Inside of the store was amazing. But online is a mess. Yall definitely need to fix online or put optical on the jc penny app to make things a whole bunch easier.

Great experience through Tina. She saved my kid’s glasses that was crushed by accident. I highly recommend anyone who needs anything optical. She was the most kind employee with patience.

I had a very good visit at JCPenney ocptcial the staff is friendly and helpful and JCPenney ocptcial is close to home and I will stick with JCPenney ocptcial and they are very reasonable for frames
