? They need to update there system, and not be so interested in making money, verses your eye care. I will never do business with them again, nor recommend them. Not good. Go somewhere else.!!!!! MH

Just went today and the staff was great and were really friendly I would totally recommend this place to anyone wanting to get an eye exam or just anything that they offer! The doctor was polite as can be also the person who helped me before the doctor came in was very nice and helpful cause this was my first time getting my eye exam! And the front desk employee was very kind and great! The employee who helped me pick out my glasses frame was very patient and answer anything and everything I had a question for !12/10 would definitely recommend for anyone !

Im on Medicaid (VSP) currently and I made extra sure on the phone that they accept this kind of insurance. However when I went in, I was told that they no longer accept Medicaid. Although they were slightly apologetic, they seemed more eager to pass the blame onto the person who had scheduled my appointment. I found it surprising that even though the error was made on their end, there was no offer of help or follow up for people who may have been put in a difficult situation due to lack of knowledge and communication within the clinic.Im unsure where the miscommunication happened, but I hope that in the future all employees are familiar with which state programs are accepted in the clinic. Particularly during a time where many people are losing their jobs/health insurance and need guidance navigating through the system.

Dr. Ngo and the support staff are excellent. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. Instead of dilating your eyes, they are able to use a machine to take a picture and achieve the same effect. It makes the rest of the day much better not having to wear dark glasses and have sensitive eyes. They have a large and stylish selection of eyewear. I have purchased prescription glasses and sunglasses from them. Also, Dr. Ngo was able to diagnose an issue I’ve had with my eyes since I was a child, and prescribe daily eye exercises to treat it. Ten for ten, recommend.

MY insurance changed vision plans so I was forced to leave my eye Dr of many years, Called them they wouldnt even schedule appt without info had to get medical info etc. Get to appt Dr Ngo is GREAT. Im excited so I schedule my honey for appt. All is well. They will follow up in 4 days... We are 2 weeks out and I call them today, follow up and customer service is terrible, they wont help if you dont get glasses from them. I cant afford $400-$1000 for 1 pair of glasses, I had to get progressive and not sure if they are correct. Also he tried mono vision contacts, not sure if working their response is get artificial tears. What is that like Visene he said NO... Ella all over the place doesnt listen and hung up on me twice, Brandon kept saying well you didnt get from here so not sure how too help you with your first time EVER progressive lens. Frustrating asked for manager well see if she calls me back. I hate BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE when the Dr is nice. Because he loses out. Upset I was forced to switch eye Dr. And now may have to switch again. Because of bad service.

I liked this place a lot when I first came in, the staff was super friendly and helpful that’s why they get the two stars. They are pushy on sales which is annoying but if you stand your ground they will give you a copy of your prescription. I am, however, very disappointed in their insurance policies. I have been using them for the last few years for both my regular eye exam and also diabetic eye checks. I had VSP insurance when I started seeing them. I am in the position of several other folks in the nation where I have lost my job due to covid 19. Therefore I currently have Medicaid, which their website lists as an accepted insurance and desk staff confirmed they accept. I called to do my due diligence and find out how much my new insurance would cover. I was advised by the front office staff that they would not be seeing me for my appointment because they don’t want to see new Medicaid patients. I was seen 3 months ago and this appointment is a very important follow up advised by the doctor there. I am not a new patient but because I have Medicaid they are turning me away for services. It’s unethical and cruel to refuse care that you recommended to patients with insurance that you accept but I was advised “that’s our policy.”

We recently switched from Americas Best to Century due to insurance. I must say it was the best switch Ive done of lately. Amazing customer service, very friendly doctor, and honestly for better quality service and frames the price after insurance wasent any higher than going to the low price places like Walmart or Americas best. The tell though was my daughter. She hates and complains about any doctor she has gone to in the past and really was happy with how she was treated here. Thats a first for her. I would give 10 stars if it was possible! Great choice and very highly recommended!!

The shop is perfectly clean and well set up with a wide variety of glasses.I’m the type of man that needs to be guided in purchasing such accessories and they wanted to help me, and wanted to make me happy in that purchase.I paid and placed my order but unfortunately, the factory could not alter the glasses to fit my taste so I asked for a refund and they gladly obligated.Thanks for making the shopping experience a wonderful one!

Id give a -5 stars if i could. I went here for glasses since a friend recommended them. Worst experience ever. They were eager to sell me glasses that were very expensive but when it came to exchange them (since they didnt work the way they said they would), it was a different story. The only thing that would work was half of what I paid for on the original price, so you would think to keep customers they would either refund part of your purchase or substitute something along side your purchase. I asked if they would throw in a pair of clip on sunglasses since i spent so much money and they said for an additional charge sure. My point is find somewhere else were customer services is more important then sales and make sure you know what you are getting before you buy.

First time at an optometrist in about 10 years. The staff here are all super friendly and professional. My exam last Saturday went very smooth. Got my new glasses, my first pair, just 4 days later. Today is my 3rd day wearing them and I’m adjusting nicely and just love them. Thank you Century eye care!

From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome. The staff was very professional, and knowledgeable about the equipment that they use. The doctor actually spent the time to explain things to me. When it came down to picking my frames with my plan the staff really worked in my favor to get me the best deal possible.

Far and away better service than my old optometrist. I recommend this place for your eye exam. They have a good selection of frames as well, and all of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable too.

Routine eye exam and order for glasses. After TWO MONTHS, no word on the eye glasses. Have been going to Cascade for years prior, thought wed give this company a chance. Big mistake. We could have ground our own lenses in the time has taken (so far).When I asked about this, they offered excuses, claimed theyd check and find out (whatever that means) ... but they havent checked and they havent found out. But they seem more interested about making a sale than anything else.. not much concerned about their customers being able to see properly...mediocre customer service ...On two separate occasions Ive been stuck with glasses and contacts that mess up my vision more than it is already.. for $700 glasses one would expect more. Ive been going to Century Eye Care since 2014 and have been seen by both Optometrists. All of the staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. Ive been to several eye doctors over the years and the trend seems to be treating customers like a number, and not taking the time to answer any questions or explain much of anything at all. Its hard to find an organization that provides good personal customer service - this facility offers just that.Due to their thorough attention to detail, the Optometrists at Century Eye noticed things that my previous eye doctors failed to recognize. They take the time to explain what they are doing, the condition of your eyes, and offer ways that you can improve overall eye comfort. For me, it was actually a weaker strength prescription but adding computer tinted eye glasses which have reduced headaches and eye fatigue tremendously. Its a night and day comparison between my old frames.I fully trust the Optometrists and their team and recommend him to my family and friends.

They took great care of me and I am so glad I switched to Century! I have definitely found my new eye care clinic! Dr Sherer was amazing!

I have been going to Dr. Zelasko for over 10 years. His office staff has always been kind and informative. The office its self is clean and welcoming. With Dr. Zelasko I know that my eyes are being examined by one of the best Optometrists there is. I admit, I have tried a box store for the exam and two pairs of glasses for one low price. I never felt so disappointed in the professionalism and service. The old saying is right. You get what you pay for. With Dr. Zelasko I know that my eye care is in good hands. My last visit with him was as a private pay patient. Not only did he end up saving me money but he had my prescription right there in the office. I walked out of the office knowing that my eyes were in good health and I could see again.

The experience was exactly what I wanted. The eye exam was professionally processed; first with the technician and afterwards when the doctor came in and completed the exam. The doctor spent a considerable amount of time answering all my questions, (I had a lot of them!) and then spent time detailing resources and products I could seek out for further help. I thought the exam was a premier experience; but, when I met with the optical specialist I was again surprised by his enthusiasm and knowledge. He not only presented professionally, but, like the doctor, spent time walking me through the different types of frames and the options available. He patiently met again later with my wife and myself to further discuss the frame color. He was informative, which is good, but even better, he enjoys his job and his interactions with people, which makes the process fun and useful! Last of all, the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and in the end even helped me find the right frame color. (they all voted!). Although it was my first time there, I was as comfortable as if I had been utilizing their services for years. Very enjoyable experience, and would encourage others to try them out.

This morning when I washed my glasses, a lens fell out; the screw from the frame went down the drain. I searched to see who in the local area opened the earliest on a Saturday; driving with only one lens, with my vision, I didnt want to travel far. They opened considerably earlier than anyone else.When I got there, they were friendly and helpful. They took my frames and the loose lens, and went to see if they had a screw the proper length; since I didnt get my frames from them, that wasnt guaranteed. While not quite matching, they had a screw that didnt project too far, of the correct thread; I determine the length just now, when I looked at my frames to see how close a match theyd achieved; theyd installed the screw as a matter of course.No charge for the screw or anything. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.While I have no clue about their eye exams, or quality of frames, or how fast you will receive your glasses, anything like that, my experience was very positive. They had nothing invested in me, I wasnt one of their customers, providing a stranger with a screw to repair his existing frames was just something they felt they should do.Personally, I find that a very positive indicator. While I wont be using them for eye exams (Im with Kaiser and happy with their staff), I will keep them in mind for when next I need new glasses.

I was in excruciating pain in my right eye. they helped me with get care and smile..Because most eye clinic is closed in the weekend. I searched and found them open on a Saturday with great reviews. I decided to go in with no appointment.. I was accepted and seen right away.. made us feel like family.. very thorough. . The doctor went out of her way to make sure I left SEEING with both eyes and able to work the next day.. great big THANK YOU

I typically have a very full schedule and find it difficult to make appointments for my eyes. I found myself with an unscheduled Saturday and Century Eye Care made certain to accommodate my last minute appointment request. As a first time patient to this clinic, I was very pleasantly surprised with the genuine friendliness and attention the staff provided.Dr. Scherer was also very pleasant and made sure to answer all of my questions and made appropriate recommendations for my particular eye health. I look forward to future visits!

These guys are legit. Got my glasses in a timely manner and their customer service is amazing! The lady that showed me glasses found the perfect pair the first try! Ill definitely be coming back and referring everyone I know!

I have been going to Dr. Zelasko for about 5 years now and I have loved every minute of it. It is a family oriented Eye Care Center with a heart for the people. I love the customer service and the attention to detail is second to none. If you are looking for an eye care specialist that will care of you like you are family, this is the place for you.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s not kid friendly. They don’t give you options on glasses. Basically you take what they give you. The optometrist was not in any way friendly to myself or kids. She was very rude, pushy, rushing through the appointments & even got aggressive when my kids were trying to read the letters and couldn’t make them out.This is our second time here and I will not be going back ever again.

I have been going to Dr. Zelasko for over fifteen years. He is the best. My son had his first eye exam with him. I get my eyes checked every year and have never had a bad experience. He and his staff are professional, highly qualified and friendly. I especially love their selection of frames. This place is a joke! The most unprofessional place I have ever been to hands down. They told me it would take 7-10 business days to get my glasses. Well its now going on 17 business days and still nothing. And I would not have even known whats going on if I didnt call myself and ask whats going on. They gave me the run around for weeks and their excuse is, it was the labs fault and memorial day. Well even so maybe a call to let me know whats going on would be great instead of me having to call you and ask where my stuff is that I payed almost 300 dollars for. Then they lie to my face when I ask for my money back and tell me I have to get my insurance to give it back. I call my insurance and they told me they have nothing to do with it, that century eye care needs give me my money back and negate it with the insurance. They are telling me I am getting my glasses tomorrow and depending on what happens if I get my money or glasses. BBB. They have done nothing other than lie and run me around while apologizing.

The lady would not adjust my new glasses. I told her the vision was perfect but my new glasses make me nauseous.Update: still 1 star I had to go back....the red head fixed my glasses!!! She listened and worked for me:). Ask for someone other than Alicia.

I would say I wish I saw the reviews before I went there but honestly I am glad I didnt. They were amazing, I had zero issues with them. I just had an appointment yesterday, they were very nice and spent a lot of time picking out glasses that looked good on me. I actually had fun picking them out. I do have very good in insurance so maybe that is part of the reason I did not feel as though they were trying to upsell.

Dr. Zalesko and his staff are professional and friendly. He is a very knowledgeable doctor. Ive seen multiple optometrists over the years for my rare corneal condition and I can tell he knows the most! Highly recommend.

A few years ago, I had an eye appointment with Dr. Zelasko. I was very pleased with my visit. I never forgot this eye appointment, and I have had many over the years. The staff were friendly, Dr. Zelasko is an excellent doctor, and he had state of the art equipment. I moved to Florida and even told people I knew there about this doctor. I moved back to Washington and I knew right way I wanted to go back to him for my eye care. I had a visit on Monday and my experience was just as excellent as it had been years ago. The technician did an excellent job also. I trust this doctor completely with my eye care. I would highly recommend him.

This place is ridiculous! My son broke his glasses, and I called and placed another order, 3 weeks later when I took my daughter in for an eye exam I checked to see if my sons glasses have arrived. no not yet, should only be a few more weeks So I call again a few weeks later and check, no still not in I see here they were placed on the 15th and right now it is taking 10-15 weeks to come in, they are really busy. Well no, I ordered them 3 weeks before the 15th, so your telling me they were never ordered the first time. Fine whatever, I will order through someone else. I get his prescription and there is no PD listed, oh we cant give you that information you will have to have whoever you are ordering through do it. Well I am ordering online, that wont work. Well you can come in pay $20 to have the PD measured....WAIT...WHAT?! the reason I am having to order from someone else is because of YOUR screw up, you were already paid to measure my childs PD when he got his exam and now you want me to pay YET AGAIN? No, I dont think so! I will never go to this place again, and thats 9 patients they just lost!
