My daughter had an appointment today and we were literally 6 minutes late and I called ahead a time and told them I would be about 5 minutes late no more than 10 though and they said more than to I would have to wait 40 minutes to be seen. Well I get here and here I am sitting and waiting 52 minutes now for being 5 minutes late and calling ahead of time. Now my daughter is going to be late for school and me late for work. Ridiculous.

Dr. Robinson has been my eye doctor for many, many years. Shes fabulous and very thorough in her exams and I trust her.

Ive been trying to plan an appointment and called many times with no reply or anything, the service is terrible.

I had a great experience here. They did a great job attending to all of their customers, and I appreciate that they acknowledge everyone that walked through the door. That will make or break an experience for me. They were all great and making sure I understood each step of the exam, and they did an amazing job helping me understand my coverage and the various costs based on what I wanted with my new lenses. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!! I’m excited to receive my new lenses, and will continue to come here in the future. Thank you ladies for all of your help!

Such bad service. i been trying to call them for the past 3 months to get my prescription....no response! so annoying, and i tried going there personally but they always send me back home, like what?

If there was a negative I would put it. Tried to get my son an appointment before he went to job corp. I told the first lady that he would be leaving any day. When I said state insurance her to be changed for happy to rude. So she scheduled him a month and a half out! Guess if you have state insurance for your kiddo(s) they dont mean as much.

I took my kids there last year. I wasnt really a fan. They didnt seem to really know what they were doing. They marked one of my boys down as female. I told them and they giggled and corrected it in pen. They werent very helpful explaining benefits. Now, a few days ago, so a year after their appointments...I get a bill for $10 with a little note that says sorry its a year late, they are balancing books. OK no big deal except they sent the bill to my 17 y.o son for my 16 y.o daughter. They need to get it together.

We went to get our sons glasses filled, hes four this March. They were very friendly and helpful despite my son being all over the place with energy. We finally decided on a pair and they made sure to ask if he liked the frame color and shape. They also made sure to tell us it would be about six weeks before we got his lenses back from the lab. We havent picked them up yet as its been only four weeks right now.

My family has been coming to this clinic since I was a child. I have not ventured outside the Cascade for optical needs. However, I think its time I did. The last few times Ive come in the customer service has not been what it used to be. Over the phone they are not as friendly but are still helpful. The prices of the lenses are pretty reasonable as well.

Fantastic caring people. For some with extreme anxiety I never ever have a stressful time here. I love this place and recommend to anyone!

I dont know what the complaints are about. Anywhere you go nowadays you are going to experience some sort of wait. So days the wait isnt too long, others it may become a bit tedious but its okay. I LOVE Cascade Pacific Eyecare because they caught and managed to get my emergency laser eye surgery w/in 48 hours to correct a detached retina AND they gave me my first ever contacts! They are a small shop and do their BEST to get to everyone in a timely and efficient manner so cut them some slack! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU GUYS DO TO TAKE CARE OF US! Customer for life for me and my daughter!

Friendly office. It seemed like they were trying to herd as many people through as they could. There was a lot of waiting time for their patients. I dont feel like my questions got answered. My comprehensive eye exam didnt seem very comprehensive and they bombarded me with texts and emails, before and after my visit.I am sure I would never go there again.

Trina Archer is amazing !!!! Ive visit this location several times before and had ok service. Everytime I came I had my son with me and today we both had an appointment. I found out he needed glasses and picked out the perfect pair. She engaged him in the color selection and made him feel very comfortable and important. Hes only 5 years old and she treated him with attention and care. Better yet, my eyes were dilated and I found a couple pairs of glasses. She helped me picked the best ones for my face shape. I must say I am truly impressed with her.My son and I also met a new Dr today and she was also very sweet. I dont recall her name but, she made sure we were both comfortable and explained everything clearly.

Yall complain about the appointment being a month out.. thats very very normal. I have very good insurance and had to wait my turn. Then two weeks later waiting on my glasses. I found the Dr knowledgable and patient, as I had my granddaughter with me in a good sized stroller. Got through the exam with no prob. Would recommend them. Just be aware: appointments are not easy to get right away. A side note also: They also do not have DSHS Glasses there anymore. Only the exam is available. Pre-plan ahead. Be prepared and research other options if thats what you need.

My children and I have been going there to see Dr. Shelby for more then 7 years. We love them. You never feel rushed. They are excellent

I tried to tell them my glasses were crooked and sat on my face wrong but they said they werent so I was stuck with glasses I couldnt even wear. Went to another eye place and they confirmed they were very very crooked. Will never go here again.

This companies staff is less than professional. I had an appt 3 years ago got great service at that time because they provided me with a prescription that provided me all my Medical information so I can buy glasses at a rate within my budget because theirs are too costly. They no longer give you that OD Optical Distance between your eyes. They faile to tell me that they changed their policies as a patient. They are withholding HIPA information all medical information pertaining to my eye health is mine and not theirs - there employee was RUDE on the phone and said they will not give me that information without PAYING FOR IT - a number that they gave me in the past. SO IF YOU ARE AN ADULT YOUR OD NUMBER DOES NOT CHANGE DO NOT BUY YOUR GLASSES HER OR GO TO THEM FOR A CHECKUP...USE SOMEONE ELSE WHO HAS YOUR EYE HEALTH FIRST AND FOREMOST IN THEIR PLANS TO SERVICE CLIENTS. - This company does not and I canceled my EYE APPOINTMENT FOR TWO WEEKS FROM TODAY AND I will find a new provider. Its a shame because knowing that reviews today in SEO rankings are important and it is next to impossible to remove a bad review - the staff here should have thought of the consequences and had procedures in place at my last visit to inform me that they CHARGE FOR A SERVICE THAT OTHER OPTICIANS GIVE YOU BECAUSE IT IS YOUR MEDICAL INFORMATION THEY ARE PROVIDING. tHEY DO NOT RIGHTFULLY OWN THOSE STATS.

Right when my girlfriend and I walked in the atmosphere was awesome, friendly hello that are real helped in so many ways unbelievable

Staff is unprofessional and very rude, called recently for my prescription and was hung up on not patient if you have small kids as there is no policy saying that you can’t bring kids.

Always so so nice and take care of my partner when we go in.

Terrible terrible!!! I have been in the hospital and sent my father in for my 6yr olds glasses so he can have for school. I take them out of the case and the lenses arent even set in! So I call and when asking the MANAGER basically do you check the glasses before leaving your office she says well yah we check it off. No...is there someone who physically does it???? Well yah. Ok...who??? Well kinda all of us. Okay...and not only that since im LOW INCOME make sure you get that because since my sons glasses are sent to a correctional place I guess cause Im LOW INCOME my glasses dont come in one peace and basically who cares but I can bring them back to be looked at...did we miss that ive been in the hospital planned so my sin had his glasses so now we have to suffer and so does my child! Ive been in management and people need to own up and quit doing part of your job! If you were the manager of my business Id be sadden. Oh and when asked for Dr./Owner info and gave me name of dr. She asked if I could spell it! And I was referring people..not.Sincerely pissed off mother
